本发明公开一种高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,由上阻隔膜、上面纸、瓦楞芯、上牛卡纸、蜂窝夹芯、下牛卡纸、植物纤维发泡层、下阻隔膜复合而成,上阻隔膜与下阻隔膜具有一定的防水性和阻隔性,将瓦楞芯与蜂窝夹芯复合,可以发挥瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板的优势,增大了蜂窝纸板面层的刚度、耐戳穿度和撕裂度,并增强了缓冲性能。植物纤维发泡层和植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒能提供良好的缓冲性和回弹性,进一步增强了纸板的缓冲性能。瓦楞芯和植物纤维发泡层分别作为纸板的上、下缓冲层。本产品具有隔热保温、弹性高、缓冲性能好、抗挤压、防水防潮佳等优点;产品对环境没有污染,有利于环境保护并可回收再利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸箱包装领域,特别涉及一种高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板。
背景技术
近年,随着蜂窝纸包装技术在内包装上应用的推广,蜂窝纸有取代木质材料和发泡塑料之势。蜂窝纸包装产品好处很多,质轻、强度大、刚度高,具有缓冲、保温、隔热、隔音的优异性能,最为关键的是,蜂窝纸板制品与发泡塑料相比,可节省资源、保护生态环境、用途广、发展前景更好。虽然蜂窝纸包装好处很多,但是也有其自身的弊病。由于毕竟是以纸为原材料,防潮性相比发泡塑料要差,容易受潮,其防水、防潮问题还没有很好地解决,加上其弹性不足,不能承受多次冲击,所以采用普通蜂窝纸板制成的包装箱、托盘,受潮后强度减弱,不能承受较强的撞击和振动。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,旨在克服普通蜂窝纸板弹性不足,防潮性差且受潮后强度迅速下降、不耐冲击的缺点。
本发明提出一种高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,包括蜂窝夹芯,在所述蜂窝夹芯上面覆盖有上牛卡纸,在所述蜂窝夹芯下面覆盖有下牛卡纸,在所述上牛卡纸上设有瓦楞芯,所述瓦楞芯上设有上面纸,在所述上面纸上设有上阻隔膜,在所述下牛卡纸上设有以淀粉及植物纤维为主要原料并通过水蒸气挤出发泡而成的植物纤维发泡层,在所述植物纤维发泡层上设有下阻隔膜;所述瓦楞芯的波峰与所述上牛卡纸粘合,所述瓦楞芯与所述上牛卡纸之间构成有空腔,在所述空腔内填充有以淀粉及植物纤维为主要原料并通过水蒸气挤出发泡而成的植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒;所述上面纸与所述上阻隔膜之间通过由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂在所述上阻隔膜上的而形成的无机纤维粘合层粘合,所述植物纤维发泡层与所述下阻隔膜之间通过由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂在所述下阻隔面纸上的而形成的无机纤维粘合层粘合。
优选地,所述上阻隔膜和所述下阻隔膜均为多层共挤尼龙膜或多层共挤EVOH膜。
优选地,所述瓦楞芯的内、外表面覆盖有采用热熔喷涂的方式形成的PE膜层。
优选地,所述蜂窝夹芯的截面形态为菱形、正四边形或正六边形,所述瓦楞芯的截面形态为U型、V型或方型的波浪瓦楞。

本产品由上阻隔膜、上面纸、瓦楞芯、上牛卡纸、蜂窝夹芯、下牛卡纸、植物纤维发泡层、下阻隔膜复合而成,上阻隔膜与下阻隔膜具有一定的防水性和阻隔性,能阻止水汽的进入,防止水汽进入造成纸板的抗冲效果降低,使纸板能保持应有的抗压强度;上阻隔膜与下阻隔膜分别设置在纸板的上下面,制成包装产品时,不仅能对箱体外侧进行有效的防水,即使在运输过程中也能够有效地对放置在包装箱内的物品进行防水。
蜂窝纸板的平压强度远高于瓦楞纸板,瓦楞纸板的纵向侧压强度远高于蜂窝纸板,而横向的侧压强度则低于蜂窝纸板,瓦楞纸板与蜂窝纸板的性能各有优点,将瓦楞芯与蜂窝夹芯复合,可以发挥瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板的优势,增大了蜂窝纸板面层的刚度、耐戳穿度和撕裂度,并增强了缓冲性能。
而且,在瓦楞芯与上牛卡纸之间构成的空腔内填充有以淀粉及植物纤维为主要原料并通过水蒸气挤出发泡而成的植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒,能提供良好的缓冲性和回弹性,进一步增强了纸板的缓冲性能。
设置有植物纤维发泡层,植物纤维发泡层能提供良好的缓冲性和回弹性,由于其均匀闭孔结构的存在,发泡层能提供良好的隔热性和防水防潮性。
瓦楞芯和植物纤维发泡层分别作为纸板的上、下缓冲层,能够减小冲击力,制成包装箱时,能保护内侧物品的安全。
植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒和植物纤维发泡层均为可降解材料,绿色环保。
上面纸与上阻隔膜之间、植物纤维发泡层与下阻隔膜之间通过无机纤维粘合层粘合,无机纤维粘合层由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂而成,具有一定的强度和厚度,该无机纤维粘合层呈现弹性的自然纹理和纤维质地,具有保温隔热的效果和粘合效果。
在瓦楞芯的内、外表面覆盖有采用热熔喷涂的方式形成的PE膜层,具有防水性能,可有效避免由于长期使用导致的上阻隔膜脱落,从而使得纸板失去外层防水的效果。
本产品具有隔热保温、弹性高、缓冲性能好、抗挤压、防水防潮佳等优点;产品对环境没有污染,有利于环境保护并可回收再利用。

