Abstract
The invention discloses a quick mounting structure of a falling-level line based on a suspended ceiling plane, which comprises a vertical frame clamping type connecting keel and a line back hanging keel, wherein the vertical frame clamping type connecting keel comprises a vertical plate, a clamping face, a supporting face and a locking face, wherein the clamping face, the supporting face and the locking face are sequentially connected onto the vertical plate from top to bottom and form an E-shaped structure with the vertical plate; the line back hanging keel comprises a U-shaped locking structure and a mounting surface, wherein the U-shaped groove bottom of the locking structure is clamped in the line fixing opening, the upper side edge of the locking structure is longer than the lower side edge, and the mounting surface is connected to the edge of the lower side edge of the locking structure; the lower side of hasp face and locking structure all is equipped with a plurality of lockhole. Compared with the traditional ceiling panel installation mode, the invention reduces the construction, simplifies the installation flow, improves the construction efficiency, reduces the labor intensity and reduces the construction cost.

As shown in fig. 1, the quick mounting structure of the line of falling level based on the plane of the suspended ceiling comprises a vertical frame clamping type connection keel 10 and a line back hanging keel 20 which are matched for use.
As shown in fig. 2, the vertical frame clip-on connection keel 10 includes a vertical plate 11, and a clip-on surface 12, a supporting surface 13 and a locking surface 14 which are sequentially connected to the vertical plate 11 from top to bottom and form an E-shaped structure with the vertical plate 11, wherein the vertical plate 11, the clip-on surface 12 and the supporting surface 13 enclose a clip-on interface for clipping on a suspended ceiling plane 40, and the vertical plate 11, the supporting surface 13 and the locking surface 14 enclose a line fixing opening for fixing a line 50.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cross-section of the clamping surface 12 may be wedge-shaped. Because the clamping interface is used for clamping with the suspended ceiling plane 40, the clamping surface 12 is arranged into a wedge shape protruding downwards in an angle shape, which is beneficial to the tight fit degree of the clamping.
As shown in fig. 2, the line back hanging keel 20 comprises a locking structure 21 and a mounting surface 22, wherein the locking structure 21 is in a U-shaped groove bottom clamped in the line fixing opening, the upper side edge of the locking structure 21 is longer than the lower side edge, and the mounting surface 22 is connected to the edge of the lower side edge of the locking structure 21; the latch face 14 and the lower side of the latch structure 21 may be located on the same horizontal plane. The U-shaped opening of the locking structure 21 is a locking interface, the upper side edge of the locking structure 21 is fixed on the top surface of the line 50 for positioning, and the locking width is just matched with the vertical frame clamping type connection keel 10; the mounting surface 22 is adapted for a secure connection with the line 50.
The invention uses the lock catch to lock the vertical frame clamping type connection keel 10 and the line back hanging keel 20. The latch face 14 and the lower side of the latch structure 21 are respectively provided with two or more latch holes, and the latch holes are connected with a latch 30 in a matching manner. Wherein, the lock holes are distributed in a point section on the lower side edges of the lock catch surface 14 and the lock catch structure 21 and are used for matching with the lock catches 30; the number of the latches 30 is one, two or more, specifically, the latches can be selected and set according to actual needs, and the latches can be distributed at equal intervals when the number of the latches is more than one.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the lock catch 30 includes a pair of locking screws 31 and a piece of rotatable supporting surface 32, and the lock catch 30 may include a pair of locking screws 31, where the rotatable supporting surface 32 is connected to the bottom of the lower side of the lock catch surface 14 and the locking structure 21 by the pair of locking screws 31. The rotatable supporting surface 32 is in a long strip shape, and the length of the rotatable supporting surface 32 is smaller than or equal to the sum of the lengths of the locking surface 14 and the lower side edge of the locking structure 21. In the mounting process, the rotatable support surface 32 can be mounted in the locking screw 31 and fixed in one of the locking holes of the locking surface 14. The rotatable support surface 32 and the lower side of the locking structure 21 are locked by means of screws 33.
The invention is based on the realization of the quick-installation drop-level suspended ceiling with decoration effect by quickly installing mature decorative line combinations on the market on the basis of finishing the planar installation of the modularized integrated suspended ceiling. When the invention is installed, the ceiling plane 40 panel is fixed on the top surface floor, and four sides of the ceiling plane 40 panel are respectively clamped into the vertical frame clamping type connection keels 10, so that tight fit clamping is ensured. The back of each line 50 is fixed with a line back hanging keel 20 on the ground, and four line falling stages are fixed into a closed square structure by corner codes. After the compounding is completed, the whole is lifted to a suspended ceiling plane 40, and the rotatable supporting surface 32 on the lock catch 30 is screwed to the lower plane of the line back hanging keel 20. After the four sides are locked, the screws 33 are driven into the lower side edge of the locking structure 21 of the line back hanging keel 20 from the rotatable supporting surface 32 for locking and fixing. According to the different shapes of the lines 50, the lines 50 with different shapes can be combined in advance on the ground for installation.
