Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢丝提升装置,其特征是:包括安装板,在安装板上安装气缸,气缸的活塞杆与推杆的上端连接,推杆的下端设置瓷嘴,推杆套设在定位导向管中,定位导向管上设置导向槽,导向槽与推杆上的限位销相配合。本发明所述的钢丝提升装置安装在酸洗槽和镀槽上,只要检测到收放线停车,提升装置立即把钢丝从溶液中提起来,解决了原来停车时钢丝和溶液反应时间过长产生废丝或酸断的问题。

钢丝提升装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢丝提升装置,尤其是一种用于回火镀铜钢丝在线酸洗和镀铜的钢丝提升装置。
背景技术
目前在生产回火胎圈钢丝的过程中,钢丝从放线出来穿过回火炉、水冷却、电解酸洗或盐酸洗、水冲洗、镀铜、热水洗、烘干等再收线。当收线满盘后,必须要停车换盘,本来以一定速度在酸槽和镀槽内运行的钢丝会停留在槽体中,因和溶液的反应时间过长形成废丝。等到换好新盘重新开车时,废丝会收到盘底。所以现有设备生产的镀铜钢丝总会有几十米废丝在盘底。另外因为设备故障或其它原因停车时间较长时,钢丝在酸槽和镀槽中会酸断,再次开车时必须要重新穿丝。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种钢丝提升装置,解决了现有技术中停车时钢丝和溶液反应时间过长产生废丝或酸断的问题。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述钢丝提升装置,其特征是:包括安装板,在安装板上安装气缸,气缸的活塞杆与推杆的上端连接,推杆的下端设置瓷嘴,推杆套设在定位导向管中,定位导向管上设置导向槽,导向槽与推杆上的限位销相配合。
进一步地,所述推杆和定位导向管之间紧密配合。
进一步地,所述推杆、定位导向管和限位销均采用PP材料制成。
进一步地,所述气缸的缸径为16mm,行程为200mm,提升高度在150mm-200mm之间。
进一步地,所述钢丝提升装置在电解碱洗槽和电解酸洗槽各安装2道,分别安装在电解碱洗槽和电解酸洗槽的进出口。
进一步地,所述钢丝提升装置在盐酸洗槽上安装3道,在进出口和中间各安装1道。
进一步地,所述钢丝提升装置在镀槽安装3道,在进出口和中间各安装1道。
本发明所述的钢丝提升装置按装在酸洗槽和镀槽上,只要检测到收放线停车,提升装置立即把钢丝从溶液中提起来,解决了原来停车时钢丝和溶液反应时间过长产生废丝或酸断的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述钢丝提升装置安装在电解碱洗槽和电解酸洗槽上,分别安装在进出口处,也可以在中间再安装1道;本发明所述钢丝提升装置包括安装板6,在安装板6上安装气缸1,气缸1的活塞杆与推杆3的上端连接,推杆3的下端设置瓷嘴4,在推杆3套设在定位导向管2中,定位导向管2上设置导向槽7,导向槽7与推杆3上的限位销5相配合,以限定推杆3上下运动的范围;所述推杆3和定位导向管2之间紧密配合,以保证酸雾不会逸出;所述推杆3、定位导向管2和限位销5均采用PP材料制成。
所述气缸1的缸径为16mm,行程为200mm,提升高度在150mm-200mm之间。
本发明所述钢丝提升装置在使用时,可以在电解碱洗槽和电解酸洗槽各安装2道,分别安装在电解碱洗槽和电解酸洗槽的进出口,安装在进出口同时具有密封槽体的作用。在盐酸洗槽上安装3道,在进出口和中间各安装1道。在镀槽安装3道,在进出口和中间各安装1道。
本发明所述钢丝提升装置和收放线的动作联动,当收线运行时气缸通过推杆把钢丝推到溶液中,当停车时,气缸提起钢丝到液面以上150mm-180mm左右。

1.一种钢丝提升装置,其特征是:包括安装板(6),在安装板(6)上安装气缸(1),气缸(1)的活塞杆与推杆(3)的上端连接,推杆(3)的下端设置瓷嘴(4),推杆(3)套设在定位导向管(2)中,定位导向管(2)上设置导向槽(7),导向槽(7)与推杆(3)上的限位销(5)相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢丝提升装置,其特征是:所述推杆(3)和定位导向管(2)之间紧密配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的钢丝提升装置,其特征是:所述推杆(3)、定位导向管(2)和限位销(5)均采用PP材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的钢丝提升装置,其特征是:所述气缸(1)的缸径为16mm,行程为200mm,提升高度在150mm-200mm之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的钢丝提升装置,其特征是:所述钢丝提升装置在电解碱洗槽和电解酸洗槽各安装2道,分别安装在电解碱洗槽和电解酸洗槽的进出口。
6.如权利要求1所述的钢丝提升装置,其特征是:所述钢丝提升装置在盐酸洗槽上安装3道,在进出口和中间各安装1道。
