Alternatively, the cartridge may be cylindrical with an adjustable diameter of the bottom surface, and a plastic material is disposed within the cartridge to provide a sealing function for the opening of the container 34 while securing the container 34. At the same time the plastic material provides a sealing function to the opening of the container 34, which reduces to some extent the risk of leakage of the reaction gases in the reaction container 34.
Optionally, the connecting rod is connected with the stirring head through a movable part, the movable part is used for connecting the stirring head with the connecting rod, the movable part cannot rotate around the rotation axis of the stirring head, and the movable part can be made of metal materials, organic polymer materials and the like. The movable piece can be detached for changing different rotary agitators in different agitation scenes.
Optionally, the connecting rod has a telescopic function, and when the container 34 is fixed, the connecting rod can shorten the length of the connecting rod, so that the container 34 is fixed at a proper position, after the fixing is completed, the connecting rod is stretched to enable the container 34 to extend into the water bath heater, and after the container 34 enters the water bath heater, the height of the container 34 in the water bath heater can be finely adjusted, so that the container 34 can reach an optimal heating position.
Optionally, the connecting rod is made of a metal material and is coated with an anti-corrosion material on the surface of the connecting rod, and the coating of the anti-corrosion material can reduce the occurrence of corrosion of the connecting rod caused by corrosive substances possibly generated in chemical reaction to a certain extent.
Optionally, the rotation center axis of the container 34 passes through the connection center of the chuck and the connecting rod of the rotary stirrer 32 and the rotation center of the stirring head 30, so that the stirring head 30, the rotary stirrer 32 and the container 34 can rotate along the same center axis to a certain extent, and the phenomenon of shaking during rotation can be reduced.
Optionally, the rotation speed of the stirring head 30 during stirring is increased to the stirring speed at a constant speed, so that the occurrence of the condition that the connecting rod bears larger torsion force to deform or drop the connecting rod can be reduced to a certain extent, and the occurrence of the condition that the liquid in the water bath heater generates larger turbulence or splashes due to the abrupt increase of the rotation speed can be avoided to a certain extent.
It can be seen that, according to the embodiment of the invention, the reaction vessel is fixed by the rotary stirrer, and the reaction vessel rotates along with the rotary stirrer by the power provided by the stirring head, so that the reaction liquid in the stirring vessel is stirred in the reaction process and the turbulence of the reaction liquid is reduced, thereby enabling the shapes of microsphere particles generated by the reaction to be consistent to a certain extent, enabling the surfaces of the microspheres to be smooth, further improving the quality of the product to a certain extent, and reducing the risk of leakage of the reaction gas in the reaction vessel to a certain extent because the rotary stirrer is not arranged in the reaction vessel as in the conventional mechanical stirring.

Claims (9)
1. A stirring device, characterized by comprising:
the stirring device comprises a stirring head, a fixer, a rotary stirrer and a bracket, wherein the stirring head is fixed at the top end of the bracket and is used for providing rotary power for the rotary stirrer, the fixer is fixed on the bracket and is used for restraining the rotary stirrer to rotate in a fixed range, the rotary stirrer passes through the fixer and is connected with the stirring head, the rotary stirrer is used for fixing a container to enable the container to rotate together with the rotary stirrer, the bracket is used for supporting the fixer and the stirring head, the rotary stirrer comprises a chuck and a connecting rod, a plastic material is attached to the chuck and is used for enabling the chuck to firmly fix the container and protecting the container, and the connecting rod stretches to enable the container to stretch into a water bath heater.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the holder comprises at least one ring of the same type, the centers of the rings being collinear.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein the holder is cylindrical.
4. A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the holder is secured to a support by a slide securing means, the slide securing means being movable on the support.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the linkage is coupled to the stirring head by a moveable member.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein the linkage has a telescoping function.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the connecting rod is made of a metallic material and is coated with a corrosion-resistant material on a surface thereof.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the vessel rotation axis passes through a point of connection of a chuck of the rotary agitator to the connecting rod and a rotation center of the agitator head.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rotational speed of the stirring head is increased at a constant speed to the stirring speed during stirring.
