The automatic folding armrest (see attached figure 23-25) 1-5 comprises an armrest rotating shaft 1-5-5, a hexagonal shaft 1-5-6, a limiting sleeve 1-5-7, a ratchet 1-5-3, a pawl 1-5-4, an oscillating bar 1-5-2 and a horizontal rod 1-5-1, wherein the armrest rotating shaft 1-5-5 is a T-shaped shaft, the armrest rotating shaft 1-5-5 is horizontally arranged below the outer side of the seat framework by means of a supporting lug, the T-shaped end of the armrest rotating shaft 1-5-5 is positioned at the outer side and is in sliding fit with a stepped hole arranged at the lower part of the oscillating bar 1-5-2, the ratchet 1-5-3 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the armrest rotating shaft 1-5-5, and the limiting sleeve 1-5-7 is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the armrest rotating shaft 1-5-5 by means, the limiting sleeve 1-5-7 is a circular shaft sleeve with one closed end, the hexagonal shaft 1-5-6 is coaxially arranged on the outer side of the closed end of the limiting sleeve 1-5-7, the locking rod 1-10 comprises a connecting plate which is horizontally arranged, a locking pin which is arranged at the front end of the connecting plate and a pin shaft which is used for connecting the top end of an inclined strut bar 1-7, the pin shaft and the locking pin are positioned on the same side of the connecting plate, a folded plate with a folding angle of 120 degrees is further arranged at the tail end of the locking rod 1-10, the folded plate and the locking pin are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting plate, the bisector of the folding angle of the folded plate is mutually vertical to the axis of the hexagonal shaft 1-5-6 and in the same plane, the folded plate is used for locking the hexagonal shaft 1-5-6, an inward supporting plate, the pawl 1-5-4 is matched with the ratchet wheel 1-5-3.
The self-locking mechanism comprises a self-locking pin and a self-locking rod 1-9 (see attached figures 35-36), the self-locking rod 1-9 is installed on one side of the seat framework, the middle part of the self-locking rod 1-9 is hinged with the seat framework, an opening handle is arranged at the upper end of the self-locking rod 1-9, a rotating shaft of the self-locking rod 1-9 is perpendicular to a panel 1-4, and a spring steel sheet is arranged on the opening side of the self-locking rod 1-9 and fixedly connected with the seat.
The hanger rod base 1-1 comprises a circular plate fixedly connected with the lower part of a hanger rod, slideways 1-1-3 and guide pipes 1-1-6, the upper surface of the circular plate is provided with fan-shaped annular slideways 1-1-3 coaxial with the circular plate, two ends of the fan-shaped annular slideways 1-1-3 are provided with jacks penetrating up and down, the upper surface of the circular plate is fixedly provided with the guide pipes 1-1-6 coaxial with the circular plate, the guide pipes 1-1-6 are annular pipes, the section of each annular pipe is C-shaped, the opening of each annular pipe is outward, the outer edge of the circular plate is fixedly provided with an electric push rod 1-1-5, the lower end of each electric push rod 1-1-5 is connected with two ejector rods, the axes of the two ejector rods are coincident with the axes of the jacks at two ends of the slideways 1-1-3, the sliding sleeve 1-1-4 is internally provided with a bolt 1-1-2 in a penetrating way, the distance between the axis of the bolt 1-1-2 and the axis of the suspender is equal to the distance between the axis of the jack and the axis of the suspender, the lower end of the sliding sleeve 1-1-4 is connected with a guide rod 1-1-7 through a connecting rod, the guide rod 1-1-7 is arranged in a penetrating way, and the guide rod 1-1-7 is externally sleeved with a spiral spring, which is shown in the attached figures 9-19.
The middle part of the crank arm 1-2 is horizontally provided with a threading pipe (see attached figure 16), the front end of the threading pipe is fixedly provided with a limit sleeve, the lower end of the suspender is positioned at the inner side of the limit sleeve 1-5-7, the walking wheel and the auxiliary walking wheel have the same structure and respectively comprise two sets of bearings which are arranged in parallel and plastic rollers which are arranged at the outer sides of the two sets of bearings, the bearings are in interference fit with the plastic rollers, and the middle part of an inner hole of each plastic roller is provided with a stop ring for separating the two.
