Abstract
本发明提供一种多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,所述平面卷袋本体,从外到内,依次分为,保护层、防火层、第一防爆层、消毒层和第二防爆层;所述保护层为塑料薄膜,所述防火层由陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙制成;所述第一防爆层由酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯三元共聚物和环氧胶制成;所述消毒层为活性炭过滤层;所述第二防爆层由植物纤维、硅油和聚乙烯蜡制成。本发明通过多层结构的设计,并且在各层通过不同材料成分制成,不仅可降低了袋体的着火点,同时,增加了袋体本身的强度,避免了袋体在包装医疗品后,发生刮蹭,而发生袋体破损的现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及医疗包装袋的技术领域,具体涉及多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋。
背景技术
在医用设备领域中,常需要用到一次性的自封袋来盛装各种医学用品,以保证医用品的卫生安全,现有的一次性医疗自封袋主要是由油性纸和薄膜热压胶合而成。
医疗包装袋的薄膜是以合成或天然的高分子树脂为主要材料。添加各种助剂后,在一定的温度和压力下具有延展性,冷却后可以固定其形状的一类材料。天然或合成高分子树脂分子在熔融状态下,且周围均匀的分布助剂分子的过程叫塑化,已经达到了这个过程叫已经塑化了,还没有达到,被认为尚未塑化。塑料包装是包装业中四大材料之一:纸及纸板占30%,塑料占25%,金属占25%,玻璃占15%。现有塑料袋大多材质及结构较为简单,生产出来的包装袋质量较差,同时由于存放在内的各种材料会对包装袋造成侵蚀,极易容易造成损坏,使用时间短。
在现有的医疗包装袋中,医疗纸塑袋、平面卷袋等包装袋已经成为市场上医疗包装袋的主流,在现有的平面卷袋结构中,都是较为单一的结构,即在油性纸表面通过热压胶合有薄膜。
上述结构的平面卷袋,由于结构单一,导致平面卷袋的功能性趋于单一化,在存储、运输过程中,易发生袋体破损的现象;进一步的,由于医疗包装袋结构较为单一,为经过特殊处理,导致卷袋避火性不强的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明主要提供了多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,用以解决上述背景技术中提出的,现有结构的平面卷袋,在运输和存储过程中,易发生袋体破损的现象,同时,由于结构和加工方法单一,导致袋体防火性弱的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,所述平面卷袋本体,从外到内,依次分为,保护层、防火层、第一防爆层、消毒层和第二防爆层;所述保护层为塑料薄膜,所述防火层由陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙制成;所述第一防爆层由酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物和环氧胶制成;所述消毒层为活性炭过滤层;所述第二防爆层由植物纤维、硅油和聚乙烯蜡制成。
优选的,所述塑料薄膜由PE塑料、酚醛树脂和硅藻土混合制成,且各成分之间比例为:PE塑料:酚醛树脂:硅藻土=21:3:5。
优选的,所述防火层内各组分配比为:陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙=25:3:4。
优选的,所述第一防爆层内各组分配比为:酚醛树脂:甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物:环氧胶=30:1:2。
优选的,所述第二防爆层内各组分配比为:植物纤维:硅油:聚乙烯蜡=30:0.5:0.5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过多层结构的设计,并且在各层通过不同材料成分制成,不仅降低了袋体的着火点,同时,增加了袋体本身的强度,避免了袋体在包装医疗品后,发生刮蹭,而发生袋体破损的现象。
以下将结合附图与具体的实施例对本发明进行详细的解释说明。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更加全面的描述,附图中给出了本发明的若干实施例,但是本发明可以通过不同的形式来实现,并不限于文本所描述的实施例,相反的,提供这些实施例是为了使本发明公开的内容更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固设于”另一个元件,当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件,本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明目的。

实施例,请参照附图1,多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,所述平面卷袋本体,从外到内,依次分为,保护层1、防火层2、第一防爆层3、消毒层4和第二防爆层5;所述保护层1为塑料薄膜,所述防火层2由陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙制成;所述第一防爆层3由酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物和环氧胶制成;所述消毒层4为活性炭过滤层;所述第二防爆层5由植物纤维、硅油和聚乙烯蜡制成。
所述塑料薄膜由PE塑料、酚醛树脂和硅藻土混合制成,且各成分之间比例为:PE塑料:酚醛树脂:硅藻土=21:3:5;所述防火层2内各组分配比为:陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙=25:3:4;所述第一防爆层3内各组分配比为:酚醛树脂:甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物:环氧胶=30:1:2;所述第二防爆层5内各组分配比为:植物纤维:硅油:聚乙烯蜡=30:0.5:0.5。
在本发明中,通过塑料薄膜的作用,可有效的实现避免防火层2直接暴露在空气中,从而影响了防火层2材料的特性;在塑料薄膜的成分中,通过将PE塑料、酚醛树脂和硅藻土按照一定比例配合制成塑料薄膜,从而可有效的增加了塑料薄膜的韧性。
通过防火层2的设计,可有效实现降低平面卷袋着火点的目的,在现有的平面卷袋的成分配比中,通过将陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙按照一定比例,进行配置,从而可有效的将防火层2的着火点降至最低,提高了该平面卷袋整体的安全性能。
通过第一防爆层3的设计,可避免在运输过程中,由于相互间的刮擦,而导致袋体表面破损的现象;在第一防爆层3的组份中,通过将酚醛树脂和甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物按照一定比例,进行配置,从而可实现该第一防爆层3的目的,同时,利用环氧胶的作用,可有效实现酚醛树脂和甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,分子间的聚合力,从而可促进该第一防爆层3的防破损的效果。
通过将活性炭过滤层设计成消毒层4,从而可有效吸收各类粉尘颗粒,从而可促进袋内,原料产品的洁净性。
通过第二防爆层5的设计,可有效的避免袋内包裹的医疗品过于尖锐,而导致袋体被戳破的现象;在第二防爆层5中,主要由植物纤维、硅油和聚乙烯蜡制成,在各组分中,通过硅油的作用,不仅可增加防火性,同时,可增加该第二防爆层5的强度,从而可避免,由于内部医疗器械过于尖锐而导致袋体破损的现象。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的某种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (5)
1.多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述平面卷袋本体,从外到内,依次分为,保护层(1)、防火层(2)、第一防爆层(3)、消毒层(4)和第二防爆层(5);所述保护层(1)为塑料薄膜,所述防火层(2)由陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙制成;所述第一防爆层(3)由酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物和环氧胶制成;所述消毒层(4)为活性炭过滤层;所述第二防爆层(5)由植物纤维、硅油和聚乙烯蜡制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜由PE塑料、酚醛树脂和硅藻土混合制成,且各成分之间比例为:PE塑料:酚醛树脂:硅藻土=21:3:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述防火层(2)内各组分配比为:陶瓷纤维、石膏和碳酸钙=25:3:4。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述第一防爆层(3)内各组分配比为:酚醛树脂:甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物:环氧胶=30:1:2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能可防火、防爆的医疗平面卷袋,其特征在于,所述第二防爆层(5)内各组分配比为:植物纤维:硅油:聚乙烯蜡=30:0.5:0.5。
