The fifth carriage plate 55 includes a fifth front carriage plate and a fifth rear carriage plate, which are disposed side by side and on the same plane, and are hinged to the front end and the rear end of the second carriage plate 52, respectively.
When the commercial car 5 is in the unfolded state, the first car plate 51 rises with the telescopic mechanism 42, and the bottom end thereof is inclined to the outside to form the roof of the commercial car 5, the second car plate 52 is parallel to the roof of the base car 3 and forms the floor of the upper layer of the commercial car 5, the third car plate 53 is unfolded to form the outer side wall of the commercial car 5, the fourth car plate 54 is supported by the commercial car supporting mechanism 56 and forms the floor of the lower layer of the commercial car 5, the fifth front car plate and the fifth rear car plate are unfolded to form the front side wall and the rear side wall of the commercial car 5, respectively, and the base car side wall 31 is the inner side wall of the commercial car 5. When the third deck 53 is folded on the bottom surface of the second deck 52, the lower layer of the commercial car 5 can be used as a stage, and the upper layer of the commercial car 5 can be used as a living house. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the fourth compartment plate 54 is supported by the commercial compartment supporting mechanism 56 when the fourth compartment plate 54 is deployed. The commercial car supporting mechanism 56 includes a first supporting plate 561 and a second supporting plate (not shown in the drawings) and a leg 563, and when the commercial car is folded, the first supporting plate 561 and the second supporting plate are disposed side by side in the longitudinal direction of the car 1 below the base car 3 and are connected with the base car by a rotation shaft. When the commercial car is unfolded, the first support plate 561 and the second support plate rotate about the rotation axis and have an angle of any angle between 0-180 ° with the base car side wall 31. Opposite ends (a side far from the base compartment when deployed) of the first support plate 561 and the second support plate are each provided with a leg 563, the legs 563 being retractable, and when the commercial compartment is deployed, the legs 563 extend to support the fourth compartment plate 54; when the commercial car is folded, the leg 563 is retracted.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, support plate protrusions 565 protruding upward are provided at the outer sides of the top ends of the first support plate 561 and the second support plate, and when the commercial car is in a folded state, the first support plate 561 and the second support plate are located directly under the first compartment plate 51, and the protrusions 565 press the outer side surface of the first compartment plate 51, press the first compartment plate 51 inward, so as to prevent the first compartment plate 51, the second compartment plate 52, the third compartment plate 53, the fourth compartment plate 54, and the fifth compartment plate 55 from shaking.
More preferably, first locking buckles are provided at opposite ends of the first support plate 561 and the second support plate, and second locking buckles are provided at outer sides of the base compartment side walls 31, and locking buckles are sleeved on the first locking buckles and the second locking buckles to fix opposite ends of the first support plate 561 and the second support plate to the side walls of the base compartment 3.
In this embodiment, the top ends of the first supporting plate 561 and the second supporting plate are provided with a slideway (a chute or a slide rail), and two sides of the bottom end of the fourth carriage plate 54 are respectively provided with a pulley, and the pulleys are matched (matched) with the slideway, that is, the pulleys can slide along the slideway. Further, sliders (not shown) are provided on both sides of the top end of the fourth compartment plate 54, and a slide (rail or chute) slider is provided in the base compartment 3 so as to be slidable along the slide. The first deck 51 forms the roof of the commercial vehicle 5, it being understood that the roof of the commercial vehicle 5 is inclined. The second deck 52 forms the floor of the upper deck of the commercial car 5. When the second compartment plate 52 is unfolded, the third compartment plate 53 is folded on the bottom surface of the second compartment plate 52. The third compartment panel 53 is unfolded when necessary to form the outer side wall of the commercial compartment 5. The first support plate 561 and the second support plate are rotated to a desired angle, and the fourth compartment plate 54 slides along the slide way and is made parallel to the base compartment chassis 33. The fifth casing 55 is unfolded to form the front and rear side walls of the commercial car 5, so far as the commercial car is fully unfolded.
A whole set of performance equipment, such as sound, screen, song requesting device, tuning console, power amplifier, etc., may be installed in the commercial car, wherein the screen may be hung on the base car side wall 31.
Preferably, the thickness of the middle regions of the first, second and third compartment panels 51, 52 and 53 is smaller than the thickness of the edge regions, and when the commercial compartment 5 is folded, a receiving space is formed between the first, second and third compartment panels 51, 52 and 53, which can be used to store articles such as mattresses, raincloths and the like.
As a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the commercial car further includes two first extension car plates hinged to the front and rear ends of the first car plate 51, two second extension car plates hinged to the front and rear ends of the second car plate 52, two fourth extension car plates hinged to the front and rear ends of the fourth car plate 54, two fourth extension car plates hinged to the bottom end of the fifth front car plate (in the unfolded state), and a fifth rear extension car plate hinged to the bottom end of the fifth rear car plate (in the unfolded state).
