The user can only access the data resource with specific authority by horizontally classifying the system resource and longitudinally classifying the user. All data are classified and managed and are associated with user levels, and the authority control function of the data is realized through the user levels so as to ensure the security of data sharing;
and the user interaction management module is used for providing a user reference log, a history record and a service evaluation mechanism. The method provides user subscription service oriented requirement analysis and opinion feedback, supports user satisfaction evaluation of data delivery, and integrates information browsing and subscription service quality ranking list.
FIG. 5 is an information subscription subsystem software architecture diagram.
The software architecture of the information subscription subsystem is divided into a data processing layer and an application support layer. The data layer mainly realizes mass data access service and provides data storage service of delivery strategies and historical delivery records. The application layer provides service support for subscription, delivery management and user demand analysis of information resources, and comprises six theme function modules, namely information resource subscription service, user interaction management, user subscription management, delivery state supervision, information delivery service and information authorization management.
The application supporting layer comprises an information resource subscription module, a user subscription management module, an information delivery service module, a user interaction management module, a delivery state supervision module and an information authorization management module;
the data layer comprises a delivery strategy database and a history database.
The functions of each module are similar to those of each module in the prior art by referring to the names of the modules, and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the city data open and information service system further comprises an interface module for implementing information transmission and interaction between the subsystems.
Fig. 6 is an internal interaction diagram of a city data open and information service system.

In addition, the invention also discloses a city information service method, which comprises the following steps:
accessing a corresponding business application system in a city through a business application adapter to acquire a plurality of business system information resources in the city;
uniformly fusing the information resources based on a city data standard library to form a special subject database corresponding to the city application; information resources contained in the special subject database have a uniform data format and are fused in the operation of urban information service;
performing service encapsulation on the uniformly fused information resources by using a predefined service encapsulation tool, and generating an externally open service interface;
performing service description on the packaged information resources by using a predefined service description rule, and performing resource publishing and providing an external subscription interface so that a user can obtain the information resource service through the interface;
and responding to the subscription request of the user, and delivering relevant information for the user.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of the operation of the city data open and information service system.
In one embodiment, each business resource of the city accessed by the system is mainly a resource of each commission office, including a human-society office, a scientific and technological office, a public security office, a civil and administrative office, an education office, a cultural tourism office, a health planning agency, a business commission, a financial bureau, an audit bureau, a market supervision and management bureau and the like.
The system accesses the service application system of each commission office through the application adapter, so as to transmit the data to the data sharing exchange platform, set the mapping relation between the existing basic codes and data formats of the application system and the standard basic codes and formats of the data sharing exchange platform according to the basic codes and application information of the data of each service system, and store the converted data in the standard database of the data sharing exchange platform.
Based on the data stored in the platform standard database, the data are classified and integrated to form various special subject databases, such as economic subjects, traffic subjects, environmental protection subjects, public safety subjects, cultural subjects, educational subjects and the like.
And then, performing service encapsulation on various previously formed information resources by using a service encapsulation tool Apache CXF to generate a Web service description language, and opening a Web service or API (application program interface) to the outside.
And the packaged information resource services publish the service description documents thereof to a service registration center in the data sharing exchange platform for searching and calling of a service requester. The service requester, i.e. the user, sends a message for calling the service interface to the system according to the self requirement, and the system adapts, analyzes and forwards the message to finally find the service. And delivering the information resource to the user. And the system returns a service result after finding the service according to the calling service message of the user and pushes the service result to the user.
The city data opening and information service system overall architecture disclosed by the invention can realize reasonable sharing, development and opening of city data, can realize subscription of all business system information resources of each department of the government without leaving the residents, can efficiently realize the information resource service capability facing the government and the public, and effectively solves the problem of information isolated island.
While particular embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that, based upon the teachings herein, that changes and modifications may be made without departing from the exemplary embodiments of the present invention and its broader aspects. It is therefore intended that the appended claims encompass within their scope all such changes and modifications as do not depart from the true spirit and scope of the exemplary embodiments of this invention.

