本发明公开投影灯领域,更具体的公开一种插片式图案投影灯,包括灯体和适配器,所述灯体由前灯盖、灯身和后灯盖组成,所述后灯盖内设置有PCB板,所述灯身内设置有成像透镜支架、成像透镜、透镜支架、支撑柱、平凸透镜、透镜压板、LED组件和电机,所述灯身设置有支架、菲林片和压板,所述支架与所述灯身为可拆卸结构,本发明通过支架与所述灯身为可拆卸结构,所述菲林片安装在支架上,从而使方便人工根据需要更换菲林片来改善现有技术中图案单一的问题,并且菲林片能够承受高温的特点,从而使插片式图案投影灯不仅具有图案不单一优点,而且具有耐高温好的优点。

本发明公开投影灯领域,更具体的公开一种插片式图案投影灯。
背景技术
现有的可以照射出图案的投影灯利用蛙眼凸镜把光聚集,然后再把聚集的光透过有图案胶片,从而使投影灯照射出图案,但是这样的投影灯中的蛙眼凸镜存在光效不好问题,为了能使图案清晰,因此人工往往采用高功率的投影灯,虽然照射出来图案清晰,但是图案比较单一,而高功率的投影灯内部没有空气气流流通,就好导致内部的热量散发不出去,导致散热效果变差,同时投影灯内部温度升高,就会使图案胶片变形,从而缩短了图案胶片的使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种使用寿命长、散热性好、耐高温性好以及图案不单一的插片式图案投影灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种插片式图案投影灯,包括灯体和适配器,所述灯体由前灯盖、灯身和后灯盖组成,所述后灯盖内设置有PCB板,所述PCB板与适配器电连接,所述灯身内设置有成像透镜支架、成像透镜、透镜支架、支撑柱、平凸透镜、透镜压板、LED组件和电机,所述电机和LED组件均与所述PCB板电连接,且所述电机位于所述LED组件后侧,所述透镜压板位于所述LED组件前侧,所述透镜压板套接在平凸透镜上,所述平凸透镜安装在支撑柱上,所述支撑柱安装在透镜支架,所述成像透镜安装在透镜支架,所述灯身设置有支架、菲林片和压板,所述支架与所述灯身为可拆卸结构,所述菲林片安装在支架上,所述菲林片位于压板和支架之间,所述支架与压板扣接连接,所述压板位于所述成像透镜支架前侧,由于支架与所述灯身为可拆卸结构,所述菲林片安装在支架上,从而使方便人工根据需要更换菲林片来改善现有技术中图案单一的问题,并且菲林片能够承受高温的特点,从而使插片式图案投影灯不仅具有图案不单一优点,而且具有耐高温好的优点。
优选地,所述灯身内还设置有散热吕块,所述散热吕块套接在所述电机上,由于散热吕块套接在所述电机上,使电机在工作时,产生的热量,能够利用散热吕块热量散发出去,达到电机降温的目的,从而提高了使用寿命。
优选地,所述前灯盖内设置有玻璃和防水圈,所述防水圈套接在玻璃外侧上。
优选地,所述灯身下端设置有排风扇和连接座,所述排风扇安装在连接座上,由于灯身下端设置有排风扇和连接座,该排风扇能够把灯身内的热量从排出去,从而提高了散热性。
优选地,所述后灯盖上设置有进气罩和按钮,所述按钮与所述PCB板电连接,所述按钮位于进气罩右侧。
优选地,所述支架上端设置有旋柄螺杆,所述支架通过旋柄螺杆与所述灯身相连接,由于支架通过旋柄螺杆与所述灯身相连接,能够使人工可以旋拧螺杆来使支架和灯身分离,具有方便人工更换。
优选地,所述支架与所述灯身之间设置有密封垫。
较现有技术,本发明有益技术效果主要体现在:本发明通过支架与所述灯身为可拆卸结构,所述菲林片安装在支架上,从而使方便人工根据需要更换菲林片来改善现有技术中图案单一的问题,并且菲林片能够承受高温的特点,从而使插片式图案投影灯不仅具有图案不单一优点,而且具有耐高温好的优点,同时散热吕块套接在所述电机上,使电机在工作时,产生的热量,能够利用散热吕块热量散发出去,达到电机降温的目的,从而提高了使用寿命,同时灯身下端设置有排风扇和连接座,该排风扇能够把灯身内的热量从排出去,从而提高了散热性,并且支架通过旋柄螺杆与所述灯身相连接,能够使人工可以旋拧螺杆来使支架和灯身分离,具有方便人工更换,本发明结构简单,设计合理,符合市场需求,适合大规模生产。

