本发明提供一种耐磨高钼钢,其特征在于,由如下重量百分含量的化学元素组成:C:0.56~0.65%,Si:0.40~0.60%,Mn:0.25~0.40%,Cr:9.0~10.8%,W:1.6~2.5%,Mo:5.2~6.2%,V:0.7~0.9%,Nb:0.1~0.2%,Co 0.3~0.4%,S≤0.02%,P≤0.025%,其余为Fe;本发明涉及的这种高速钢,硬度韧性均较高,且表面颗粒均匀细腻,可获得高质量高速钢车刀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨高钼钢。
背景技术
切纸刀片的使用性能既要有高的锋利度和耐磨性,还要具有不崩不卷的良好抗冲击性和一定的热硬性。切纸刀片剪切时保持刃口锋利度和刃磨性十分重要,高速钢淬火回火后的剩余碳化物体积分数在15%~22%之间,剩余碳化物尺寸为2.5um~15um,刃口的碳化物容易脱落,既会降低锋利度,也容易引起剪切过程中崩口。近年来,我们研究调查及分析论证认为,如果采用合适的半高速钢刃钢,降低刃钢中碳化物数量至3%~8%之间,基体淬火回火硬度又保持高速钢的水平,会有利于提高切纸刀片锋利度、耐用性及被剪切面光洁度,并降低了刃钢的合金量成本,亦改善了制造工艺性。国内外已有的应用于其他工模具的半高速钢专利和技术报道较多,但都不适宜切纸刀片刃钢的碳化物尺寸和数量特征,还有的硬度偏低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨高钼钢,硬度韧性均较高,且表面颗粒均匀细腻,可获得高质量高速钢车刀。
一种耐磨高钼钢,由如下重量百分含量的化学元素组成:C:0.56~0.65%,Si:0.40~0.60%,Mn:0.25~0.40%,Cr:9.0~10.8%,W:1.6~2.5%,Mo:5.2~6.2%,V:0.7~0.9%,Nb:0.1~0.2%,Co 0.3~0.4%,S≤0.02%,P≤0.025%,其余为Fe。
由如下重量百分含量的化学元素组成:C:0.56~0.65%,Si:0.40~0.60%,Mn:0.35~0.40%,Cr:9.0~10.8%,W:1.6~2.2%,Mo:5.2~6.2%,V:0.7~0.9%,Nb:0.1~0.2%,Co 0.3~0.4%,S≤0.02%,P≤0.015%,其余为Fe。
与现有技术相比,本发明涉及的这种高速钢,硬度韧性均较高,且表面颗粒均匀细腻,可获得高质量高速钢车刀。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
(1)生产半高速钢刃钢:采用感应电炉或感应电炉冶炼后经过电渣重熔生产半高速钢刃钢,(2)锻轧工序:将步骤(1)生产的半高速钢刃钢进行锻轧,其锻轧温度为870℃~1080℃;(3)退火:将步骤(2)锻轧后的半高速钢刃钢加热至850℃~860℃,保温4~6小时后随炉冷却。
本发明涉及的这种高速钢,硬度韧性均较高,且表面颗粒均匀细腻,可获得高质量高速钢车刀。

1.一种耐磨高钼钢,其特征在于,由如下重量百分含量的化学元素组成:C:0.56~0.65%,Si:0.40~0.60%,Mn:0.25~0.40%,Cr:9.0~10.8%,W:1.6~2.5%,Mo:5.2~6.2%,V:0.7~0.9%,Nb:0.1~0.2%,Co 0.3~0.4%,S≤0.02%,P≤0.025%,其余为Fe。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨高钼钢,其特征在于,由如下重量百分含量的化学元素组成:C:0.56~0.65%,Si:0.40~0.60%,Mn:0.35~0.40%,Cr:9.0~10.8%,W:1.6~2.2%,Mo:5.2~6.2%,V:0.7~0.9%,Nb:0.1~0.2%,Co 0.3~0.4%,S≤0.02%,P≤0.015%,其余为Fe。