Claims (8)

1. A city data open and information service system, the system comprising:
the system comprises an integrated portal subsystem, an information fusion subsystem, an information publishing subsystem and an information subscribing subsystem;
the integrated portal subsystem is used for providing a user information service entrance;
the information fusion subsystem provides information conversion and information aggregation processing functions;
the information issuing subsystem provides service encapsulation and resource issuing functions of information resources;
the information subscription subsystem provides the customizing and delivering functions of the information resources;
the comprehensive portal subsystem comprises an information resource management module, an information directory management module, an information synchronization service module, an information retrieval service module, an information portal management module and a system configuration management module;
the information resource management module is used for managing the whole process from acquisition, integration to access of information data, providing convenient information data access operation and operation control, establishing a management system comprising data audit, data storage backup, data quality management, authorization management, directory management and system management, and realizing the unified management of acquisition, reporting, integration and sharing and information release services; providing a data access management interface, and facilitating data definition, access object and access strategy management and system operation condition monitoring for a user;
the information catalog management module is used for cataloging the information resources and establishing a perfect information resource catalog management system; according to business needs, the directory structure, the description template and the description items are expanded, and query service of information directory classification is provided; adding a new catalogue as required, performing splitting, merging and modifying operations on the catalogue, verifying the newly added catalogue, and managing the user permission of the catalogue;
the information synchronization service module is used for providing a data change capturing function and supporting the real-time capture of data changes based on database logs and a file monitoring mode; providing a change information transmission function, supporting the unified description of database data and file change conditions, and transmitting the change data through two modes of a network transmission protocol and a physical storage medium; the method has the advantages that a data synchronization updating function is provided, a data synchronization strategy based on timing and real-time and an event is supported, two data synchronization modes of push/pull are supported, the state monitoring of data synchronization software is supported, a point-to-point and point-to-multipoint data synchronization mode is supported, and data synchronization conflicts can be detected and solved; the synchronous order editing and managing function is provided, and orders can be made, modified and deleted; providing a distributed consistent transaction management function and a main server voting function; the system comprises distributed lock service and node group management, wherein the node group management supports secondary development and use;
the information retrieval service module is used for providing a uniform entrance for the retrieval of the information resources of the whole network for the user; the functions of clustering of query results, learning of user interest, navigation of user retrieval, uniform sequencing of multi-source retrieval results and displaying of retrieval results are realized; providing dictionary management and retrieval source management functions, supporting maintenance management functions of a participle dictionary base, a synonym base, a related word base and a retrieval source, and supporting user authority control of the retrieval source and retrieval contents;
the information portal management module is used for providing information and user access, input and audit management, classifying and managing information resources, and realizing site setting and management of pages, layouts and styles;
the system configuration management module is used for providing management of system basic information, monitoring and managing system operation, and providing management of users using the system, system roles, operation state, life cycle management and log management; the system management provides a uniform and standard interface, and can facilitate the management of various users on the emergency resource integration and sharing platform; and comprehensively monitoring and analyzing the running state of the system to find possible fault points as early as possible and take related preventive measures.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the integrated portal subsystem is architecturally divided into two layers, an application support layer and a data layer;
the application supporting layer comprises an information joint searching module, a portal management module, a directory resource management module, a synchronous service module, an information resource management module and a system management module;
the data layer comprises an information publishing database, a service database, an unstructured data/file module and a service system module.

The system of claim 1, wherein the information fusion subsystem comprises an information gathering and collecting module, an information aggregation engine module, a topic compilation tool module, an aggregation model management module, an information association query module and an information topic module;
the information gathering and collecting module is used for positioning and screening information resources according to the information theme; the system has the access authority identification, control capability and data auditing capability; supporting automatic subject classification of the collected data, and performing automatic subject classification on the collected information by calculating semantic relevance between the collected data;
the information aggregation engine module is used for responding to the information aggregation request, explaining and executing the information aggregation model, realizing the concurrent calling of the multi-source information according to the incidence relation and the processing algorithm defined in the information aggregation model, and processing and recombining the returned result;
the special topic editing tool module is used for configuring information acquisition rules according to information requirements submitted by users, classifying, screening, organizing, configuring and displaying the acquired information, finally forming information special topics, registering the information special topics to an information directory and issuing the information special topics to users in the whole network; the building, editing and managing capabilities of the data building blocks are provided, a building block type simulation data building function is supported, and thematic data with a hierarchical relationship can be generated;
the aggregation model management module is used for providing a management means of the information aggregation model and supporting the definition, modification, retrieval and release of the information aggregation model; organizing and arranging various information sources, defining the association relation among the information sources, and organizing into a logically composite information source; providing update, verification and deletion functions of the aggregation model; supporting a query information aggregation model;
the information association query module is used for querying association information step by step according to the association relation of the information resources; supporting to associate and search thematic content according to the information resource attribute and thematic classification; the information of various resource libraries and business databases is classified, regionalized and combined inquired by a plurality of pieces, and is related to the data content in other types or other elements through the related relation items in the inquiry result, so that the relationship between the elements and the intra-element relationship can be realized, the inquiry result and the element relationship are graphically displayed, and the target related information can be inquired;
the information thematic module is used for showing thematic information contents according to thematic definitions, supporting the retrieval of thematic contents according to information resource attributes and thematic sub-classification; the method supports content updating and maintenance of the issued information topics, displays the information content of the topics according to topic definition, and supports content updating and maintenance of the issued information topics.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the information fusion subsystem is architecturally divided into two layers, an application support layer and a data layer;
the application support layer comprises an information thematic display module, an information correlation query module, an aggregation model management module and a thematic compilation tool module;
the data layer comprises an information focusing acquisition service module, an information aggregation engine service module, an information subject library, a business database, a metadata library and an aggregation model library module.