以下结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
如图1至图2所示,一种插片式图案投影灯,包括灯体1和适配器2,所述灯体1由前灯盖3、灯身4和后灯盖5组成,所述后灯盖5内设置有PCB板6,所述PCB板6与适配器2电连接,所述灯身4内设置有成像透镜支架7、成像透镜8、透镜支架9、支撑柱10、平凸透镜11、透镜压板12、LED组件13和电机14,所述电机14和LED组件13均与所述PCB板6电连接,且所述电机14位于所述LED组件13后侧,所述透镜压板12位于所述LED组件13前侧,所述透镜压板12套接在平凸透镜11上,所述平凸透镜11安装在支撑柱10上,所述支撑柱10安装在透镜支架9,所述成像透镜8安装在透镜支架9,所述灯身4外设置有支架15、菲林片16和压板17,所述支架15与所述灯身4为可拆卸结构,所述菲林片16安装在支架15上,所述菲林片16位于压板17和支架15之间,所述支架15与压板17扣接连接,所述压板17位于所述成像透镜支架7前侧,所述灯身4内还设置有散热吕块18,所述散热吕块18套接在所述电机14上,所述前灯盖3内设置有玻璃19和防水圈20,所述防水圈20套接在玻璃19外侧上,所述灯身4下端设置有排风扇21和连接座22,所述排风扇21安装在连接座22上,所述后灯盖5上设置有进气罩23和按钮24,所述按钮24与所述PCB板6电连接,所述按钮24位于进气罩23右侧,所述支架15上端设置有旋柄螺杆25,所述支架15通过旋柄螺杆25与所述灯身4相连接,所述支架9与所述灯身4之间设置有密封垫26。
上述中一种插片式图案投影灯的工作原理如下:首先人工把外部电源连接到适配器,然后人工按下按钮后,适配器连通后对PCB板和电机供电,同时PCB板给LED组件供电,此时LED组件发光开始工作,然后光透过透镜压板前侧的平凸透镜集聚到成像透镜中,最后成像透镜的光照射到菲林片上,并把菲林片上的图案成像透过前灯盖照射到外部墙上,另外人工为了能够使该插片式图案投影灯的图案不单一,因此人工可以旋拧螺杆来使支架和灯身分离,然后更换不同图案的菲林片,再把菲林片安装在支架下,最后人工旋拧螺杆来使支架和灯身紧固,从而使人工体验到不同的图案,达到该插片式图案投影灯的图案不单一目的,另外LED组件发光,灯身内会产生热量,从而形成高温度,因此人工在灯身内安装了电机,当LED组件开始工作时,灯身内的电机也工作,把外部的空气从后灯盖上的进气罩中进入到灯身内,然后再把灯身内的热量从排风扇输送出来,从而给灯身进行降温,由于电机在工作时也会产生热量以及电机表面温度会很上升,因此人工在电机外部安装上散热吕块,既把电机的热量散发出去,又能让电机的表面温度下降。
当然,以上仅是本发明的具体应用范例,对本发明的保护范围不构成任何限制。凡采用等同变换或者等效替换而形成的技术方案,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。

1.一种插片式图案投影灯,包括灯体(1)和适配器(2),其特征在于,所述灯体(1)由前灯盖(3)、灯身(4)和后灯盖(5)组成,所述后灯盖(5)内设置有PCB板(6),所述PCB板(6)与适配器(2)电连接,所述灯身(4)内设置有成像透镜支架(7)、成像透镜(8)、透镜支架(9)、支撑柱(10)、平凸透镜(11)、透镜压板(12)、LED组件(13)和电机(14),所述电机(14)和LED组件(13)均与所述PCB板(6)电连接,且所述电机(14)位于所述LED组件(13)后侧,所述透镜压板(12)位于所述LED组件(13)前侧,所述透镜压板(12)套接在平凸透镜(11)上,所述平凸透镜(11)安装在支撑柱(10)上,所述支撑柱(10)安装在透镜支架(9),所述成像透镜(8)安装在透镜支架(9),所述灯身(4)外设置有支架(15)、菲林片(16)和压板(17),所述支架(15)与所述灯身(4)为可拆卸结构,所述菲林片(16)安装在支架(15)上,所述菲林片(16)位于压板(17)和支架(15)之间,所述支架(15)与压板(17)扣接连接,所述压板(17)位于所述成像透镜支架(7)前侧,。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种插片式图案投影灯,其特征在于,所述灯身(4)内还设置有散热吕块(18),所述散热吕块(18)套接在所述电机(14)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种插片式图案投影灯,其特征在于,所述前灯盖(3)内设置有玻璃(19)和防水圈(20),所述防水圈(20)套接在玻璃(19)外侧上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述一种插片式图案投影灯,其特征在于,所述灯身(4)下端设置有排风扇(21)和连接座(22),所述排风扇(21)安装在连接座(22)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种插片式图案投影灯,其特征在于,所述后灯盖(5)上设置有进气罩(23)和按钮(24),所述按钮(24)与所述PCB板(6)电连接,所述按钮(24)位于进气罩(23)右侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种插片式图案投影灯,其特征在于,所述支架(15)上端设置有旋柄螺杆(25),所述支架(15)通过旋柄螺杆(25)与所述灯身(4)相连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种插片式图案投影灯,其特征在于,所述支架(9)与所述灯身(4)之间设置有密封垫(26)。
