Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automobile control system, including: the system comprises a signal generation module 11, a gateway module 12 and a battery management system 13, wherein the signal generation module 11 and the battery management system 13 are connected with the gateway module 12;
the gateway module 12 is configured to receive the first configuration signal, perform first configuration on the vehicle control system according to the first configuration signal, forward the first start signal generated by the signal generation module 11 to the battery management system 13 through the gateway module 12, and the battery management system 13 is configured to start the vehicle after receiving the first start signal.
It should be noted that the signal generation module 11 generates the first start signal, and the battery management system 13 can start the vehicle only after receiving the first start signal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the gateway module 12 is used for forwarding the first starting signal to the battery management system 13, and the automobile is started after the battery management system 13 receives the first starting signal, so that the gateway module 12 can work normally when the automobile is started, and the loss of a leasing company is avoided.
On the basis of the above-mentioned embodiments of the invention, in the embodiments of the invention, the signal generating module 11 is an ignition switch.
It should be noted that different signals will be generated when the ignition switch is in different gear positions, and preferably the first enable signal is the signal generated when the ignition switch is in START gear. The battery management system 13 will start the car after receiving the first start signal forwarded by the gateway module 12. Since the first start signal needs to be forwarded by the gateway module 12, when the battery management system 13 receives the first start signal, it indicates that the gateway module 12 can work normally, and the rental company can master the rental status of the car, thereby avoiding the loss caused by the rental company not being able to master the rental status of the car.
On the basis of the above embodiments of the invention, in the embodiment of the invention, the ignition switch is further configured to generate and transmit a second start signal to the battery management system 13, and the battery management system 13 starts the automobile after receiving the first start signal and the second start signal.
It should be noted that the ignition switch has a plurality of different gears, and the first start signal is a signal generated when the ignition switch is in the ON gear; the second enable signal is a signal generated when the ignition switch is in the START gear. The battery management system 13 can START the vehicle after receiving the first START signal and the second START signal, which ensures that the gateway module 12 can work normally when the vehicle STARTs, and the signal generated when the ignition switch is in START gear can directly enter the battery management system 13.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments of the present invention, in the embodiment of the present invention, the battery management system 13 is further configured to receive a second configuration signal, and perform a second configuration on the vehicle control system according to the second configuration signal, so that the battery management system 13 starts the vehicle after receiving the second start signal.
It should be noted that after the second configuration of the vehicle control system, the battery management system 13 may start the vehicle after receiving the second start signal transmitted from the ignition switch, and the vehicle may start without waiting for the first start signal, that is, without determining whether the gateway module 12 can operate normally. For example, the first configuration signal is a rental signal sent by a rental company, and the rental company must start the car only when it is confirmed that the gateway module 12 can work normally in order to grasp the rental status of the car; the second configuration signal is a non-rental signal sent by an automobile manufacturer, whether the gateway module 12 can work normally or not is not required to be confirmed in a non-rental state, and the automobile can be started when the battery management system 13 receives a signal generated when the ignition switch is in a START gear.
As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the above embodiments of the present invention, in the embodiment of the present invention, the automobile control system further includes: a vehicle machine 14; the car machine 14 is connected between the ignition switch and the gateway module 12;
the car machine 14 receives the first start signal sent by the ignition switch, and forwards the first start signal to the gateway module 12.
It should be noted that the car machine 14 as an in-vehicle infotainment product on a car can realize human-to-car and car-interior communication and has better compatibility. The existing hardware structure inside the car can be better utilized by forwarding the first start signal from the ignition switch to the gateway module 12 through the car machine 14.
As shown in fig. 3, on the basis of the above embodiments of the present invention, in an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle control system further includes: a relay 15; the relay 15 is connected between the car machine 14 and the ignition switch.
It should be noted that the relay 15 may control whether the first start signal generated by the ignition switch may be transmitted to the in-vehicle machine 14 and thus to the battery management system 13. When the relay 15 is turned on, a first starting signal generated by the ignition switch reaches the car machine 14 through the relay 15, the car machine 14 forwards the first starting signal to the gateway module 12, the gateway module 12 forwards the first starting signal to the battery management system 13, and the battery management system 13 starts the car after receiving the first starting signal; when the relay 15 is turned off, the first start signal generated by the ignition switch cannot be transmitted to the car dumper 14, and finally the battery management system 13 cannot receive the first start signal. The on and off of the relay 15 may be realized by a card swipe or an operation of an application program.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments of the present invention, in the embodiment of the present invention, the battery management system 13 is further configured to receive the second configuration signal, perform the second configuration on the vehicle control system according to the second configuration signal, and send the first start signal generated by the signal generation module 11 to the battery management system 13.
It should be noted that after the second configuration of the vehicle control system, the signal generating module 11 directly sends the first start signal to the battery management system 13, and the battery management system 13 can start the vehicle after receiving the first start signal transmitted by the ignition switch, without determining whether the gateway module 12 can work normally. For example, the first configuration signal is a rental signal sent by a rental company, and the rental company must start the car only when it is confirmed that the gateway module 12 can work normally in order to grasp the rental status of the car; the second configuration signal is a non-rental signal sent by an automobile manufacturer, whether the gateway module 12 can work normally or not is not required to be confirmed in a non-rental state, the signal generation module 11 directly sends the first starting signal to the battery management system 13, and the battery management system 13 starts the automobile after receiving the first starting signal.
According to another aspect of the invention, an automobile is provided, which comprises the automobile control system provided by each embodiment of the invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the gateway module is used for forwarding the first starting signal to the battery management system, and the automobile is started after the battery management system receives the first starting signal, so that the gateway module can normally work when the automobile is started, and the loss of a leasing company is avoided.
