a square connecting through hole is formed at the bulge of the arc transition seat body part of the locking module and is matched with one end (square end) of the connecting rod; the two ends of the square connecting through hole are provided with locking ring grooves (outer edges) which are matched with the locking convex rings of the connecting rod, and one side of the locking ring groove of the square connecting through hole, which faces the opening of the hole, is provided with a plurality of radial protrusions for locking and fixing the connecting rod;
the floating adjusting and connecting module comprises two floating adjusting seats, wherein the floating adjusting seats are cylindrical, one end of each floating adjusting seat is provided with a spherical concave surface, the spherical concave surface is matched with a ball head on a connecting rod, the two floating adjusting seats are combined into a whole at the other end, the two floating adjusting seats are integrally processed into a whole in the embodiment, and the cylindrical surface is provided with second external threads which are matched with second internal threads of the locking spiral ring; the connecting rod is used for connecting the floating adjusting module and the locking module, when the connecting rod is used, the connecting rod has various lengths which are selectable according to the condition of a patient, and once the length is selected, the length of the connecting rod is not adjustable.
The locking modules comprise two locking modules which are respectively connected with the floating adjusting connecting module through the floating adjusting module into a whole. Specifically, the two locking modules are respectively connected with the floating adjusting module, the connecting rod penetrates into the locking spiral ring, the ball head is tightly attached to the conical locking ring surface, the square end of the connecting rod is inserted into the square connecting through hole of the circular arc transition seat body of the locking module, and the locking convex ring in the middle is matched with the locking ring groove for locking; and then the locking spiral ring of one floating adjusting module is in threaded connection with one end of the floating adjusting seat of the integrally-machined floating adjusting connecting module, the locking spiral ring of the other floating adjusting module is in threaded connection with the other end of the floating adjusting seat, and finally the two locking modules are connected to form an integral plate-type external fixing support. The multi-dimensional adjustment of the sphere range is realized by four proper sphere connection structures, the high flexibility of the whole positioning of the external fixing support is achieved in a state without accurate positioning, the adaptability, usability and reliability of the external fixing support are improved, auxiliary surgical instruments are reduced, the surgical time is greatly reduced, and the bleeding and infection risk in the operation are reduced.