Two sets of protection devices are symmetrically installed on two sides of the folding seat, each protection device comprises a micro-motion protection rod 1-16 which is horizontally installed on the lower portion of a seat sleeve 1-14, a child protection plate 1-15 is vertically installed at the outer end of each micro-motion protection rod 1-16, each child protection plate 1-15 comprises a fixed sleeve plate and a movable plate, each movable plate is sleeved in the corresponding fixed sleeve plate, and each micro-motion protection rod 1-16 is installed with the corresponding seat sleeve 1-14 in a sliding mode and is matched with a travel switch for use.
The suspension rod seat and the driving device are in a split structure and are rigidly connected through the cross shaft chain, so that the design of the seat is simpler and more reasonable, the motion state of the motor and the motion state of the seat are not interfered with each other, and a control system designed on the seat directly controls the direct current motor through a control power supply and a motor driver and is in wired connection with each other, so that the reliability of control is ensured, and the operation safety is ensured; the folding seat adopts an automatic folding mechanism, the state of an inductor can be inquired through a single chip microcomputer to control the folding of the seat when the folding seat is used, the automatic folding of the armrest and the folding locking of the folding seat are completed by utilizing the mechanical transmission in the folding process of the seat, the state of the inductor is inquired through the single chip microcomputer to control the movement of an electric push rod, so that the folding seat rotates by 90 degrees and is in a standby state or a no-load running state, a panel of the folding seat is parallel to the armrest and is close to the armrest, the distance between the outermost side of the folding seat and the armrest is not more than 20 cm; when the folding seat is operated, if the micro-motion protection rod slides due to the touch of an obstacle, the travel switch is triggered to directly send a signal to a motor driver of the direct current motor to stop the direct current motor, if the travel switch or the driver fails, the direct current motor cannot be stopped, the folding seat rotates due to the obstruction of the obstacle, the bolt on the crank arm moves upwards to push the self-reset button, the self-reset button drives the relay to directly cut off the power supply, so that the direct current motor stops moving, the child protection plate of the protection device is always positioned between the folding seat and the folding armrest when the folding seat rotates, the limbs and the body of a child are prevented from entering a gap between the seat and the armrest, the space between the folding seat and the stair armrest is prevented from being reduced to hurt the child, and when the folding seat rotates by 20 degrees, the self-reset button is triggered, and the power is cut off through the relay, so that the use safety is improved; because a crank arm structure is adopted between the suspender and the folding seat, after a person sits on the folding seat, the gravity center moves forwards to enable the suspender of the seat to swing forwards, and the forward swing angle is about 5 degrees; the driving end of the direct current motor adopts a group of straight-tooth gears to be matched with two straight-tooth racks, the group of straight-tooth gears comprises two straight-tooth gears with the same specification, the two straight-tooth gears are coaxially arranged, the purpose of arranging the two straight-tooth gears is to always keep the direct current motor in a vertical state, each straight-tooth rack comprises an inclined section, a horizontal section and a gear ring, the teeth of the rack adopt straight-tooth teeth which are always kept vertical to the horizontal plane, and the folding seat can be dragged to run along the main track only by one set of driving motor and one group of straight-tooth gears.

the suspension rod seat (1) comprises a suspension rod, walking wheels, auxiliary walking wheels (1-12), a suspension rod base (1-1), crank arms (1-2), a vertical sliding rod, seat sleeves (1-14) and a folding seat arranged at the lower end of the seat sleeves (1-14), wherein two sets of walking wheels are symmetrically arranged at the upper part of the suspension rod, the two sets of walking wheels are connected with the tail end of a cross shaft chain (6) by virtue of connecting pieces, and are positioned at the middle part of a main track (2-2), the upper part of the suspension rod is also provided with two sets of auxiliary walking wheels (1-12), the two sets of auxiliary walking wheels (1-12) are respectively positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the walking wheels and are respectively arranged at two sides of a vertical plane where walking wheel axes are positioned, the suspension rod base (1-1) is, the sleeve is positioned above the suspender base (1-1), the lower end of the crank arm (1-2) is provided with a horizontal beam, two ends of the horizontal beam are provided with guide sleeves, two vertical slide bars are in sliding fit with the guide sleeves at the two ends of the horizontal beam, and the lower ends of the vertical slide bars penetrate into the seat sleeves (1-14);
