Similarly, in the present embodiment, the lock 412 is disposed in a gradually convex manner in a direction approaching the steam opening 101, so as to form a guiding slope on the side of the lock 41 facing away from the steam opening 101. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, a guiding slope may be alternatively disposed on the lock catch 412 and the limiting protrusion.
In this embodiment, a temperature sensing opening 102 is further disposed on a side of the lid body facing away from the steam opening 101 of the limiting member 42. The temperature sensing element 43 includes a temperature sensing deformation element 431 disposed at the temperature sensing opening 102, a first end of the temperature sensing deformation element 431 is connected to the lid body, and a second end of the temperature sensing deformation element 431 is configured to bend toward the temperature sensing opening 102 according to the temperature in the electric kettle, so that the second end pushes the lock catch 412 to disengage from the limiting element 42. It can be understood that the temperature sensing port 102 is communicated with the inner cavity of the electric kettle, so that the temperature sensing deformation part 431 can be surrounded by rising steam in the process of boiling water; in this embodiment, the temperature sensing port 102 includes a first temperature sensing sub-port 122 provided in the first inner lid 12, and a second temperature sensing sub-port 132 provided in the second inner lid 13 so as to face the first temperature sensing sub-port 122. In this embodiment, the temperature-sensitive deformation element 431 can be, but not limited to, a steam spring or a thermal memory alloy spring. Specifically, the temperature-sensitive deformable member 431 can absorb heat carried in the rising steam to raise the temperature, and when the temperature of the temperature-sensitive deformable member 431 is raised to a preset temperature, the second end of the temperature-sensitive deformable member 431 is deformed to bend into the temperature-sensitive opening 102, so that the second end of the temperature-sensitive deformable member 431 pushes the latch 412 to the disengagement limiting member 42.
Further, the temperature sensing element 43 further includes a top pillar 432 disposed between the second end of the temperature varying element and the latch 412, and the second end of the temperature varying element indirectly pushes the latch 412 through the top pillar 432. It can be understood that the closer the temperature-sensitive deformation member 431 is to the inner cavity of the electric kettle, the better the temperature-sensitive deformation member 431 is arranged, so that the temperature-sensitive deformation member 431 can absorb heat from rising steam, thus, the distance between the lock catch 412 buckled on the limit bump and the second end of the temperature-sensitive deformation member 431 is larger, and the bending change of the additionally-arranged temperature-sensitive deformation member 431 of the top pillar 432 is transmitted to the lock catch 412 well. Obviously, when the amount of deformation of the temperature-sensitive deformable member 431 is sufficiently large, the top post 432 may be omitted.
In this embodiment, the pot lid body is further provided with a temperature sensing box 14. The temperature sensing box 14 includes a box body 141 detachably connected to the temperature sensing port 102, and a box cover 142 covering the box body 141. Without loss of generality, the box 141 can be mounted at the first temperature-sensing seam allowance 122 through the fixing buckle 123. The two ends of the case 141 are disposed to penetrate through each other, and the temperature sensitive deformation part 431 is fixedly disposed on the case 141, but of course, the end of the case 141 is connected to the temperature sensitive opening 102, so that the temperature sensitive deformation part 431 can be surrounded by the rising steam. The limiting member 42 is disposed on a surface of the box cover 142 away from the box 141, and the top post 432 movably penetrates through the box cover 142. Preferably, the position limiting member 42 is integrally injection-molded on the box cover 142, so as to facilitate mass production. In this embodiment, the temperature sensing box 14 is arranged to realize the integral assembly and disassembly of the limiting member 42 and the temperature sensing element 43, thereby improving the assembly convenience of the lid and facilitating the maintenance and replacement of the temperature sensing element 43.

Claims (18)

1. A pot lid for an electric kettle, comprising:
the kettle cover body is provided with a steam opening;
the baffle is movably connected to the kettle cover body and is provided with a covering position for covering the steam opening and an opening position for opening the steam opening;
the temperature sensing limiting structure comprises a limiting structure used for limiting the baffle at the opening position and a temperature sensing element used for releasing the limiting function of the limiting structure when the temperature is raised to a preset temperature by being heated by water vapor in the electric kettle; and
the reset structure is connected with the kettle cover body and the baffle and used for resetting the baffle for releasing the limit to the covering position.
2. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the baffle is horizontally movably connected to the kettle lid body.
3. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 2, wherein the limiting structure comprises a locking member connected to the baffle plate, and a limiting member disposed on the kettle lid body at a position far away from the steam opening, the baffle plate being locked to the limiting member by the locking member to limit the opening position;
the temperature sensing element is used for driving the locking element to be separated from the limiting element when the temperature is raised to a preset temperature by being heated by water vapor in the electric kettle, so that the limiting effect of the limiting structure is relieved.
4. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reset structure comprises an elastic reset member, one end of the elastic reset member is connected with the kettle lid body, and the other end is connected with the baffle.
5. The kettle lid as in claim 4, wherein the return structure further comprises a damper disposed between the baffle and the kettle lid body, the damper exerting a damping force on the baffle that is less than a compressive force exerted by the resilient return member on the baffle.
6. The kettle lid according to claim 5, wherein the damper is an adjustable damping coefficient damper; and/or the like, and/or,
the damper is detachably connected with the baffle and the kettle cover body.
7. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 6, wherein said damper comprises a damping housing and a telescopic rod capable of entering and exiting said damping housing, said kettle lid body defining a limiting cavity therein adapted to receive said damping housing; the free end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the baffle.
8. The kettle lid as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the kettle lid body comprises a top lid and a first inner lid disposed below the top lid, and the steam opening comprises a first steam sub-opening disposed on the top lid and a second steam sub-opening disposed on the first inner lid.
9. The kettle lid as in claim 8, wherein a plurality of grid segments are spaced within said second steam subplot, said grid segments being angled upwardly in a direction away from said reset mechanism.
10. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 8, wherein the baffle is further provided with a toggle member, the top lid is provided with a sliding slot for extending the toggle member, and the toggle member can move along the direction of the sliding slot to drive the baffle to open or close the steam opening.
11. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 3, wherein the locking member comprises a supporting arm extending from the baffle plate to the limiting member, and a locking catch disposed at a free end of the supporting arm, the locking catch is adapted to engage with the limiting member, and when the temperature rises to a predetermined temperature due to heating by steam in the electric kettle, the temperature sensing member pushes the locking catch to disengage from the limiting member.
12. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 11, wherein the limiting member is a limiting protrusion disposed on the kettle lid body, and the lock catch is configured to engage with a side surface of the limiting protrusion away from the steam opening.
13. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 12, wherein the limit projection is gradually convex in a direction away from the steam opening; and/or
The lock catch is arranged in a gradually convex manner in the direction close to the steam opening.
14. The kettle lid according to claim 11, wherein the kettle lid body is provided with a temperature sensing opening at a side of the limiting member facing away from the steam opening, the temperature sensing member includes a temperature sensing deformation member disposed at the temperature sensing opening, a first end of the temperature sensing deformation member is connected to the kettle lid body, and a second end of the temperature sensing deformation member is bent toward the inside of the temperature sensing opening when heated by steam in the electric kettle to raise the temperature to a predetermined temperature, so that the second end pushes the lock catch to disengage from the limiting member.
15. The kettle lid according to claim 14, wherein the temperature-sensitive deformation element is a steam shrapnel or a thermal memory alloy shrapnel.
16. The kettle lid as claimed in claim 14, wherein the temperature-sensitive member further comprises a top pillar disposed between the second end of the temperature-sensitive member and the lock catch, and the second end of the temperature-sensitive member indirectly pushes against the lock catch through the top pillar.
17. The lid as claimed in claim 16, wherein the lid body further comprises a temperature sensing box, the temperature sensing box comprises a box body detachably connected to the temperature sensing opening and a lid covering the box body, two ends of the box body are disposed through the temperature sensing deformation member, the temperature sensing deformation member is fixedly disposed on the box body, the limiting member is disposed on a surface of the lid facing away from the box body, and the post is movably disposed through the lid.
18. An electric kettle comprising a kettle body and a kettle lid for closing said kettle body, said kettle lid being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 17.