the circular arc transition seat body part of the locking module is provided with a square connecting through hole which is matched with one end of the connecting rod; the two ends of the square connecting through hole are provided with locking ring grooves (outer edges) which are matched and locked with the locking convex rings of the connecting rod, and one side of the locking ring groove of the square connecting through hole, which faces the opening of the hole, is provided with a plurality of radial protrusions for locking and fixing the connecting rod;
the connecting rod is inserted into the square connecting through hole and used for connecting the floating adjusting module and the locking module;
the device also comprises an extension adjusting module, wherein the extension adjusting module comprises two floating adjusting seats, an extension adjusting screw rod, an adjusting nut, a locking nut and an extension adjusting sleeve rod which are positioned at two ends, and is used for connecting the floating adjusting module and the locking module, and the length of the extension adjusting module is adjustable;
the two floating adjusting seats are respectively arranged at one ends of the extension adjusting screw rod and the extension adjusting sleeve rod, the floating adjusting seat is a cylinder, one end of the floating adjusting seat is provided with a spherical concave surface, the spherical concave surface is matched with a ball head on the connecting rod, and the surface of the cylinder is provided with a second external thread which is matched with a second internal thread of the locking spiral ring; one end of the extension adjusting threaded rod is connected with one end of the extension adjusting sleeve rod, and the other end of the extension adjusting threaded rod is connected with the other end of the extension adjusting sleeve rod; the other ends of the extension adjusting screw rod and the extension adjusting sleeve rod are connected together through a locking nut and an adjusting nut;
the extension adjusting sleeve rod is of a hollow tubular structure, one end of the extension adjusting sleeve rod is provided with an annular clamping groove, and a plurality of elastic deformation grooves are formed in the clamping groove along the axial direction and used for clamping the adjusting nut to enable the adjusting nut and the extension adjusting sleeve rod to be connected into a whole, so that the extension adjusting sleeve rod is prevented from falling off; the other end is connected with the floating adjusting seat into a whole;
one end of the extension adjusting screw rod is connected with the floating adjusting seat into a whole, the other end is provided with a third external thread for extension adjustment;
the adjusting nut is of an annular structure, one end of the inner surface is provided with a third internal thread, the third internal thread is matched and connected with the extension adjusting screw rod, the other end of the adjusting nut is provided with an annular buckle matched with the buckle groove and used for being connected to one end of the extension adjusting sleeve rod, so that the adjusting nut and the extension adjusting sleeve rod are integrated and can rotate freely relative to the extension adjusting sleeve rod;
the locking nut is of an annular structure, and the inner surface of the locking nut is provided with a fourth internal thread which is matched with the third external thread for extension adjustment and is used for locking the adjusting nut;
in this embodiment, the locking modules include two locking modules, which are respectively connected to the extension adjustment module through the floating adjustment module as a whole. Specifically, the two locking modules are respectively connected with the floating adjusting module, the connecting rod penetrates into the locking spiral ring, the ball head is tightly attached to the conical locking ring surface, the square end of the connecting rod is inserted into the square connecting through hole of the circular arc transition seat body of the locking module, and the locking convex ring in the middle is matched with the locking ring groove for locking; then assembling an extension adjusting module, clamping an adjusting nut into an annular clamping groove of an extension adjusting sleeve rod, screwing the adjusting nut into an extension adjusting screw rod through a third external thread, and screwing the extension adjusting screw rod into the adjusting nut through the third external thread; finally, the extension adjusting module is connected with the two floating adjusting modules, one end of the extension adjusting sleeve rod, which is integrated with the floating adjusting seat, is screwed into the locking spiral ring of one floating adjusting module, and one end of the extension adjusting screw, which is integrated with the floating adjusting seat, is screwed into the locking spiral ring of the other floating adjusting module; finally, the two locking modules are connected to form an integral plate-type external fixing bracket. The whole length is adjustable, and the clinical application is convenient.
When the floating adjusting module is used, the locking module is in a free state and can be adjusted; when the fixed connection module is used, the two locking modules are in a parallel state.
The plate-type external fixing support in the embodiment uses polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) materials to manufacture each structural module, solves the problem that the prior metal external fixing support cannot transmit X rays in the orthopedic operation to influence the shielding of the examination during and after the operation and the tabu of nuclear magnetic resonance examination, and reduces the weight of the external fixing support.
The rest is the same as in the second embodiment.

Claims (8)

1. The plate-type external fixing support for fracture trauma treatment is characterized by comprising a locking module, wherein the locking module comprises a locking ring, a spherical locking clamp and a base, a first external thread is arranged on the outer ring surface of the locking ring, the inner ring surface of the locking ring comprises a first conical ring surface, the first conical ring surface is intersected with a first annular end surface at one end of the locking ring, and a groove-shaped opening for screwing up the thread is formed in the first annular end surface;
the base comprises a first plane and a second plane which are parallel to each other, the first plane is provided with a counter bore, the inner wall of the counter bore is provided with a first internal thread matched with the first external thread, and a second conical annular surface through hole is formed between the bottom surface of the counter bore and the second plane;
the outer surface of the spherical locking clamp comprises a spherical surface and two mutually parallel circular planes, a needle locking through hole is formed between circle centers of the two circular planes, a plurality of vertical grooves are formed in the vertical direction of the two circular planes from the inner surface of the needle locking through hole, the vertical grooves start to be directly communicated with the spherical surface from the inner surface of the needle locking through hole, a plurality of vertical groove bottoms formed in one circular plane are at a certain distance from the other circular plane, a plurality of vertical groove bottoms formed in the other circular plane are at a certain distance from the one circular plane, and the vertical grooves formed in the two circular planes are mutually staggered at a certain angle to form an elastic contractible structure;
the spherical locking clamp is placed in a counter bore of the base, and a locking ring is screwed into the counter bore.
2. The plate-type external fixation stent of claim 1, wherein the inner surface of the spherical locking clip is designed with protruding teeth.
3. The plate type external fixing support according to claim 2, wherein the cross grooves formed in two circular planes of the spherical locking clamp are offset from each other by 45 degrees.

