Abstract

一种压缩式酸奶盒,上盒体和下盒体均为圆台形桶体结构,在上下盒体的桶口边沿均设置有环形的联结板,在上下盒体桶底的边沿均设置有上加强筋。插座为圆管形结构,插座垂直连接在上盒体桶底板外表面的中心位置。吸收槽为凹形坑槽结构,吸收槽设置在下盒体桶底板内表面的中心位置。上盒体倒置设置并位于下盒体的上方,上下盒体通过上下联结板对口连接。当吸管的尖头端从插座的内孔穿过上盒体的桶底板并进入到下盒体桶底板上的吸收槽中时,即可通过吸管吸食上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶。当上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶减少时,再通过上加强筋压缩上盒体并同时用吸管吸食。当上盒体的内盒壁与下盒体的内盒壁重叠时,上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶即可被吸食干净。

压缩式酸奶盒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种酸奶盒,尤其是能将盒中的酸奶吸食干净的压缩式酸奶盒。
背景技术
目前,公知的酸奶盒使用吸管吸食后其盒内仍会残留较多的酸奶,并因此造成浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有的酸奶盒在吸食后仍会残留较多的酸奶的不足,本发明提供一种压缩式酸奶盒,该压缩式酸奶盒能通过压缩盒体,从而便于将盒内的酸奶吸食干净。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括上盒体、上加强筋、上联结板、插座、下盒体、下加强筋、下联结板、吸收槽和吸管。
上盒体和下盒体均为圆台形桶体结构,上盒体与下盒体相配合。在上盒体的桶口边沿设置有上联结板,所述的上联结板为环形板结构。在上盒体桶底的边沿设置有上加强筋,所述的上加强筋为圆管形结构。插座为圆管形结构,插座垂直连接在上盒体桶底板外表面的中心位置。在下盒体的桶口边沿设置有下联结板,所述的下联结板为环形板结构。在下盒体桶底的边沿设置有下加强筋,所述的下加强筋为圆管形结构。在下盒体桶底板内表面的中心位置设置有吸收槽,所述的吸收槽为凹形坑槽结构。上盒体倒置设置并位于下盒体的上方,上盒体上的上联结板与下盒体上的下联结板对口连接。吸管的尖头端通过插座的内孔插入上盒体和下盒体共同构成的空间中,吸管的外管壁与插座的内孔壁相配合。
使用时,当吸管的尖头端穿过上盒体的桶底板并进入到下盒体桶底板上的吸收槽中时,即可通过吸管吸食上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶。当上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶减少时,再通过上加强筋压缩上盒体并同时用吸管吸食。当上盒体的内盒壁与下盒体的内盒壁重叠时,上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶即可被吸食干净。
本发明的有益效果是,通过压缩盒体,从而便于将盒内的酸奶吸食干净。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图4中,上盒体3和下盒体6均为圆台形桶体结构,上盒体3与下盒体6相配合。在上盒体3的桶口边沿设置有上联结板4,所述的上联结板4为环形板结构。在上盒体3桶底的边沿设置有上加强筋2,所述的上加强筋2为圆管形结构。插座8为圆管形结构,插座8垂直连接在上盒体3桶底板外表面的中心位置。在下盒体6的桶口边沿设置有下联结板5,所述的下联结板5为环形板结构。在下盒体6桶底的边沿设置有下加强筋7,所述的下加强筋7为圆管形结构。在下盒体6桶底板内表面的中心位置设置有吸收槽9,所述的吸收槽9为凹形坑槽结构。上盒体3倒置设置并位于下盒体6的上方,上盒体3上的上联结板4与下盒体6上的下联结板5对口连接。吸管1的尖头端通过插座8的内孔插入上盒体3和下盒体6共同构成的空间中,吸管1的外管壁与插座8的内孔壁相配合。
在图1、图3、图4、图5、图6中,使用时,当吸管的尖头端穿过上盒体的桶底板并进入到下盒体桶底板上的吸收槽中时,即可通过吸管吸食上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶。当上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶减少时,再通过上加强筋压缩上盒体并同时用吸管吸食。当上盒体的内盒壁与下盒体的内盒壁重叠时,上盒体和下盒体中的酸奶即可被吸食干净。

1.一种压缩式酸奶盒,它包括上盒体、上加强筋、上联结板、插座、下盒体、下加强筋、下联结板、吸收槽和吸管,其特征是:上盒体和下盒体均为圆台形桶体结构,上盒体与下盒体相配合,在上盒体的桶口边沿设置有上联结板,在上盒体桶底的边沿设置有上加强筋,插座为圆管形结构,插座垂直连接在上盒体桶底板外表面的中心位置,在下盒体的桶口边沿设置有下联结板,在下盒体桶底的边沿设置有下加强筋,在下盒体桶底板内表面的中心位置设置有吸收槽,所述的吸收槽为凹形坑槽结构,上盒体倒置设置并位于下盒体的上方,上盒体上的上联结板与下盒体上的下联结板对口连接,吸管的尖头端通过插座的内孔插入上盒体和下盒体共同构成的空间中,吸管的外管壁与插座的内孔壁相配合。
