本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种保温材料。
背景技术
外墙保温是将保温材料设置在外墙一侧的保温方式,通常采用外墙外保温系统来实现。外墙外保温系统是多层外墙复合体系,它能够将水和湿气阻挡在复合墙体外表面之外,不容许水通过垂直墙体表面或任何洞口和接缝处渗入系统,从而保证系统的长期可靠性,它是集节能、保温、隔音、装饰效果为一体的轻质、环保型非承重性外围护建筑墙体系统。建筑外墙使用保温材料时,多使用苯板、挤塑板或聚氨酯发泡等保温材料,虽然这些材料保温隔热效果比较好,但是它们的防火性能差,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种防火性能好,使用安全的保温材料。
本发明采取的具体技术方案是:
一种保温材料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:铝酸盐水泥30-40份、硅石粉10-20份、纳米胶粉4-8份、羟丙基甲基纤维5-10份、玻化微珠4-8份、抗氧化剂0.3-0.5份、防腐剂0.3-0.5份、阻燃剂5-10份。
优选地,所述的保温材料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:铝酸盐水泥35份、硅石粉15份、纳米胶粉6份、羟丙基甲基纤维7.5份、玻化微珠6份、抗氧化剂0.4份、防腐剂0.4份、阻燃剂7.5份。
所述的阻燃剂为磷酸酯、氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的混合物。
所述的阻燃剂中磷酸酯:氢氧化镁:氢氧化铝=1:2:2。
本发明保温材料不仅成本低廉,且热稳定性、保温、防火效果好,使用安全。

一种保温材料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:铝酸盐水泥35份、硅石粉15份、纳米胶粉6份、羟丙基甲基纤维7.5份、玻化微珠6份、抗氧化剂0.4份、防腐剂0.4份、阻燃剂7.5份。
所述的阻燃剂为磷酸酯、氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的混合物。

所述的阻燃剂为磷酸酯、氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的混合物。

2.根据权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:铝酸盐水泥32-38份、硅石粉12-18份、纳米胶粉5-7份、羟丙基甲基纤维6.7-8.3份、玻化微珠5-7份、抗氧化剂0.35-0.45份、防腐剂0.35-0.45份、阻燃剂6.7-8.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:铝酸盐水泥35份、硅石粉15份、纳米胶粉6份、羟丙基甲基纤维7.5份、玻化微珠6份、抗氧化剂0.4份、防腐剂0.4份、阻燃剂7.5份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温材料,其特征在于所述的阻燃剂为磷酸酯、氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的混合物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的保温材料,其特征在于磷酸酯:氢氧化镁:氢氧化铝=1:2:2。
