Abstract

本发明公开一种红藤美白化妆水，有效成分包括花色苷、红藤提取物和基质，所述的红藤提取物与花色苷的重量比在1:1‑20:1，基质为维E磷酸脂镁、聚甘油‑3双异硬脂酸酯、甘醇酸、亚麻油和透明质酸。本发明以红藤提取物为主要原料，加入花色苷以及一些基质，其价格低廉，红藤提取物与少量的花色苷混合对于美白起到很好的协同效果，特别是红藤提取物与花色苷的重量比在5:1‑6:1，美白效果大幅度提高。

本发明涉及一种红藤美白化妆水，属于化妆护肤品领域。
背景技术
爽肤水、柔肤水、收敛水统称化妆水，是一种透明液态的化妆品，涂抹在皮肤的表面，用来清洁肌肤、保持肌肤的健康。爽肤水、收敛水和柔肤水区别不是太大，爽肤水、收敛水更适合天气较热，脸上比较爱出油的天气使用，柔肤水更适合干燥的季节使用。化妆水在基础护肤中起了承前启后的作用，随着人们生活品质的提高以及人们对美的追求，化妆水品种类越来越繁多。
红藤，别名：大血藤，拉丁学名：Sargentodoxa cuneata.为木通科、大血藤属落叶、木质藤本植物；茎红褐色；复叶三出，互生；花单性异株，辐射对称，花瓣6，极小，花萼6，花瓣状；果实为聚合果，由多个肉质小浆果组成。生长在海拔700-1600米的林缘沟边或灌木丛中。根茎可药用，有通经活络、散瘀止痛、理气行血、杀虫等功效，主治风湿痛、天气变化导致的关节酸胀、跌打损伤、痛经、闭经、蛔虫。也可作兽医用药，对牛马误食品店蚂蝗所致疾病有疗效。根可作染料。茎皮含纤维，可制绳索。枝条可为藤条代用品，供编制藤椅或其它藤器。常见于山坡灌丛、疏林和林缘等。
花色苷:是花色素与糖以糖苷键结合而成的一类化合物，广泛存在于植物的花、果实、茎、叶和根器官的细胞液中，使其呈现由红、紫红到兰等不同颜色。花色苷是类黄酮--以黄酮核为基础的一类物质中能呈现红色的一族化合物。它由于其独特的功能性，而被应用于清除体内自由基、增殖叶黄素、抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗炎、抑制脂质过氧化和血小板凝集、预防糖尿病、减肥、保护视力等，分子式如下：
目前对于红藤提取物以及花色苷的利用特别是在美白化妆水的应用还未见报道。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种红藤美白化妆水，成本低廉，美白效果好。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：有效成分包括花色苷、红藤提取物、甘油，按照重量比，所述的红藤提取物与花色苷的重量比在1:1-20:1。花色苷0.2％、红藤提取物4％、甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨,2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成。
本发明以红藤提取物为主要原料，加入花色苷以及一些基质，其价格低廉，红藤提取物与少量的花色苷混合对于美白起到很好的协同效果，特别是红藤提取物与花色苷的重量比在6:1-5:1,美白效果大幅度提高。
具体实施方式：
下面对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：
按照重量配比，红藤提取物与花色苷为20:1，红藤提取物与花色苷共占总量的6％，甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成。
实施例2：
按照重量配比，红藤提取物与花色苷为15:1，红藤提取物与花色苷共占总量的6％，甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成。
实施例3：
按照重量配比，红藤提取物与花色苷为6:1，红藤提取物与花色苷共占总量的6％，甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成。
实施例4：
按照重量配比，红藤提取物与花色苷为5:1，红藤提取物与花色苷共占总量的6％，甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成。
实施例5：
按照重量配比，红藤提取物与花色苷为3:1，红藤提取物与花色苷共占总量的6％，甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成。
实施例6：
按照重量配比，红藤提取物与花色苷为2:1，红藤提取物与花色苷共占总量的6％，甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成.
实施例7：
按照重量配比，红藤提取物与花色苷为1:1，红藤提取物与花色苷共占总量的6％，甘油5％，丙二醇3％，尿囊素2％，羟乙基纤维素0.8％，山梨2％，透明质酸钠0.8％和水余量构成。
检测方法：
抑制小鼠黑色素细胞中中黑素合成试验。
将B16小鼠黑色素瘤细胞以1×105个/ml的密度接于直径为9cm的培养皿，在37℃﹑5％CO2的条件下培养2天，弃上清液，加入过滤除菌后的样品溶液18-22ml，接着培养3天，弃上清液，PBS洗涤，每孔加入0.5ml质量百分比0.2％的胰酶溶液消化细胞3min,每皿加2ml维持液终止消化.吹打混匀后,每种浓度取出0.5ml做细胞计数.其余细胞悬液以2500r/min离心5min，弃上清液，于沉淀中加入NaoH溶液，加热使黑色素溶解，选择490nm波长的酶联免疫检测仪上测吸光度值。
黑色素合成抑制率＝〔1-(药物孔吸光度+药物孔细胞密度)+(对照孔吸光度值+对照孔细胞密度)〕×100％。
抑制小鼠黑色素细胞中中黑素合成试验，结果如下所示，
A为红藤提取物，B为花色苷
上述实验结果表明，红藤提取物与花色苷按一定比例(5：1-6：1)相互之间的融合具有协同美白的功效，能有效抑制黑色素生成，且效果显著。而其他比例之间则并无协同作用，美白效果不明显。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式，但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变﹑修饰﹑替代﹑组合﹑简化，均应为等效的置换方式，都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种红藤美白化妆水，其特征在于，有效成分包括花色苷、红藤提取物、甘油，丙二醇，尿囊素，羟乙基纤维素，透明质酸钠和水余量构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红藤美白化妆水，其特征在于，按照重量比，所述的红藤提取物与花色苷的重量比在1:1-20:1。