A plate-type external fixing support according to claim 3, wherein the locking module comprises two locking rings, two spherical locking clamps and two bases, a certain included angle is formed between the two bases and the two bases are symmetrically arranged relative to an angular bisector of the included angle, and the two bases are connected by an arc transition base body.

The plate-type external fixing support according to claim 4, further comprising a fixing and connecting module, wherein the fixing and connecting module is a fixing and connecting rod with a fixed length, two ends of the fixing and connecting rod are square, and a locking ring is arranged in the middle of the fixing and connecting rod; the circular arc transition seat body part of the locking module is provided with a square connecting through hole which is matched with the two ends of the fixed connecting rod; locking ring grooves are arranged at openings at two ends of the square connecting through hole and are matched with the locking convex rings of the fixed connecting rod; the locking module comprises two locking ring grooves and locking convex rings which are respectively connected with the fixed connecting rod into a whole.

The plate-type external fixing support according to claim 4, further comprising a floating adjusting module, wherein the floating adjusting module comprises a connecting rod and a locking spiral ring, one end of the connecting rod is a square rod, a locking convex ring is arranged in the middle of the connecting rod, a ball head is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod, the locking spiral ring is sleeved outside the ball head, a conical locking ring surface is arranged at one end of the inner part of the locking spiral ring, and a second internal thread is arranged at the other end of the locking spiral ring;
the circular arc transition seat body part of the locking module is provided with a square connecting through hole which is matched with one end of the connecting rod; locking ring grooves are arranged at openings at two ends of the square connecting through hole and are matched and locked with the locking convex rings of the connecting rod;
the floating adjusting and connecting module comprises two floating adjusting seats, the floating adjusting seats are cylindrical, one end of each floating adjusting seat is provided with a spherical concave surface, the spherical concave surface is matched with a ball head on a connecting rod, the two floating adjusting seats are combined into a whole at the other end, and the surface of each cylinder is provided with second external threads which are matched with second internal threads of the locking spiral ring; the connecting rod is used for connecting the floating adjusting module and the locking module;
the locking modules comprise two locking modules which are respectively connected with the floating adjusting connecting module through the floating adjusting module into a whole.

The plate-type external fixing support according to claim 4, further comprising a floating adjusting module, wherein the floating adjusting module comprises a connecting rod and a locking spiral ring, one end of the connecting rod is a square rod, a locking convex ring is arranged in the middle of the connecting rod, a ball head is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod, the locking spiral ring is sleeved outside the ball head, a conical locking ring surface is arranged at one end of the inner part of the locking spiral ring, and a second internal thread is arranged at the other end of the locking spiral ring;
the circular arc transition seat body part of the locking module is provided with a square connecting through hole which is matched with one end of the connecting rod; locking ring grooves are arranged at openings at two ends of the square connecting through hole and are matched and locked with the locking convex rings of the connecting rod;
the connecting rod is inserted into the square connecting through hole and used for connecting the floating adjusting module and the locking module;

the two floating adjusting seats are respectively arranged at one ends of the extension adjusting screw rod and the extension adjusting sleeve rod, the floating adjusting seat is a cylinder, one end of the floating adjusting seat is provided with a spherical concave surface, the spherical concave surface is matched with a ball head on the connecting rod, and the surface of the cylinder is provided with a second external thread which is matched with a second internal thread of the locking spiral ring; one end of the extension adjusting threaded rod is connected with one end of the extension adjusting sleeve rod, and the other end of the extension adjusting threaded rod is connected with the other end of the extension adjusting sleeve rod; the other ends of the extension adjusting screw rod and the extension adjusting sleeve rod are connected together through a locking nut and an adjusting nut;
