determining whether the random code can decrypt each of the encrypted supervised enterprise information;
if yes, executing the step of respectively sending each piece of monitored enterprise information to the intelligent terminal;

acquiring information of the monitored enterprises respectively sent by the server according to the driving position information; the server side can acquire the inspection quantity and the unlocking position information input from the outside and send the unlocking position information to the external intelligent terminal, so that the external intelligent terminal acquires the driving position information of an inspector in the driving process, acquires and determines whether the driving position information acquired by the external intelligent terminal is matched with the unlocking position information, and respectively sends the monitored enterprise information corresponding to the query application to the external intelligent terminal if and only if the driving position information is matched with the unlocking position information;