When the commercial car is in a folded condition, the first extension car panel overlaps the first car panel 51, the second extension car panel overlaps the second car panel 52, the fourth extension car panel overlaps the fourth car panel 54, the fifth front extension car panel overlaps the fifth front car panel, and the fifth rear extension car panel overlaps the fifth rear car panel.
When the commercial car is in the deployed state, the first extension carriage plate is disposed on the front side and the rear side of the first carriage plate 51 and is in the same plane as the first carriage plate 51, the second extension carriage plate is disposed on the front side and the rear side of the second carriage plate 52 and is in the same plane as the second carriage plate 52, the fourth extension carriage plate is disposed on the front side and the rear side of the fourth carriage plate 54 and is in the same plane as the fourth carriage plate 54, the fifth front extension carriage plate is disposed on the outer side of the fifth front carriage plate and is in the same plane as the fifth front carriage plate, and the fifth rear extension carriage plate is disposed on the outer side of the fifth rear carriage plate and is in the same plane as the fifth rear carriage plate.
Since the commercial car 5 is disposed outside the base car 3, the dimensions of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth car panels 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55 are not limited by the dimensions of the base car 3, and can be extended as desired in length and width. Therefore, the length of the commercial carriage provided by the embodiment can be extended to 8 meters, 10 meters or even longer, and the width can be extended to 4 meters, 5 meters or even wider.
As shown in fig. 7, the basic compartment 3 further includes an inner kitchen ware table, an inner shower room, an outer kitchen ware table, and an outer shower, the inner kitchen ware table and the inner shower are disposed inside the basic compartment 3, and the outer kitchen ware table and the outer shower are disposed outside the basic compartment 5; the outer kitchen ware table and the outer shower are embedded in the interior of the basic compartment 3 in a push-pull or folding manner. In addition, the interior of the base compartment may be provided with a sofa area 38, a bed 39 and an area 310 for sound.
In this embodiment, commercial carriages may be used for entertainment and commercial activities such as restaurants, cafes, product sales, advertising, stage performances, karaoke entertainment, and living accommodation such as balconies and living rooms.
In this embodiment, the commercial car includes a first car plate, a second car plate, a third car plate, a fourth car plate, a fifth car plate, and a commercial car support mechanism; in the unfolded state, the first compartment plate forms the roof of the commercial compartment, the second compartment plate forms the roof of the commercial compartment, the third compartment plate forms the outer side wall of the commercial compartment, the fourth compartment plate forms the floor of the lower layer of the commercial compartment, the fifth compartment plate forms the front side wall and the rear side wall of the commercial compartment, the side wall of the basic compartment forms the inner side wall of the commercial compartment, the unfolded space of the commercial compartment is much larger than the unfolded space of the conventional motor caravan, the lower layer of the commercial compartment is used as a stage for commercial performance, the upper layer of the commercial compartment is used as living, and the lower layer is not limited by the size of the basic compartment and can continue to expand the space; when the commercial carriage is in a folding state, the first carriage plate, the second carriage plate, the third carriage plate, the fourth carriage plate and the fifth carriage plate are sequentially overlapped on the side wall of the basic carriage from outside to inside, so that the inner space of the basic carriage is not occupied, and the inner space of the basic carriage is more spacious.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, the traveling carriage 4 includes a jack-up carriage 41 and a side extension carriage 43, and the structure of the jack-up carriage 41 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and will not be described again. The side extension car 43 is provided on the left side of the base car 3, and the commercial car is provided on the right side of the base car 3.
In the present embodiment, the side extension compartment 43 is unfolded and folded in a drawing manner. Specifically, the side extension car 43 includes a side extension car telescoping mechanism, a side extension car roof, and a side extension car side wall, the side extension car side wall being disposed on the side extension car telescoping mechanism, i.e., the side extension car telescoping mechanism supporting the side extension car side wall, the side extension car roof being disposed on top of the side extension car side wall. A passage is provided between the side extension compartment 43 and the base compartment 3.
Preferably, a rain shield 47 may also be provided above the side extension compartment 43, the size of the rain shield 47 being greater than the size of the side extension compartment roof.
