Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the defective product discharging mechanism of the polymer lithium battery board ink jet printer of the present invention includes a supporting component, a sliding component, a sucking disc component and a driving component; the support assembly comprises a support column 10 and a transverse support plate 12 fixedly connected with the support column 10; the sliding assembly comprises a sliding guide rail 21 and a sliding plate 22 arranged on the sliding guide rail 21, the sliding guide rail 21 is arranged on the supporting plate 12, and the sliding plate 22 is in sliding connection with the sliding guide rail 21; the outer end of the slide plate 22 is fixed with a vertical mounting plate 30 extending downwards, and a sucker assembly 33 is connected on the vertical mounting plate 30 in a sliding manner; the driving assembly comprises a first driving mechanism 23 and a second driving mechanism 31, wherein the first driving mechanism 23 is used for driving the sliding plate 22 to horizontally slide along the sliding guide rail 21; the second driving mechanism 31 is used for driving the sucker assembly 33 to slide up and down.
In the invention, the lower end of the support column 10 is preferably provided with a support seat 11, and the whole device is fixed on a machine through the support seat 11; the number of support columns 10 may be 2 in this embodiment to improve the stability of the device.
Referring to fig. 2, a pair of sliding blocks 221 are disposed on the lower surface of the sliding plate 22, and a corresponding sliding slot 211 is disposed on both sides of the sliding rail 21, so that the sliding plate 22 can slide horizontally through the cooperation of the sliding blocks 221 and the sliding slots 211. The first driving mechanism 23 is disposed at one end of the sliding plate 22, and is used for driving the sliding plate 2 to slide horizontally along the sliding guide rail 21, and the first driving mechanism 23 can be fixed on the supporting plate 12 through a mounting plate; the first driving mechanism 23 may be a cylinder, an oil cylinder or other driving mechanisms. In the present embodiment, the first driving mechanism 23 is a long stroke pen cylinder. By the telescopic movement of the slide table cylinder, the suction cup assembly 33 can slide up and down. The suction cup assembly 33 includes a suction cup fixing plate 331 and a plurality of suction cups 332 mounted on the suction cup fixing plate 331; the suction cup fixing plate 331 is fixed to the suction cup mounting plate 32. Preferably, a reinforcing rib 34 is provided between the suction cup fixing plate 331 and the suction cup mounting plate 32 to increase the fixing strength therebetween. Preferably, a vacuum filter 35 is installed on the sliding table cylinder, and the main function of the vacuum filter 35 is to filter dust on the suction disc 332, so that the service life of the original device is prolonged.
In the embodiment of the invention, the defective product discharging mechanism of the polymer lithium battery board code spraying machine further comprises a wire protection chain 41, wherein the wire protection chain 41 is arranged on the supporting plate 12 through a wire protection chain mounting plate 42, and the wire protection chain 41 is used for protecting air pipes and cables.

the driving assembly comprises a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism, and the first driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding plate to horizontally slide along the sliding guide rail; the second driving mechanism is used for driving the sucker assembly to slide up and down;
the second driving mechanism is a sliding table cylinder, and the sucker assembly is in sliding connection with the vertical mounting plate through the sliding table cylinder; a vacuum filter is arranged on the sliding table cylinder;
