Description
技术领域
本发明属于搅拌釜技术领域,具体涉及一种环保高效的搅拌釜。
背景技术
搅拌釜是化学工业中常见的反应装置,主要功能为将釜内的物料混合均匀,工业上应用的搅拌釜式反应器有成百上千种,按反应物料的相态可分成均相搅拌釜和非均相搅拌釜两大类。非均相搅拌釜包括固-液搅拌釜,液-液搅拌釜,气-液搅拌釜和气-液-固三相搅拌釜。
通常搅拌釜在进行需要加热或冷却的反应时,都是采用增加夹套并在其中通入传热介质来实现加热和散热,但是有些化学反应对温度的精度要求较高,需要将温度控制在较精准的范围,现有的搅拌釜无法精准地调温、恒温,不能满足对温度要求高的场合,使用时具有局限性。
对于某些粘度高的物料,由于其自身性质在加入搅拌釜后容易堆积和粘附在搅拌釜内壁和出料口处,造成搅拌不均和出料口堵塞,通常的反应釜采用提高搅拌转速和提升加热温度的办法来降低物料粘度、加快分散和混合的速度,但是过高的转速可能破坏一些物料的大分子基团结构,而过高的温度也会容易破坏物料本身的性质。
在化学反应中经常有反应剩余的或反应产生的尾气排出,而尾气中一般含有有毒有害气体,直接排放入大气中不仅会危害人体,而且会污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为解决上述问题而提供一种环保高效的搅拌釜。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保高效的搅拌釜,其特征在于,包括釜体,所述釜体的顶面设置有加料口和排气管,所述排气管的出口连接有过滤器,所述过滤器与净化器连接,所述釜体的上方设置有电机,所述电机的输出轴连接有减速器,所述减速器下方连接有伸入所述釜体内的搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上连接有螺旋叶片,所述搅拌轴底端上设置有导流叶片,搅拌轴连接有一对刮板,所述刮板与所述釜体内壁相接触,所述釜体的底端设置有排料口,所述釜体外套有一层夹套,所述夹套下方设置有进液口,夹套上方设置有出液口,所述夹套上还设置有温度计和粘度计,所述温度计和粘度计伸入所述釜体内,所述釜体的底端还设置有吹气管,所述吹气管经管道与外部的压缩空气源连通。
所述螺旋叶片对称、螺旋环绕设置于所述搅拌轴上。
所述釜体的底端的吹气管呈环状的分布在釜体的底部。
所述导流叶片上设置有多个通孔。
优选地,所述过滤器中设置有活性炭吸附剂。
本发明的工作过程如下:
本发明可支持气-液-固相的各种混合类型,工作时,在加料口处加入固态物料,气体则由釜体底部的吹气管通入釜体内,通过螺旋叶片对混合的物料进行充分搅拌,使得釜体内的物料进行充分、均匀的混合和反应,刮板可将釜体内壁上堆积的物料刮下并加入螺旋叶片的搅拌中,搅拌轴底端的导流叶片搅动堵塞在排料口的物料,使物料顺畅排出,反应后剩余的和反应产生的气体向上流动,经上方的排气管排出到过滤器中过滤,并最终通入净化器中净化,釜体外的夹套通入冷却水或加热蒸汽,由温度计对釜体内的温度进行监控,控制反应需要的温度。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用对称布置的一对螺旋搅拌叶片以及吹气管的结构设计,当进行物料的搅拌时,物料在螺旋搅拌叶片形成的螺旋的外部以及内部形成物料循环,位于螺旋外部的物料在螺旋搅拌叶片的作用下向上流动,位于釜体顶部的物料进入螺旋内部后向下流动从而形成物料循环,加速物料混合,使釜体内不同部位的物料混合效果均一,既能够保证物料的充分反应,同时又能够满足不同工艺的需求,使得本发明具有物料混合均匀的特点,提高了产品质量。
2.本发明在排气管出口设置了过滤器和净化器,将反应后的尾气进行过滤、净化处理,及时除去废气,保证釜体内产品的质量,且实现了无害、环保。
3.本发明在釜体内壁设置了刮板,可以将釜体内壁上堆积的物料刮下来加入搅拌中,使得物料混合更加均匀,进一步提高了产品的质量,避免物料中的粘度较高的物质在釜体内壁形成积累,解决了现有搅拌釜存在着物料混合死角、结块和堵塞的问题,确保产品质量。
4.本发明在釜体底部设置有多个吹气管,可将气体分散通入反应釜中,使混合更均匀、反应更充分。
5.本发明在搅拌轴的底端、出料口的上方设置了波浪形的导流叶片,可对物料进行导流,增加物料的行走路径,有效地防止了物料在重力的作用下快速堆积在出料口造成堵塞,同时在导流叶片上开有多个通孔,减轻导流叶片的压力,防止被物料的压力破坏。
6.本发明安装有夹套,夹套上设置有进液口和出液口,可通入冷却水或加热蒸汽,可对釜体进行冷却或加热,同时设置了温度计对釜体内温度进行监控,可以实现调温、恒温,满足各种反应所需的温度要求。

将所述加料口17打开加入生石灰,所述夹套6中通入加热蒸汽,当温度计9显示温度在650摄氏度时打开所述釜体8底部的吹气管12通入含硫气体,使物料充分接触进行脱硫反应,所述排料口11排出析出的晶体,脱硫后的气体通过所述排气管3排出,并通过过滤器18和净化器19进行过滤处理,达到环保要求。

1.一种环保高效的搅拌釜,包括釜体(8),所述釜体(8)的顶面设置有加料口(17)和排气管(3),所述釜体(8)的上方设置有电机(1),所述电机(1)的输出轴连接有减速器(2),所述减速器(2)下方连接有伸入所述釜体(8)内的搅拌轴(15),所述釜体(8)的底端设置有排料口(11),其特征在于,所述排气管(3)的出口连接有过滤器(18),所述过滤器(18)与净化器(19)连接,所述搅拌轴(15)上连接有螺旋叶片(7),所述搅拌轴(15)底端上设置有导流叶片(10),搅拌轴(15)还连接有一对刮板(5),所述刮板(5)与所述釜体(8)内壁相接触,所述釜体(8)外套有一层夹套(6),所述夹套(6)下方设置有进液口(13),夹套(6)上方设置有出液口(16),所述夹套(6)上还设置有温度计(9)和粘度计(14),所述温度计(9)和粘度计(14)伸入所述釜体(8)内,所述釜体(8)的底端还设置有吹气管(12)。