As a modified embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the side extension car 43 further includes a first side extension car plate 48 and a second side extension car plate 49, the top end of the first side extension car plate 48 is hinged to the telescopic mechanism of the jack-up car 41, the bottom end of the first side extension car plate 48 is hinged to the bottom end of the second side extension car plate 49, and the top end of the second side extension car plate 49 is hinged to the roof of the base car 3. When the side expansion carriage is in a folded state, the first side expansion carriage plate 48 and the second side expansion carriage plate 49 are sequentially overlapped on the outer side of the side wall of the basic carriage from outside to inside; when the side extension carriage is in the unfolded state, the first side extension carriage plate 48 is lifted along with the telescopic mechanism, the bottom end of the first side extension carriage plate is inclined outwards to form the roof of the upper layer of the side extension carriage, and the second side extension carriage plate 49 is parallel to the roof of the basic carriage 3 and forms the floor of the upper layer of the side extension carriage. The detailed arrangement and connection manner of the first side extension cabin plate 48 and the second side extension cabin plate 49 are the same as the arrangement manner of the first cabin plate 51 and the second cabin plate 52 of the commercial cabin 5 in embodiment 1, and will not be described here again.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, as another modified embodiment of the present embodiment, the side extension car 43 further includes a first side extension car plate 48, a second side extension car plate 49, a fourth side extension car plate 410, and a traveling car supporting mechanism 411, the top end of the first side extension car plate 48 is hinged with the telescopic mechanism of the jack-up car 41, the bottom end of the first side extension car plate 48 is hinged with the bottom end of the second side extension car plate 49, and the top end of the second side extension car plate 49 is hinged with the roof of the base car 3; the top end of the fourth side expansion carriage plate 49 is in sliding connection with the upright post arranged on the basic carriage 3, the bottom end of the fourth side expansion carriage plate 49 is in sliding connection with the traveling carriage supporting mechanism 411, and the traveling carriage supporting mechanism 411 is arranged at the bottom of the basic carriage 3.
When the side extension compartment is in a folded state, the first side extension compartment plate 48, the second side extension compartment plate 49 and the fourth side extension compartment plate 410 are sequentially stacked outside the side wall of the base compartment from outside to inside, and the traveling compartment supporting mechanism 411 is disposed below the base compartment 3. When the side extension carriage is in the unfolded state, the first side extension carriage plate 48 is lifted along with the telescopic mechanism, the bottom end of the first side extension carriage plate is inclined outwards to form the roof of the upper layer of the side extension carriage, the second side extension carriage plate 49 is parallel to the roof of the basic carriage 3 and forms the floor of the upper layer of the side extension carriage, and the fourth side extension carriage plate 410 forms the floor of the lower layer of the side extension carriage.
The detailed arrangement and connection manners of the first side extension carriage plate 48, the second side extension carriage plate 49, the fourth side extension carriage plate 410 and the travel carriage support mechanism 411 are the same as those of the first carriage plate 51, the second carriage plate 52, the fourth carriage plate and the commercial carriage support mechanism of the commercial carriage 5 in embodiment 1, and will not be described here.
Fig. 11 and 12 show a top view of one floor when the villa-type commercial travel utility vehicle provided in this modified embodiment is fully unfolded and a top view of one floor when folded, respectively.
In the above two modified embodiments, the side extension compartment 43 includes the two-layered structure of the upper side extension compartment 43a and the lower side extension compartment 43b, and the traveling compartment door is provided at the lower side extension compartment 43 b. A rain cloth is further provided on the outer surface of the upper expansion compartment 43a to improve the rain-proof ability of the upper expansion compartment 43 a. In addition, the roof and the walls of the upper extension compartment 43 may be obtained with soft cloth, i.e., the roof and the side walls of the upper extension compartment 43 are formed with soft cloth instead of a plate material.
As another modified embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the traveling carriage 4 further includes a rear extension carriage 44, the rear extension carriage 44 being provided at the rear side of the base carriage, the rear extension carriage including a rear extension carriage telescoping mechanism, a rear extension carriage roof, a rear extension carriage side wall. When the back expansion carriage is unfolded, the side wall of the back expansion carriage is arranged on the back expansion carriage telescopic mechanism, and the top plate of the back expansion carriage is arranged on the top of the side wall of the back expansion carriage; when the back expansion carriage is folded, the back expansion carriage telescopic mechanism, the back expansion carriage side wall and the back expansion carriage top plate are folded in the basic carriage.
The villa-type commercial utility vehicle provided in this embodiment further includes four legs 311 and four hydraulic cylinders (not shown in the figure), the fixed ends of the hydraulic cylinders are fixed to the chassis 33 of the basic carriage, the legs 311 are connected to the telescopic ends of the hydraulic cylinders, and the legs 311 are extended or shortened under the driving of the hydraulic cylinders. When the car is unfolded, the legs 311 are extended to support the villa-type commercial utility vehicle, and at this time, the tires of the villa-type commercial utility vehicle are not landed any more, and the weight of the villa-type commercial utility vehicle is supported by the four legs 311 provided at the bottom of the base car 3 and the two legs 563 provided at the bottom of the commercial car 5.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, as a modified embodiment of the present embodiment, the traveling carriage 4 further includes a two-story balcony 45, the two-story balcony 45 being provided above the base carriage 3 and on the front side of the jack-up carriage 41, and an access door being provided between the two-story balcony 45 and the jack-up carriage 41. Living furniture such as tea tables, seats and the like can be arranged in the two-layer balcony 45 area.
