本发明公开了一种微型防滴漏灌装嘴,包括灌装嘴,所述灌装嘴通过微型小内经的管道与灌装设备连接,所述管道设置有向上弯折成n形的竖直管一、顶横管和竖直管二,所述竖直管一与灌装嘴连接,所述顶横管连接在竖直管一和竖直管二的顶端,所述竖直管二通过连接管与灌装设备的开关阀连接。该灌装嘴结构通过阀门关闭的作用下管内不同部分压差缩小为零,并且管道内径小,从而使液体无法改变自身形状,实现防滴漏。

本发明涉及一种微型防滴漏灌装嘴。
背景技术
普通灌装嘴大都存在滴漏的缺陷,然而液体流动需要压差,液体的流动也需要先改变自身形状,因此应该通过这一特性进行改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种微型防滴漏灌装嘴,成本低,且防滴漏效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种微型防滴漏灌装嘴,包括灌装嘴,所述灌装嘴通过微型小内经的管道与灌装设备连接,所述管道设置有向上弯折成n形的竖直管一、顶横管和竖直管二,所述竖直管一与灌装嘴连接,所述顶横管连接在竖直管一和竖直管二的顶端,所述竖直管二通过连接管与灌装设备的开关阀连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述连接管位置低于所述顶横管。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述开关阀的进口管道上还连接有气动阀门。
本发明的有益效果是:该灌装嘴结构通过阀门关闭的作用下管内不同部分压差缩小为零,并且管道内径小,从而使液体无法改变自身形状,实现防滴漏。

参照图1,本发明的一种微型防滴漏灌装嘴,包括灌装嘴1,所述灌装嘴1通过微型小内经的管道与灌装设备连接,所述管道设置有向上弯折成n形的竖直管一21、顶横管22和竖直管二23,所述竖直管一21与灌装嘴1连接,所述顶横管22连接在竖直管一21和竖直管二23的顶端,所述竖直管二23通过连接管24与灌装设备的开关阀25连接,所述开关阀25关闭时竖直管一21与连接管24压差为零。
所述连接管24位置低于所述顶横管22,所述开关阀25的进口管道上还连接有气动阀门26。
