Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical appliances, and relates to a gingival protection type bite block used in endotracheal intubation.
Background
The bite block is commonly used for preventing the tongue from being bitten in operation, protecting the tracheal catheter from being bitten by teeth and facilitating the fixation of the tracheal catheter. The tooth pad structure commonly used includes tooth pad main part, tooth pad wing, tooth pad card triplex, and tooth pad wing sets up in the both sides of tooth pad main part, and tooth pad main part is put into between patient's upper and lower dentition, plays the supporting role to prevent that the tooth from biting the tracheal catheter, and the tooth pad wing is arranged in the outer fringe of upper and lower dentition, in order to prevent that the tooth pad shifts, and tooth pad card is used for fixed tracheal catheter, prevents that tracheal catheter shifts. The dental pad with the common structure has the advantages of low price and simple and convenient operation, but has the defects: 1. the oral soft tissue is mainly made of high-hardness inelastic materials, has poor compliance with the oral soft tissue, and is easy to directly damage the tongue body, the oral mucosa, the gum and other tooth soft tissues; 2. because the bite block can not completely seal the oral cavity, the tongue is easy to deviate from and is bitten, especially in prone position; 3. the contact area between the common tooth pad and the upper and lower teeth is small, so that local teeth are stressed greatly, and the teeth are easy to loosen and fall off, especially for patients with loose teeth and gingival atrophy; 4. the contact area between the common tooth pad and the upper teeth and the lower teeth is small, so that the tooth pad of a patient with the tooth falling off is difficult to place and go out, and the gingiva can be directly damaged; 5. common bite blocks slide easily between the upper and lower teeth, resulting in unstable fixation of the endotracheal tube, especially for infants with unextended teeth or unextended teeth. Therefore, the use of the conventional bite block causes loosening and falling of teeth, gum injury, and displacement of the tracheal tube, which causes unnecessary iatrogenic injury and life hazard to the patient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a gingival protection type bite block used in endotracheal intubation, which solves the problems that an organ catheter is not firmly fixed and is easy to cause injury to gingiva and the like caused by a common bite block.
The aim of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: the gingival protection type dental pad used in the endotracheal intubation comprises a dental pad main body, an oral cavity outer side dental pad wing and an oral cavity inner side dental pad wing, wherein the gingival protection type dental pad can be completely matched with an upper dental socket and a lower dental socket, almost seals the whole upper dental space and the whole lower dental space, can well prevent the tongue from falling off and biting, enables the bearing surface of the dental pad to be spread to the whole dental socket, prevents the occurrence of loosening and falling of a single tooth or a plurality of teeth due to large bearing force, and solves the difficult problem of difficult fixation of the dental pad without teeth (commonly seen in old patients) or teeth (commonly seen in infants); the center of the dental pad main body is provided with an endotracheal tube fixing clamping groove, and an endotracheal tube inlet is arranged in the middle of the same side of the dental pad wing at the outer side of the oral cavity and the dental pad wing at the inner side of the oral cavity; before the dental pad is used, the tracheal catheter matched with the dental pad is clamped into the fixing clamping groove from the tracheal catheter inlet, so that the tracheal catheter can be fixed, and the tracheal catheter is prevented from being ectopic. When the bite block is used in the endotracheal intubation, it is necessary to bite the teeth into the bite block body and to have the gums or teeth between the outside and inside bite block wings of the mouth, thus closing the mouth and preventing the tongue from being pulled out to be bitten or crushed.
The dental pad main body and the dental pad wings at the outer side of the oral cavity are made of medical soft materials, can be bent and deformed at will to conform to the shape of the gingiva, and cannot be damaged due to friction with the gingiva or the oral cavity. The inner wall of the catheter fixing clamping groove is provided with a medical elastic material layer, after the tracheal catheter is fixed to the fixing clamping groove, the elastic material layer is elastically deformed, so that the pressure on the tracheal catheter is increased, and the medical soft material is selected from medical silica gel, natural rubber, polyurethane, thermoplastic elastomer and chlorinated polyethylene, and is preferentially medical silica gel; the material of the medical elastic material layer is selected from medical silica gel, natural rubber, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, ABS, polyamide and polysulfone, preferably polyvinyl chloride.
An elastic protective layer is arranged on the inner side wall of the tooth pad wing at the outer side of the oral cavity. The inner wall of the dental pad wing at the inner side of the oral cavity is provided with an air bag, the air bag is connected with an inflation catheter, and the inflation catheter passes through the dental pad main body and is led to the outer side of the oral cavity of the dental pad. When the dental pad is fixed between teeth, the inflatable guide pipe is used for inflating the air bag force, so that the teeth or gums can be tightly clamped by the dental pad wings at the outer side of the oral cavity and the dental pad wings at the inner side of the oral cavity, the dental pad can not slide in the oral cavity, meanwhile, the whole dental pad is stressed and disperses force because of the buffer effect of the air bag, the traction of a single tooth is reduced, the teeth and the gums can be well protected, and the dental pad is more beneficial to patients with gingival atrophy and tooth loosening.
The patient bites the bite-block for a long time, secretion in the oral cavity increases, the patient feels uncomfortable, and medical compliance decreases, especially for patients with excessive phlegm. The tooth pad main body is provided with a sputum suction pipe jack, so that the operation of sucking away oral secretion by using the sputum suction pipe is facilitated.
The two sides of the tooth pad main body are provided with the hand-holding parts, so that the tooth pad can be conveniently implanted into the oral cavity or taken out by one hand.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. preventing the tongue from biting: can seal the oral cavity and prevent the tongue from falling out to be bitten or crushed, especially for prone patients.
2. Preventing loosening of teeth: the whole tooth socket is stressed, the force is dispersed, and the traction on the single tooth is reduced; is more beneficial to patients with gingival atrophy and tooth loosening.
3. Preventing ectopic tracheal catheter: the bite block is firmly fixed, so that the catheter is better fixed, and the bite block is particularly beneficial to gum protection and tracheal catheter fixation of patients with tooth deficiency and toothless.
4. Protecting gingiva: the design of the air bag and soft silica gel is adopted, so that the air bag can be anastomosed with the dental alveolus of a patient, and the pressure injury can be avoided; the edges are subjected to the treatment of the traumatism, so that the damage is prevented.
5. Is convenient for putting in and taking out: the two sides of the tooth pad main body are provided with the hand-holding parts, so that the tooth pad is convenient to hold by one hand; the tooth pad main body and the tooth pad wings are made of flexible materials and can deform so as to be convenient to put in and take out.
