本发明公开了一种土壤修复用的加药装置,包括搅拌筒与固定板,所述搅拌筒贯穿固定板并与固定板固定连接,所述固定板的上端固定连接有立架,所述搅拌筒的内壁上固定连接有一对挂台,所述搅拌筒的侧面插设有贯穿筒壁的底板,所述底板的一端插设在一对挂台中,所述搅拌筒中插设有两个搅拌器,两个所述搅拌器远离搅拌筒的一端固定连接有第一丝杠与第二丝杠,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠贯穿立架,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠位于立架上方一端的侧面均螺纹连接有从动链条盘,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠远离搅拌器的一端固定连接有触杆。本发明在机构上更加具有创新性,使用两个不同旋向的丝杠实现了两个搅拌器的同时上下联动,增强了搅拌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及土壤修复领域,尤其涉及一种土壤修复用的加药装置。
背景技术
随着人们对环境保护意识的日益增强,土壤修复是当前环保任务的重中之重,土壤在修复过程中需要加药操作,土壤加药的作业是当前很多土壤修复厂商所面临一道难题,目前很多的厂商在实际的加药作业上是采用人工加药的方式,进而在搅拌过程中耗费了大量的人力物力,当然也有少数厂家采用专用的加药设备,但基本都有在搅拌效果上不太好的现象,同时结构较为复杂,不利于后期的维护保养。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种土壤修复用的加药装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种土壤修复用的加药装置,包括搅拌筒与固定板,所述搅拌筒贯穿固定板并与固定板固定连接,所述固定板的上端固定连接有立架,所述搅拌筒的内壁上固定连接有一对挂台,所述搅拌筒的侧面插设有贯穿筒壁的底板,所述底板的一端插设在一对挂台中,所述搅拌筒中插设有两个搅拌器,两个所述搅拌器远离搅拌筒的一端固定连接有第一丝杠与第二丝杠,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠贯穿立架,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠位于立架上方一端的侧面均螺纹连接有从动链条盘,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠远离搅拌器的一端固定连接有触杆,所述触杆的下方设有与其对应的换向开关,所述换向开关与立架固定连接,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠套设有位于从动链条盘上下两侧的推力球轴承,两个所述位于从动链条盘上方的推力球轴承的上端压设有压板,所述压板通过连接块与立架固定连接,所述立架靠近第一丝杠的外壁上固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴上固定连接有主动链条盘,所述主动链条盘与两个从动链条盘通过链条连接,所述立架远离电机一侧的上端固定连接有药管,所述药管贯穿立架并与搅拌筒相通。
优选地,两个所述搅拌器的旋向相同,所述第一丝杠与第二丝杠的螺纹旋向相反。
优选地,所述搅拌器的叶片呈螺旋状。
优选地,所述搅拌筒的下方设有与底板位置相对应的传送带。
优选地,所述药管靠近立架的一端为漏斗状,所述药管与搅拌筒的相通位置位于搅拌筒的顶端。
优选地,所述固定板的底侧固定有多根立腿,所述搅拌筒与固定板的固定处固定连接有肋板。
本发明中,操作方便,原理简单,使用者使用该装置时先将需要加药的土壤倒进搅拌筒中,随后使用者开启电机,此时主动链条盘带动从动链条盘转动,由于从动链条盘与第一丝杠、第二丝杠螺纹套接,进而从动链条盘联动第一丝杠、第二丝杠上下移动,由于两个搅拌器呈螺旋状,进而搅拌筒内的土壤会上下翻动,加强了搅拌效果,两个搅拌器的上下换向是通过触杆与换向开关的作用来改变电机的转向而实现的,当土壤开始翻动时,此时使用者通过药管向搅拌筒内加药,进而将药与土壤更均匀的混合,当药与土壤混合均匀后,此时使用者抽出底板,土壤落在传送带上传输至下一工序。