Abstract
The invention relates to a kitchen pericarp waste treatment method, in particular to a method for preparing an oil stain adsorbent by utilizing kitchen vegetable pericarp waste, which comprises the steps of crushing vegetable pericarp, feeding the crushed vegetable pericarp into a treatment barrel, adding sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and acetic acid, mixing and stirring, then emulsifying, inoculating rhodopseudomonas palustris into an emulsified material, fermenting, feeding the fermented material into a granulator, granulating, and then carrying out vacuum drying.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a kitchen peel waste treatment method, in particular to a method for preparing an oil stain absorbent by utilizing kitchen vegetable peel waste.
Background
Kitchen waste, commonly known as swill, is a domestic waste formed in the process of domestic consumption of residents, is extremely easy to rot and deteriorate, emits foul odor, and spreads bacteria and viruses. The main components of the kitchen waste comprise rice and flour food residues, vegetables, animal and vegetable oil, meat and bones and the like, and the kitchen waste comprises starch, cellulose, protein, lipid and inorganic salt in terms of chemical composition. The kitchen waste is mainly characterized by being rich in organic matter content, high in water content and easy to decay, the properties and smell of the kitchen waste can cause bad influence on environmental sanitation, and harmful substances such as pyrrole microorganisms and mycotoxin are easy to grow, so that the problems of environmental pollution, harm to human health, disease propagation, increase of burden of a sewage treatment plant and the like can be caused if the kitchen waste is not effectively treated, and at present, treatment research aiming at the kitchen waste is centered on the aspect of preparing organic feed by utilizing the kitchen waste, and the research on the aspect of preparing an oil stain adsorbent by utilizing the kitchen waste is not seen.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem of high-yield breeding of the existing tubificidae, the invention provides a method for preparing an oil stain absorbent by utilizing kitchen and vegetable peel garbage.
The scheme of the invention is as follows: a method for preparing an oil stain absorbent by utilizing kitchen and vegetable peel garbage comprises the following specific steps:
(1) crushing the vegetable and fruit peel, feeding the crushed vegetable and fruit peel into a treatment barrel, adding sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 1-1.5% acetic acid according to the weight ratio of 4-5%, uniformly mixing, stirring and treating for 6-7 hours at the temperature of 75-80 ℃, wherein the stirring speed is 20-22r/min, so as to obtain a stirring material, the treatment can obviously improve the specific surface area of the crushed vegetable and fruit peel particles, after treatment, the specific surface area of the vegetable and fruit peel particles is improved by more than 68 times compared with that before treatment, and the stirring material has a key effect on the adsorption effect of an adsorbent;
(2) performing secondary emulsification treatment on the stirred material, wherein the pressure of the primary emulsification treatment is 30-32MPa, the rotating speed is 2000-2200rpm, the pressure of the secondary emulsification treatment is 0.12-0.15MPa, and the rotating speed is 500-550rpm to obtain an emulsified material, and after the secondary emulsification treatment, the dispersibility and the suspension property of the vegetable and fruit peel particles are ensured, so that the prepared adsorbent can be well dispersed and suspended in oil stains;
(3) inoculating rhodopseudomonas palustris into the emulsified material according to the weight ratio of 1.6-1.8 per mill, fermenting for 20-22 hours at the temperature of 33-35 ℃, stirring in the fermentation treatment process to ensure that the temperature of the emulsified material is not higher than 42 ℃, finally obtaining the fermented material, and after the rhodopseudomonas palustris is inoculated for fermentation treatment, improving the overall viscosity of the emulsified material by more than 10 times, forming stable particles and ensuring that the finally obtained adsorbent cannot be broken and dispersed when absorbing oil stains in dirt;
(4) and (4) feeding the fermented material into a granulator for granulation, and then carrying out vacuum drying.
Preferably, the pressure of the first-stage emulsification treatment is 32MPa, the rotating speed is 2000rpm, the pressure of the second-stage emulsification treatment is 0.12MPa, and the rotating speed is 500rpm, so that the emulsified material is obtained.
Preferably, rhodopseudomonas palustris is inoculated into the emulsified material according to the weight ratio of 1.8 per mill, and the fermentation treatment is carried out for 20 hours at the temperature of 35 ℃.
Preferably, the particle size of the granules is 1.5-2mm, and the obtained adsorbent has the best adsorbability and dispersibility.
Preferably, when the oil stain absorbent prepared by the invention is used, the oil stain absorbent is mixed with the dirt to be treated, and the mixture is fished out after 10 to 12 minutes;
preferably, when the oil stain absorbent prepared by the invention is used, the oil stain absorbent is mixed with the dirt to be treated, stirred at the speed of 25-30r/min for 10-12 minutes and then fished out.
The beneficial effect of the invention is that,
(1) the adsorbent is prepared by taking kitchen, vegetable, fruit and peel garbage as a raw material, and has the advantages of low cost, simple preparation process and low equipment requirement;
(2) the adsorbent prepared by the invention has better physical adsorption and larger specific surface area, has better dispersibility in oil stains, can adsorb a large amount of oil stains in a short time, has obvious oil stain removing capability, can be further applied to industrial and domestic wastewater to remove the oil stains, and can adsorb the oil stains with the mass of more than 2.8 times according to the mass ratio;
(3) the adsorbent obtained by the invention has light weight and good suspension property, is suspended on the surface of dirt together with oil stain during treatment, has the recovery rate close to 100 percent, is simple to recover and avoids secondary pollution.
Detailed Description
Embodiment 1, a method for preparing an oil stain absorbent by using kitchen and vegetable peel garbage, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) crushing the vegetable and fruit peel, sending into a treatment barrel, adding sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 1% acetic acid according to the weight ratio of 4%, uniformly mixing, and stirring at 75 ℃ for 6 hours at the stirring speed of 20r/min to obtain a stirred material;
(2) performing secondary emulsification treatment on the stirred material, wherein the pressure of the primary emulsification treatment is 30MPa, the rotating speed is 2000rpm, the pressure of the secondary emulsification treatment is 0.12MPa, and the rotating speed is 500rpm to obtain an emulsified material;
(3) inoculating rhodopseudomonas palustris into the emulsified material according to the weight ratio of 1.6 per mill, fermenting for 20 hours at the temperature of 33 ℃, and stirring in the fermentation process to ensure that the temperature of the emulsified material is not higher than 42 ℃ to finally obtain a fermented material;
(4) and (3) feeding the fermented material into a granulator for granulation, and then carrying out vacuum drying, wherein the grain size of the granules is 1.5-2 mm.