一种高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,包括蜂窝夹芯4,在蜂窝夹芯4上面覆盖有上牛卡纸3,在蜂窝夹芯4下面覆盖有下牛卡纸5,在上牛卡纸3上设有瓦楞芯2,瓦楞芯2上设有上面纸,在上面纸上设有上阻隔膜1,在下牛卡纸5上设有以淀粉及植物纤维为主要原料并通过水蒸气挤出发泡而成的植物纤维发泡层6,在植物纤维发泡层6上设有下阻隔膜7。本产品从上至下依次由上阻隔膜1、上面纸、瓦楞芯2、上牛卡纸3、蜂窝夹芯4、下牛卡纸5、植物纤维发泡层6、下阻隔膜7复合而成。
蜂窝夹芯4的截面形态为正六边形,瓦楞芯2的截面形态为U型的波浪瓦楞。上阻隔膜1和下阻隔膜7均为多层共挤尼龙膜或多层共挤EVOH膜,具有一定的防水性和阻隔性,能阻止水汽的进入,防止水汽进入造成纸板的抗冲效果降低,使纸板能保持应有的抗压强度。上阻隔膜1与下阻隔膜7分别设置在纸板的上下面,制成包装产品时,不仅能对箱体外侧进行有效的防水,即使在运输过程中也能够有效地对放置在包装箱内的物品进行防水。
蜂窝纸板的平压强度远高于瓦楞纸板,瓦楞纸板的纵向侧压强度远高于蜂窝纸板,而横向的侧压强度则低于蜂窝纸板,瓦楞纸板与蜂窝纸板的性能各有优点,将瓦楞芯2与蜂窝夹芯4复合,可以发挥瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板的优势,增大了蜂窝纸板面层的刚度、耐戳穿度和撕裂度,并增强了缓冲性能。
瓦楞芯2的波峰与上牛卡纸3粘合,瓦楞芯2与上牛卡纸3之间构成有空腔,在空腔内填充有以淀粉及植物纤维为主要原料并通过水蒸气挤出发泡而成的植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒8。植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒8能提供良好的缓冲性和回弹性,进一步增强了纸板的缓冲性能。
植物纤维发泡层6能提供良好的缓冲性和回弹性,由于其均匀闭孔结构的存在,发泡层能提供良好的隔热性和防水防潮性。
植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒8和植物纤维发泡层6均为可降解材料,绿色环保。瓦楞芯2和植物纤维发泡层6分别作为纸板的上、下缓冲层,能够减小冲击力,制成包装箱时,能保护内侧物品的安全。
上面纸与上阻隔膜1之间通过由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂在上阻隔膜1上的而形成的无机纤维粘合层粘合。植物纤维发泡层6与下阻隔膜7之间通过由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂在下阻隔面纸上的而形成的无机纤维粘合层粘合。无机纤维粘合层由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂而成,具有一定的强度和厚度,该无机纤维粘合层呈现弹性的自然纹理和纤维质地,具有保温隔热的效果和粘合效果。
在瓦楞芯2的内、外表面覆盖有采用热熔喷涂的方式形成的PE膜层,具有防水性能,可有效避免由于长期使用导致的上阻隔膜1脱落,从而使得纸板失去外层防水的效果。
本产品具有隔热保温、弹性高、缓冲性能好、抗挤压、防水防潮佳等优点;产品对环境没有污染,有利于环境保护并可回收再利用。

Claims (4)
1.一种高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,包括蜂窝夹芯,其特征在于,在所述蜂窝夹芯上面覆盖有上牛卡纸,在所述蜂窝夹芯下面覆盖有下牛卡纸,在所述上牛卡纸上设有瓦楞芯,所述瓦楞芯上设有上面纸,在所述上面纸上设有上阻隔膜,在所述下牛卡纸上设有以淀粉及植物纤维为主要原料并通过水蒸气挤出发泡而成的植物纤维发泡层,在所述植物纤维发泡层上设有下阻隔膜;所述瓦楞芯的波峰与所述上牛卡纸粘合,所述瓦楞芯与所述上牛卡纸之间构成有空腔,在所述空腔内填充有以淀粉及植物纤维为主要原料并通过水蒸气挤出发泡而成的植物纤维发泡缓冲颗粒;所述上面纸与所述上阻隔膜之间通过由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂在所述上阻隔膜上的而形成的无机纤维粘合层粘合,所述植物纤维发泡层与所述下阻隔膜之间通过由无机超细纤维棉与水基性粘接剂混合后喷涂在所述下阻隔面纸上的而形成的无机纤维粘合层粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,其特征在于,所述上阻隔膜和所述下阻隔膜均为多层共挤尼龙膜或多层共挤EVOH膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,其特征在于,所述瓦楞芯的内、外表面覆盖有采用热熔喷涂的方式形成的PE膜层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性保温防潮蜂窝纸板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝夹芯的截面形态为菱形、正四边形或正六边形,所述瓦楞芯的截面形态为U型、V型或方型的波浪瓦楞。