本发明在机构上更加具有创新性,使用两个不同旋向的丝杠实现了两个搅拌器的同时上下联动,增强了搅拌效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种土壤修复用的加药装置,包括搅拌筒9与固定板3,搅拌筒9贯穿固定板3并与固定板3固定连接,用于搅拌土壤,进而与药更好的混合,固定板3的上端固定连接有立架4,用于支撑第一丝杠13与第二丝杠7,搅拌筒9的内壁上固定连接有一对挂台10,用于将底板11限位固定,搅拌筒9的侧面插设有贯穿筒壁的底板11,底板11的一端插设在一对挂台10中,搅拌筒9中插设有两个搅拌器12,用于将土壤翻动,两个搅拌器12远离搅拌筒9的一端固定连接有第一丝杠13与第二丝杠7,用以与从动链条盘18的配合将搅拌器12上提或下压,第一丝杠13与第二丝杠7贯穿立架4,第一丝杠13与第二丝杠7位于立架4上方一端的侧面均螺纹连接有从动链条盘18,第一丝杠13与第二丝杠7远离搅拌器12的一端固定连接有触杆14,用于触发换向开关8,触杆14的下方设有与其对应的换向开关8,换向开关8与立架4固定连接,第一丝杠13与第二丝杠7套设有位于从动链条盘18上下两侧的推力球轴承15,用于装置更好的联动,两个位于从动链条盘18上方的推力球轴承15的上端压设有压板16,为了能将从动链条盘18固定,压板16通过连接块17与立架4固定连接,立架4靠近第一丝杠13的外壁上固定连接有电机5,作为装置的动力输出,电机5的输出轴上固定连接有主动链条盘6,主动链条盘6与两个从动链条盘18通过链条连接,立架4远离电机5一侧的上端固定连接有药管19,用于加药,药管19贯穿立架4并与搅拌筒9相通。
本发明中,两个搅拌器12的旋向相同,第一丝杠13与第二丝杠7的螺纹旋向相反,满足实现同时上下联动的效果,搅拌器12的叶片呈螺旋状,确保搅拌的效果,搅拌筒9的下方设有与底板11位置相对应的传送带1,方便使用者的土壤转运作业,药管19靠近立架4的一端为漏斗状,便于使用者的加药,药管19与搅拌筒9的相通位置位于搅拌筒9的顶端,保证药不会让土壤堵塞,固定板3的底侧固定有多根立腿2,为了支撑整个装置,搅拌筒9与固定板3的固定处固定连接有肋板,加强本装置的结构强度,延长使用寿命。
本发明中,操作方便,原理简单,使用者使用该装置时先将需要加药的土壤倒进搅拌筒9中,随后使用者开启电机5,此时主动链条盘6带动从动链条盘18转动,由于从动链条盘18与第一丝杠13、第二丝杠7螺纹套接,进而从动链条盘18联动第一丝杠13、第二丝杠7上下移动,由于两个搅拌器12呈螺旋状,进而搅拌筒9内的土壤会上下翻动,加强了搅拌效果,两个搅拌器12的上下换向是通过触杆14与换向开关8的作用来改变电机5的转向而实现的,当土壤开始翻动时,此时使用者通过药管19向搅拌筒9内加药,进而将药与土壤更均匀的混合,当药与土壤混合均匀后,此时使用者抽出底板11,土壤落在传送带1上传输至下一工序。

1.一种土壤修复用的加药装置,包括搅拌筒(9)与固定板(3),其特征在于,所述搅拌筒(9)贯穿固定板(3)并与固定板(3)固定连接,所述固定板(3)的上端固定连接有立架(4),所述搅拌筒(9)的内壁上固定连接有一对挂台(10),所述搅拌筒(9)的侧面插设有贯穿筒壁的底板(11),所述底板(11)的一端插设在一对挂台(10)中,所述搅拌筒(9)中插设有两个搅拌器(12),两个所述搅拌器(12)远离搅拌筒(9)的一端固定连接有第一丝杠(13)与第二丝杠(7),所述第一丝杠(13)与第二丝杠(7)贯穿立架(4),所述第一丝杠(13)与第二丝杠(7)位于立架(4)上方一端的侧面均螺纹连接有从动链条盘(18),所述第一丝杠(13)与第二丝杠(7)远离搅拌器(12)的一端固定连接有触杆(14),所述触杆(14)的下方设有与其对应的换向开关(8),所述换向开关(8)与立架(4)固定连接,所述第一丝杠(13)与第二丝杠(7)套设有位于从动链条盘(18)上下两侧的推力球轴承(15),两个所述位于从动链条盘(18)上方的推力球轴承(15)的上端压设有压板(16),所述压板(16)通过连接块(17)与立架(4)固定连接,所述立架(4)靠近第一丝杠(13)的外壁上固定连接有电机(5),所述电机(5)的输出轴上固定连接有主动链条盘(6),所述主动链条盘(6)与两个从动链条盘(18)通过链条连接,所述立架(4)远离电机(5)一侧的上端固定连接有药管(19),所述药管(19)贯穿立架(4)并与搅拌筒(9)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤修复用的加药装置,其特征在于,两个所述搅拌器(12)的旋向相同,所述第一丝杠(13)与第二丝杠(7)的螺纹旋向相反。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤修复用的加药装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌筒(9)的下方设有与底板(11)位置相对应的传送带(1)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤修复用的加药装置,其特征在于,所述药管(19)靠近立架(4)的一端为漏斗状,所述药管(19)与搅拌筒(9)的相通位置位于搅拌筒(9)的顶端。