(1) crushing the vegetable and fruit peel, sending into a treatment barrel, adding 5 wt% of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 1.5 wt% of acetic acid, uniformly mixing, and stirring at 80 ℃ for 7 hours at a stirring speed of 22r/min to obtain a stirred material;
(2) performing secondary emulsification treatment on the stirred material, wherein the pressure of the primary emulsification treatment is 32MPa, the rotating speed is 2200rpm, the pressure of the secondary emulsification treatment is 0.15MPa, and the rotating speed is 550rpm, so as to obtain an emulsified material;
(3) inoculating rhodopseudomonas palustris into the emulsified material according to the weight ratio of 1.8 per mill, fermenting for 22 hours at the temperature of 35 ℃, and stirring in the fermentation process to ensure that the temperature of the emulsified material is not higher than 42 ℃ to finally obtain a fermented material;
(4) and (3) feeding the fermented material into a granulator for granulation, and then carrying out vacuum drying, wherein the grain size of the granules is 1.5-2 mm.

(2) performing secondary emulsification treatment on the stirred material, wherein the pressure of the primary emulsification treatment is 31MPa, the rotating speed is 2100rpm, the pressure of the secondary emulsification treatment is 0.13MPa, and the rotating speed is 520rpm, so as to obtain an emulsified material;
(3) inoculating rhodopseudomonas palustris into the emulsified material according to the weight ratio of 1.7 per mill, fermenting for 21 hours at 34 ℃, and stirring in the fermentation treatment process to ensure that the temperature of the emulsified material is not higher than 42 ℃ to finally obtain a fermented material;
(4) and (3) feeding the fermented material into a granulator for granulation, and then carrying out vacuum drying, wherein the grain size of the granules is 1.5-2 mm.
Embodiment 4, a method for preparing an oil stain absorbent by using kitchen and vegetable pericarp garbage, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) crushing the vegetable and fruit peel, sending into a treatment barrel, adding sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 1.3% acetic acid according to the weight ratio of 4.8%, uniformly mixing, and stirring at 79 ℃ for 6.8 hours at the stirring speed of 21r/min to obtain a stirring material;
(2) performing secondary emulsification treatment on the stirred material, wherein the pressure of the primary emulsification treatment is 31MPa, the rotating speed is 2150rpm, the pressure of the secondary emulsification treatment is 0.14MPa, and the rotating speed is 540rpm, so as to obtain an emulsified material;
(3) inoculating rhodopseudomonas palustris into the emulsified material according to the weight ratio of 1.7 per mill, fermenting for 21 hours at 34 ℃, and stirring in the fermentation treatment process to ensure that the temperature of the emulsified material is not higher than 42 ℃ to finally obtain a fermented material;
(4) and (3) feeding the fermented material into a granulator for granulation, and then carrying out vacuum drying, wherein the grain size of the granules is 1.5-2 mm.

(1) crushing the vegetable and fruit peel, sending into a treatment barrel, adding sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and 1-1.5% acetic acid according to the weight ratio of 4-5%, uniformly mixing, and stirring at the temperature of 75-80 ℃ for 6-7 hours at the stirring speed of 20-22r/min to obtain a stirring material;
(2) performing secondary emulsification treatment on the stirred material, wherein the pressure of the primary emulsification treatment is 30-32MPa, the rotating speed is 2000-550 rpm, the pressure of the secondary emulsification treatment is 0.12-0.15MPa, and the rotating speed is 500-550rpm, so as to obtain an emulsified material;
(3) inoculating rhodopseudomonas palustris into the emulsified material according to the weight ratio of 1.6-1.8 per mill, fermenting for 20-22 hours at the temperature of 33-35 ℃, and stirring in the fermentation treatment process to ensure that the temperature of the emulsified material is not higher than 42 ℃ to finally obtain a fermented material;
(4) and (4) feeding the fermented material into a granulator for granulation, and then carrying out vacuum drying.