The system of claim 1, wherein the information publishing subsystem comprises an information resource registration module, a metadata collection module, an information service encapsulation module, an information service deployment module, an information service publishing module, and an information status monitoring module;
the information resource registration module is used for registering the described metadata of the information resource to be registered in the directory system, binding a unique identifier generated by the directory system for the information resource after registration with the metadata, changing the state of the resource into a registered state and persisting the registered state to the information release database; realizing that the registered information resources are withdrawn from the directory system; after the directory system successfully logs out the information, the state of the resource is changed into a logged-out state and is persisted to an information release database;
the metadata acquisition module is used for establishing a template for extracting specific metadata to realize automatic extraction of the metadata and local management of an extraction result; supporting automatic collection, full extraction and incremental extraction; describing the resources according to a unified discovery metadata standard, and uniformly storing the resources in an information release database;
the information service packaging module is used for carrying out service packaging on the structured data based on the database management system and supporting various granularities of a library, a table, a data set and data records; the method supports extracting unstructured information from a file system, a database large field table and a content management subsystem, performs information packaging service on various unstructured data such as texts, pictures and tables, and uniformly manages the unstructured data in an information publishing database;
the information service deployment module is used for packaging, deploying and releasing the information service generated by encapsulation and supporting the monitoring of the service state;
the information service publishing module is used for providing a set of universal operating environment for description, publishing, management and information registration of various shared information resources; providing services of resource creation, encapsulation, universal resource display definition, resource registration and resource logout, providing the issuing functions of structured, unstructured, streaming media and real-time information, and supporting the editing, registration, management and logout of information resource description;
the information state monitoring module is used for providing information state monitoring after information acquisition and fusion processing, providing a current distribution state, an information display relation and an information flow state, and displaying the information state in a graphical mode; the information resource is monitored, a data manager is informed in time when the metadata is found to be updated or changed, the information resource catalog can be updated in time, and the control command of an operation manager is received.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the information publishing subsystem is architecturally divided into two layers, an application support layer and a data layer;
the application supporting layer comprises a resource publishing module, a service packaging module, a service creating module, a service deploying module, a service publishing module, a system monitoring module and a metadata acquisition module;
the data layer comprises an information publishing database, a service database, an unstructured data module and an unstructured file module.

The system of claim 1, wherein the information subscription subsystem comprises an information resource subscription module, a user subscription management module, an information delivery service module, a delivery status monitoring module, an information authorization management module, and a user interaction management module;
the information resource subscription module is used for subscribing service based on subject and subscribing service based on content, and constructing a set of on-demand subscription environment aiming at various information resources, so that a user can subscribe information according to two modes of subject and content, and the source of information resource subscription is an information directory, an information search result or a user request form;
the user subscription management module is used for providing a more accurate information subscription function for the user in a content and theme based mode, and generating an order for a subscription request submitted by the user and inputting the order into an order library; the order library finishes the storage of user orders, so that the user can inquire and update the subscription information of the user; the subscription requests submitted by all users form a multi-level index structure according to the information description rule, so that the matching speed of the subscription requests of the users is accelerated, the fast positioning of the subscription is realized, and the fast matching of the information and the subscription is ensured;
