The adjusting device 40 is disposed at one side of the rotation direction of the transmission device 20, and wraps the transmission device 20 and the part of the cutting blade 30 on the workbench 60, which is the same as the rotation direction of the transmission device 20, i.e. the right side of fig. 1; the adjusting device 40 can move left and right along fig. 1 to adjust the space size of the cutting blade 30 passing through the gizzard, specifically, the adjusting device 40 includes an upper adjusting piece and a lower adjusting piece, the vertical section of the upper adjusting piece is oblique for matching with the feeding hopper 10, and the vertical section of the lower adjusting piece is arc for matching with the transmission device 20 and the cutting blade 30; the adjusting device 30 may be movably connected to the table 60 by any technical means familiar to those skilled in the art, for example, two grooves may be formed in the table 60, two tenons may be disposed at front and rear sides of the lower end of the adjusting device 40, and the left and right positions of the adjusting device 40 on the table 60 may be changed by changing positions of the tenons in the grooves.
In the present invention, the ratio of the vertical height of the cutting blade 30 located at the upper part of the gizzard opening device table 60 to the vertical height of the cutting blade located at the lower part of the gizzard opening device table 60 is between 1:10-1:4, i.e. a major part of the cutting blade 30 is located under the table 60 and only a minor part is located on the table 60, so that the distance between the two arrows in fig. 1 is as small as possible, so that the gizzard can only pass the cutting blade 30 in sequence.
Of course, in the present invention, the above-described effect can be achieved by setting the diameter of the cutting blade 30 to be sufficiently small, for example, setting the diameter ratio of the cutting blade 30 to the transmission 20 to be between 1:10-1:4, simultaneously, half of the cutting blades 30 are arranged on the workbench 60, and the other half of the cutting blades 30 are arranged under the workbench 60, so that the distance between the two arrows in fig. 1 can be ensured to be as small as possible, and meanwhile, since the cutting blades 30 are 1 on and off the workbench 60: 1, the cutting blade 30 can be fixed more stably, and the acting force is larger; in addition, as half of the cutting blade 30 is positioned on the workbench 60, the action radian of the contact part of the cutting blade 30 and the gizzard is also large, so that the work of cutting the gizzard is smoother.
