背景技术
装饰材料是建筑装饰工程的物质基础,是装饰工程的实际效果与装饰材料的色彩、质感和纹理的具体展现,而内墙装饰材料作为现代家居装饰装修中重要的组成部分,在整体家装中所占比重最大。
随着现代生活质量水平的提高,人们对家居生活的装饰装修越来越重视,传统的装修板材存在很多问题,比如防火效果不好,装饰层强度不够,隔音效果不佳等,这就需要一种能弥补上述不足,且制作方便、成本较低的功能型新型装饰板材。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种功能型装饰板材,本发明为功能型新型装饰板材,本发明可实现装饰面板的简易安装,可有效提高施工效率,降低生产成本,并符合绿色、环保、节能、快捷的家居生活理念。
本发明的技术方案为:一种功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,包括依次设置的表面涂层、弹性层、板材层、连接突块层,所述弹性层为热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层,所述连接突块层由对称设置的矩形弹性突块组成;所述板材层包括以下重量份数的组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂 17-29 份、海丝纤维 13-25份、甲壳素纤维 8-13份、重钙颗粒 7-15份、海藻酸钠 9-16份、玄武岩纤维 14-21 份、甘露醇 19-25 份、硅烷偶联剂 11-23份。

进一步的,所述弹性突块为热塑性聚氨脂突块。本发明采用的热塑性聚氨脂(Thermoplastic polyyrethane),是一种新型的有机高分子合成材料,属于化合物,英文商品名:Flexible polyurethane,是一种各项性能优异,可以代替橡胶rubber,软性聚氯乙烯材料pvc,优异的物理性能。壳聚糖热塑性弹性体突出的特点是耐磨性优异、耐臭氧性极好、硬度大、强度高、弹性好、耐低温,有良好的耐油、耐化学药品和耐环境性能,在潮湿环境中聚醚型酯水解稳定性远超过聚酯型。通过弹性突块之间的过盈配合,可实现装饰板材的安装,操作简单方便。
本发明中,采用的弹性层为热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层,热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶,TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer)是一种热塑性弹性体材料,具有高强度,高回弹性,可注塑加工的特征,应用范围广泛,环保无毒安全,有优良的着色性。触感柔软,耐候性,抗疲劳性和耐温性,加工性能优越,无须硫化,可以循环使用降低成本,既可以二次注塑成型,与PP、PE、PC、PS、ABS等基体材料包覆粘合,也可以单独成型。硬度范围广,从超软到90A。通过热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层内部具有的三维空间架构,能够保持板材具有一定的弹性和透气性能。

本发明节能环保,突破了传统装饰板材夹层结构简单的特征,其传统生产所耗物料较多,受力效果不佳,所本发明的装饰板材夹层为具有三维空间架构的热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层结构,有更好的支撑作用和加固作用,制造过程中均非常节省物料;同时通过本发明热塑性聚氨脂突块与待装饰的墙体或板体设置的凹槽的过盈配合,实现装饰面板的简易安装,可有效提高施工效率,降低生产成本,并符合绿色、环保、节能、快捷的家居生活理念。
本发明的板材层,本发明通过羟基丙烯酸树脂、海丝纤维、甲壳素纤维、玄武岩纤维的协效复配作用,形成高强度的空间排布结构以及规则层状结构,再通过甘露醇、硅烷偶联剂的作用增强其连接强度。通过对本发明断面形貌的观察,各组分的相界面模糊,存在包裹与被包裹的连接方式,同时还存在部分孔洞,说明甘露醇、硅烷偶联剂可有效改善羟基丙烯酸树脂、海丝纤维、甲壳素纤维、玄武岩纤维之间的界面结合,但粒径较大的纤维之间容易搭桥,使得纤维与纤维之间以及纤维与基体之间易产生孔隙,进而减弱了结合力的作用,因此本发明中通过采用不同粒径的纤维搭配,并填充有重钙颗粒,避免材料在受力时产生应力集中的现象;同时,通过本发明板材层各组分的协效作用,使得本发明板材层具有优异的抗菌性能。
本发明的功能型涂层,具有优异的抗菌性和阻燃性能,同时耐盐雾能力良好,适用于大规模推广使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,包括依次设置的表面涂层1、弹性层2、板材层3、连接突块层4,所述弹性层为热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层,所述连接突块层由对称设置的矩形弹性突块41组成;所述板材层包括以下重量份数的组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂 17 份、海丝纤维13份、甲壳素纤维 8份、重钙颗粒 7份、海藻酸钠 9份、玄武岩纤维 14份、甘露醇 19份、硅烷偶联剂 11份。
进一步的所述甲壳素纤维的直径为120nm,单丝长度为9um;
进一步的,所述重钙颗粒的粒径为14um。
进一步的,所述玄武岩纤维的直径为230nm。
进一步的,所述弹性突块为热塑性聚氨脂突块。
所述表面涂层包括以下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸丁酯 8、氧化石墨烯 22、丙烯酸−2−羟基乙酯 16、偶氮二异丁腈 2、甘露醇 8、二硫化钼 17、聚丙烯酰胺 29、壳聚糖 16。

