一种整体石材厨柜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨柜用品，具体地说是一种整体石材厨柜。
背景技术
而随着人民生活水平的大幅提高，人们对厨房生活用品的美观整洁、卫生安全和方便实用等性能的要求越来越高，特别是对厨房用厨柜的质量要求更是如此。我们知道：厨柜是每个家庭使用频率最高的家具，由于它安放于厨房内并与食品、食具密切接触，要求厨柜在结构上坚固耐用、使用方便；在材料性能上安全、卫生、绿色环保无毒性、抗湿抗潮耐烫阻燃；在使用上具有抗污染、耐冲洗、易清洁、整体洁净美观的特性。就目前来说，现在很多家庭厨房中使用的厨柜，使用木材、石材、铁等材料进行制作，可是木材制作的厨柜使用寿命较短，而石材和铁制作的厨柜成本较高，另外，现有石材板的重量较重，无法用在顶部内侧和侧面的装修上，若将石板制作的较薄，势必会影响石板的强度，在铺设时以及铺设后都容易造成损坏，从而难以符合人们的使用要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种既有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，制作成本较低的整体石材厨柜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种整体石材厨柜，其由底板、背板、台面板、侧板以及门板组装而成，所述底板、背板、台面板、侧板以及门板采用的板材为五层结构，其依此为：上石质层、上铝质或玻璃钢层、铝质或塑料蜂窝层、下铝质或玻璃钢层、下石质或防火板、装饰板层；
作为对上述实施方式的改进，所述铝质或塑料蜂窝层内按照需要设置有预留件；所述的预留件为螺母或木块；
作为对上述实施方式的进一步改进，所述的板材通过粘合剂粘接而成；所述上石质层的厚度为1～20mm；所述下石质或防火板、装饰板层的厚度为0.1～10mm；所述上铝质或玻璃钢层、下铝质或玻璃钢层的厚度为0.3～3mm；所述铝质或塑料蜂窝层为3～60mm。
本发明的有益效果是：本产品表层为天然石材，具有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，另外中间层含有铝质或塑料蜂窝层可以使得重量较轻而便于铺设，另外，由于本产品在适当位置内设置有预留件，从而有效解决了中空的铝质或塑料蜂窝层无法起到固定的问题，本产品既有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，又可以做得较薄但强度高、重量轻，同时还具有较好的固定安装配件的能力，从而使得制作出来的厨柜具有重量轻、强度高、成本低的优点，而且还有很好的抗污染、耐酸碱腐蚀磨损和卫生无毒性的特点。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，一种整体石材厨柜，其由底板、背板、台面板、侧板以及门板组装而成，所述底板、背板、台面板、侧板以及门板采用的板材为五层结构，其依此为：上石质层1、上铝质或玻璃钢层2、铝质或塑料蜂窝层3、下铝质或玻璃钢层4、下石质或防火板、装饰板层5。所述铝质或塑料蜂窝层3内按照需要设置有预留件6，所述的预留件6为螺母或木块等连接件，只要其以基本相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果，都应属于本发明的保护范围。
制作时，将整大块的石材切割成1～20mm厚度的薄板作为上、下石质或防火板、装饰板层1、5，接着按照实际需要在适合的位置在3～60mm厚度的铝质或塑料蜂窝层3内设置一块或多块预留件6，然后在铝质或塑料蜂窝层3的上、下表面上使用粘合剂粘接0.3～3mm厚度的上、下铝质或玻璃钢层2、4，最后将复合好的铝蜂窝板的上、下表面使用粘合剂与石材薄板相粘接固定。
本产品表层为天然石材，具有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，另外中间层含有铝质或塑料蜂窝层3可以使得重量较轻而便于铺设，另外，由于本产品在适当位置内设置有预留件6，从而有效解决了中空的铝质或塑料蜂窝层无法起到固定的问题，本产品既有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，又可以做得较薄但强度高、重量轻，同时还具有较好的固定安装配件的能力，从而使得制作出来的厨柜具有重量轻、强度高、成本低的优点，而且还有很好的抗污染、耐酸碱腐蚀磨损和卫生无毒性的特点。

1.一种整体石材厨柜，其由底板、背板、台面板、侧板以及门板组装而成，其特征在于：所述底板、背板、台面板、侧板以及门板采用的板材为五层结构，其依此为：上石质层(1)、上铝质或玻璃钢层(2)、铝质或塑料蜂窝层(3)、下铝质或玻璃钢层(4)、下石质或防火板、装饰板层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体石材厨柜，其特征在于：所述铝质或塑料蜂窝层(3)内按照需要设置有预留件(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种整体石材厨柜，其特征在于：所述的预留件(6)为螺母或木块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体石材厨柜，其特征在于：所述的板材通过粘合剂粘接而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体石材厨柜，其特征在于：所述上石质层(1)的厚度为1～20mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体石材厨柜，其特征在于：所述下石质或防火板、装饰板层(5)的厚度为0.1～10mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体石材厨柜，其特征在于：所述上铝质或玻璃钢层(2)、下铝质或玻璃钢层(4)的厚度为0.3～3mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体石材厨柜，其特征在于：所述铝质或塑料蜂窝层(3)为3～60mm。