Although the present embodiment describes only a two-story balcony, in practice, the villa-type commercial utility vehicle provided in the present embodiment may also include one or more combinations of the commercial compartment 5, the jack-up compartment 41, the side extension compartment 43 and the rear extension compartment 44.
In addition, in the above embodiments, the villa utility vehicle may further include a solar panel and/or a decorative lamp, and the solar panel 6 is disposed on the top of the cabin 2, such as on the top of the jacking cabin 41, the top of the side expanding cabin 43, and the top of the commercial cabin 5. The solar panel converts light energy into electric energy and provides the required electric energy for villa type business travel multipurpose vehicles. The decorative lamp is arranged on the outer side of the carriage 2, and can increase the beauty of the villa type commercial utility vehicle and the effect of stage performance.
One or more windows are provided at appropriate positions of the jack-up cabin 41, the side extension cabin 43, the rear extension cabin 44, and the commercial cabin 5, and a traveling cabin door 46 is provided at the side extension cabin 43.
The villa-type commercial and travel multipurpose vehicle provided by the embodiments further comprises a waterproof sealing piece and a winch, wherein the waterproof sealing piece is arranged at the joint of the chassis of the basic carriage so as to seal the joint, and therefore the chassis of the basic carriage can obtain good waterproof capability. The villa-type business and travel utility vehicle according to claim 5, wherein the side-expanded carriage further comprises a first side-expanded carriage plate, a second side-expanded carriage plate, a fourth side-expanded carriage plate and a travel carriage support mechanism, wherein the top end of the first side-expanded carriage plate is hinged with the telescopic mechanism of the jack-up carriage, the bottom end of the first side-expanded carriage plate is hinged with the bottom end of the second side-expanded carriage plate, the top end of the second side-expanded carriage plate is hinged with the roof of the basic carriage, the top end of the fourth side-expanded carriage plate is in sliding connection with a stand column arranged on the basic carriage, the bottom end of the fourth side-expanded carriage plate is in sliding connection with the travel carriage support mechanism, and the travel carriage support mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the basic carriage;
when the side expansion carriage is in a folding state, the first side expansion carriage plate, the second side expansion carriage plate and the fourth side expansion carriage plate are sequentially overlapped on the outer side of the side wall of the basic carriage from outside to inside, and the traveling carriage supporting mechanism is arranged below the basic carriage;
When the side expansion carriage is in an unfolding state, the first side expansion carriage plate is lifted along with the telescopic mechanism, the bottom end of the first side expansion carriage plate is inclined outwards to form a roof of the upper layer of the side expansion carriage, the second side expansion carriage plate is parallel to the roof of the basic carriage and forms a floor of the upper layer of the side expansion carriage, and the fourth side expansion carriage plate forms a floor of the lower layer of the side expansion carriage.

The villa utility vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the travel carriage further comprises a rear extension carriage disposed at a rear side of the base carriage, the rear extension carriage comprising a rear extension carriage telescoping mechanism, a rear extension carriage roof, a rear extension carriage sidewall;
when the rear expansion carriage is unfolded, the side wall of the rear expansion carriage is arranged on the rear expansion carriage telescopic mechanism, and the top plate of the rear expansion carriage is arranged on the top of the side wall of the rear expansion carriage;
when the back expansion carriage is folded, the back expansion carriage telescopic mechanism, the back expansion carriage side wall and the back expansion carriage top plate are folded in the basic carriage.

The villa utility vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the base compartment further comprises an inner kitchen ware stand, an inner shower, an outer kitchen ware stand, and an outer shower, the inner kitchen ware stand and the inner shower being disposed inside the base compartment, the outer kitchen ware stand and the outer shower being disposed outside the base compartment; the outer kitchen ware bench and the outer shower are embedded in the basic carriage in a push-pull or folding mode.
10. The villa-type business travel utility vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising a solar panel and/or a decorative lamp, wherein the solar panel is provided on the top of the carriage and the decorative lamp is provided on the outside of the carriage.

The villa-type utility vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the villa-type utility vehicle further comprises a plurality of legs and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders, wherein the number of the legs is equal to the number of the hydraulic cylinders, the fixed end of the hydraulic cylinders is fixed on the chassis of the basic carriage, and the legs are connected with the telescopic ends of the hydraulic cylinders.

The villa-type utility vehicle according to claim 1, wherein said villa-type utility vehicle further comprises a waterproof seal and a winch, said waterproof seal being provided at a seam of a chassis of said base compartment to seal said seam; the winch is fixed at the front end of the headstock.
13. The utility vehicle of claim 12, further comprising a propeller and a propeller, the propeller being secured to the chassis of the base compartment, a shaft of the propeller being coupled to an output shaft of the propeller.