一种功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,包括依次设置的表面涂层、弹性层、板材层、连接突块层,所述弹性层为热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层,所述连接突块层由对称设置的矩形弹性突块组成;所述板材层包括以下重量份数的组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂 29 份、海丝纤维 25份、甲壳素纤维 13份、重钙颗粒 15份、海藻酸钠 16份、玄武岩纤维 21 份、甘露醇 25 份、硅烷偶联剂 23份。
进一步的所述甲壳素纤维的直径为180nm,单丝长度为13um;
进一步的,所述重钙颗粒的粒径为19um。
进一步的,所述玄武岩纤维的直径为290nm。
进一步的,所述弹性突块为热塑性聚氨脂突块。
所述表面涂层包括以下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸丁酯 17、氧化石墨烯 32、丙烯酸−2−羟基乙酯 25、偶氮二异丁腈 8、甘露醇 17、二硫化钼 29、聚丙烯酰胺 37、壳聚糖 28。
实施例3
一种功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,包括依次设置的表面涂层、弹性层、板材层、连接突块层,所述弹性层为热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层,所述连接突块层由对称设置的矩形弹性突块组成;所述板材层包括以下重量份数的组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂 22 份、海丝纤维 19份、甲壳素纤维 10份、重钙颗粒 12份、海藻酸钠 11份、玄武岩纤维 17 份、甘露醇 23 份、硅烷偶联剂 17份。
进一步的所述甲壳素纤维的直径为150nm,单丝长度为11um;
进一步的,所述重钙颗粒的粒径为17um。
进一步的,所述玄武岩纤维的直径为260nm。
进一步的,所述弹性突块为热塑性聚氨脂突块。
所述表面涂层包括以下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸丁酯 12、氧化石墨烯 26、丙烯酸−2−羟基乙酯 18、偶氮二异丁腈 6、甘露醇 13、二硫化钼 23、聚丙烯酰胺 32、壳聚糖 21。

1. 一种功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,包括依次设置的表面涂层、弹性层、板材层、连接突块层,所述弹性层为热塑性壳聚糖弹性体橡胶层,所述连接突块层由对称设置的矩形弹性突块组成;所述板材层包括以下重量份数的组分:羟基丙烯酸树脂 17-29 份、海丝纤维 13-25份、甲壳素纤维 8-13份、重钙颗粒 7-15份、海藻酸钠 9-16份、玄武岩纤维 14-21份、甘露醇 19-25 份、硅烷偶联剂 11-23份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,所述甲壳素纤维的直径为120-180nm,单丝长度为9-13um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,所述重钙颗粒的粒径为14-19um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,所述玄武岩纤维的直径为230-290nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,所述弹性突块为热塑性聚氨脂突块。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的功能型装饰板材,其特征在于,所述表面涂层包括以下重量份数的组分:丙烯酸丁酯 8-17、氧化石墨烯 22-32、丙烯酸−2−羟基乙酯 16-25、偶氮二异丁腈 2-8、甘露醇 8-17、二硫化钼 17-29、聚丙烯酰胺 29-37、壳聚糖 16-28。
