本发明涉及高压胶管技术领域,公开了一种抗扭曲高压胶管,包括内胶层和外胶层,所述的内胶层和外胶层之间还设有若干层中胶层,所述的中胶层至少两层,所述的中胶层之间设有修补层,所述的修补层由复合材料、修补剂和催化剂组成。本发明在内胶层之间增加了修补层,当胶管在收到扭曲或挤压的破坏时,修补层能够在一定的限度内识别损害的出现,并对裂缝进行自我修补;大大延长胶管的使用寿命,避免胶管破裂产生危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及高压胶管技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗扭曲高压胶管。
背景技术
随着中国经济的发展,客户对液压胶管的品质要求不断提升。为保障液压胶管的使用强度,通常采用钢丝来作为增强层。根据钢丝制作方法的不同,液压胶管可分为钢丝编织胶管及钢丝缠绕胶管。而采用钢丝缠绕的工艺制作,将使胶管产品的爆破性能要远优于编织胶管。然而现有的钢丝缠绕管受内胶硬度和缠绕结构的影响,管体笨重坚硬,曲挠性较差,不适宜狭小空间的使用。尤其是高压胶管在使用过程中,收到扭曲之后产生破裂会对生产造成较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中高压胶管抗扭曲能力不足的缺点,提供了一种抗扭曲高压胶管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种抗扭曲高压胶管,包括内胶层和外胶层,所述的内胶层和外胶层之间还设有若干层中胶层,所述的中胶层至少两层,所述的中胶层之间设有修补层,所述的修补层由复合材料、修补剂和催化剂组成。
作为优选,所述的修补层的复合材料为环氧酯,所述的修补剂为用微囊密封的双环戊二烯,所述的催化剂为格拉布催化剂。
作为优选,所述的内胶层的外侧和外胶层的内侧设有钢丝增强层。
作为优选,所述的内胶层和外胶层均为增加了炭黑的丁晴橡胶。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:在内胶层之间增加了修补层,当胶管在收到扭曲或挤压的破坏时,修补层能够在一定的限度内识别损害的出现,并对裂缝进行自我修补;大大延长胶管的使用寿命,避免胶管破裂产生危害。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
一种抗扭曲高压胶管,如图所示,包括内胶层1和外胶层2,所述的内胶层1和外胶层2之间还设有若干层中胶层3,所述的中胶层3至少两层,所述的中胶层之间设有修补层4,所述的修补层4由复合材料、修补剂和催化剂组成;所述的修补层4的复合材料为环氧酯,所述的修补剂为用微囊密封的双环戊二烯,所述的催化剂为格拉布催化剂。所述的内胶层1的外侧和外胶层2的内侧设有钢丝增强,5,增加其强度,耐扭曲能力强;所述的内胶层1和外胶层2均为增加了炭黑的丁晴橡胶,使其具有良好的柔软性和耐久性。
在内胶层之间还增加了一层修补层4,出现细微的裂缝之后,修补层就可以在一定限度内自我识别,在修补剂和催化剂的作用下,复合材料能够进行自我修补,避免裂口进一步扩大,延长使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗扭曲高压胶管,其特征在于:所述的修补层的复合材料为环氧酯,所述的修补剂为用微囊密封的双环戊二烯,所述的催化剂为格拉布催化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗扭曲高压胶管,其特征在于:所述的内胶层的外侧和外胶层的内侧设有钢丝增强层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗扭曲高压胶管,其特征在于:所述的内胶层和外胶层均为增加了炭黑的丁晴橡胶。
