本发明公开了一种弹性耐寒风力发电用电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯若干根加强型弹性耐寒绝缘线芯绞合而成,在缆芯内空隙处设有保温棉,在缆芯外挤包矿物绝缘层,在矿物绝缘层外设有阻燃玻纤带,在阻燃玻纤带外挤包内护套,在内护套外编织非磁性钢丝加非磁性钢带金属结构的铠装层,在铠装层外设有铝箔层,在铝箔层绕包弹性缓冲层,在弹性缓冲层外挤包聚氨酯保温管。本发明具有防火、防水、防风、防晒、防霉、耐寒、耐老化、抗风压等性能。

[0003] 在全球能源日益紧张的今天,国家对可再生能源的需求不断增加,因此作为风力 发电设备配套产品的低温风能电力电缆,正在成为有巨大市场潜力的电缆新品种,开发并 投向市场。低温风能电力电缆广泛用于风能发电机转子的联接或用于塔内、外非移动电源 的联接等,解决了设备安全运行的隐患,更新了环境效益,带来了经济效益。现有低温风能 电力电缆的缺点为:在低于-55°C时绝缘、护套容易开裂造成短路,影响设备正常使用;另 夕卜,遇到十几级大风时,容易折断。
发明内容

[0005] 本发明所述的一种弹性耐寒风力发电用电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯若干根加 强型弹性耐寒绝缘线芯绞合而成,在缆芯内空隙处设有保温棉,在缆芯外挤包矿物绝缘层, 在矿物绝缘层外设有阻燃玻纤带,在阻燃玻纤带外挤包内护套,在内护套外编织非磁性钢 丝加非磁性钢带金属结构的铠装层,在铠装层外设有铝箱层,在铝箔层绕包弹性缓冲层,在 弹性缓冲层外挤包聚氨酯保温管。
[0006] 进一步改进,所述加强型弹性耐寒绝缘线芯由加强钢芯、绞合在加强钢芯外的铝 合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的绝缘层、绕包在绝缘层外的弹性缓冲层以及挤包在弹性 缓冲层外的聚氨酯保温管构成。

[0009] 本发明的有益效果在于: 1、导体中设有加强钢芯,不仅使得电缆的抗拉强度得到了很大的提高,而且柔韧性好, 具有很好的抗氧化性与阻燃性能,而且断裂伸长率较小,不易发生变形。
[0010] 2、本发明的绝缘线芯结构的改进,使得绝缘线芯自身具有耐寒、弹性性能。
[0011] 3、填充采用保温棉,使得电缆的内部保温效果更好。
[0012] 4、采用非磁性钢丝加非磁性钢带金属铠装层结构形式,以达到很好的抗拉性、抗 干扰性、使用寿命长等效果。
[0013] 5、内护套各层之间结合强度高,耐雨水冲洗度好,多次清洗对防晒效果毫无影响, 能有效抵御紫外线和光照,隔热效果优异,抗老化性强,一般普通的电缆抗老化是30年,本 抗老化可达50年。
[0014] 6、设有铝箔层,使得电缆具有防火、防水、防风、防晒、防霉、耐寒、耐老化等性能。
[0015] 7、线芯和电缆均设有弹性缓冲层,可以有效的缓冲了来自外界的压力,很好的保 护了电缆各层不受外界的挤压,并且具有抗风压能力,使得电缆能正常的工作。
[0016] 8、线芯和电缆均设有聚氨酯保温管,保护了电缆的耐寒性,使得电缆具有强度高、 耐冲击、耐环境老化预应力裂开、耐腐蚀、耐低温、易焊接、施工简便,严格密封无渗漏,还具 有容重轻、强度高、绝热、隔音、阻燃、耐寒、防腐、不吸水、施工简便快捷等优异特点,另外, 聚氨酯保温材料,适应温度为+120 °C—-196 °C,使得电缆在冰雪天气因结冰致使通信信号 传输中断,造成无法挽救的经济损失。

[0020] 如图1所示,本发明所述的一种弹性耐寒风力发电用电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆 芯若干根加强型弹性耐寒绝缘线芯绞合而成,该加强型弹性耐寒绝缘线芯由加强钢芯1、绞 合在加强钢芯外的铝合金导体2、挤包在铝合金导体外的绝缘层3、绕包在绝缘层外的弹性 缓冲层4以及挤包在弹性缓冲层外的聚氨酯保温管5构成;在缆芯内空隙处设有保温棉6,在 缆芯外挤包矿物绝缘层7,在矿物绝缘层外设有阻燃玻纤带8,在阻燃玻纤带外挤包内护套 9,在内护套外编织非磁性钢丝加非磁性钢带金属结构的铠装层10,在铠装层外设有铝箔层 11,在铝箱层绕包弹性缓冲层4,在弹性缓冲层外挤包聚氨酯保温管5。
[0021] 如图2所示,所述内护套9包括腈纶纤维层91、涤纶纤维层92和连接层93,所述连接 层位于所述腈纶纤维层和涤纶纤维层中间并相互连接,所述中间层的材质为氯丁橡胶,耐 雨水冲洗度好,多次清洗对防晒效果毫无影响,能有效抵御紫外线和光照,隔热效果优异, 抗老化性强,一般普通的电缆抗老化是3〇年,本抗老化可达5〇年。
[0022] 如图3所示,所述的弹性缓冲层4包括柔性内垫41和柔性外垫43,所述柔性内垫与 柔性外垫之间设置有若干气囊42,可以有效的缓冲了来自外界的压力,很好的保护了电缆 各层不受外界的挤压,并且具有抗风压能力,使得电缆能正常的工作。

1. 一种弹性耐寒风力发电用电力电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述缆芯若干根加强型 弹性耐寒绝缘线芯绞合而成,在缆芯内空隙处设有保温棉,在缆芯外挤包矿物绝缘层,在矿 物绝缘层外设有阻燃玻纤带,在阻燃玻纤带外挤包内护套,在内护套外编织非磁性钢丝加 非磁性钢带金属结构的铠装层,在铠装层外设有铝箔层,在铝箔层绕包弹性缓冲层,在弹性 缓冲层外挤包聚氨酯保温管。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐寒风力发电用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述加强型弹性 耐寒绝缘线芯由加强钢芯、绞合在加强钢芯外的铝合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的绝缘 层、绕包在绝缘层外的弹性缓冲层以及挤包在弹性缓冲层外的聚氨酯保温管构成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐寒风力发电用电力电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套包括 腈纶纤维层、涤纶纤维层和连接层,所述连接层位于所述腈纶纤维层和涤纶纤维层中间并 相互连接,所述中间层的材质为陶瓷硅橡胶。
