extraction procedure:

the PLC controls the servo motor to drive the sliding plate 9 to move downwards to a designated position; the mandrel cylinder 14 pushes the mandrel fixing plate 11 to move downwards, and the positioning mandrel 13 penetrates into the inner hole of the dust cover, so that the dust cover can be smoothly fixed on the positioning mandrel 13 because the diameter of the positioning mandrel 13 is larger than the inner diameter of the small opening of the dust cover;
the PLC controls the servo motor to drive the sliding plate 9 to move upwards to a designated position, and the assembly of the small clamping ring is waited for in the next step.
Assembling:
the PLC controls the sliding table cylinder 6 to push the positioning plate 2 to slide, so that the small collar positioning device 4 moves to the lower part of the press mounting mechanism III;
the PLC controls the servo motor to drive the sliding plate 9 to move downwards to a designated position; the pressing plate cylinder 17 pushes the lower pressing plate 15 and the guide pressing ring 16 to move downwards, so that the end surface of the guide pressing ring 16 presses the upper part of the dust cover; the counter pressure plate 4.4 moves upwards under the pushing of the counter pressure cylinders 4.5 at the two sides, presses the dust cover from the bottom, deforms the dust cover and contracts the part provided with the small clamping ring;
the PLC controls the servo motor to drive the sliding plate 9 to move downwards again, drives the hollow pressing shaft 12 to press the inner side of the small opening of the dust cover from the dust cover, and enables the part provided with the small clamping ring to pass through the inner hole of the small clamping ring 4.3, and the counter pressing plate 4.4 moves downwards along with the sliding plate 9 in the process;
the pressing plate cylinder 17 pushes the lower pressing plate 15 and the guide pressing ring 16 to move upwards for resetting, the back pressing plate 4.4 in the back pressing device is kept in place, the dust cover is restored to the original state after losing the external force effect, and the small clamping ring 4.3 is assembled in place;
the PLC controls the servo motor to drive the sliding plate 9 to move upwards to the designated position, the small clamping ring is assembled, and the next dust cover trimming process is waited.
Finishing:
the PLC controls the sliding table cylinder 6 to push the positioning plate 2 to slide, and drives the trimming positioning device 5 to move to the position right below the press-fit mechanism III;
the PLC controls the servo motor to drive the sliding plate 9 to move downwards to a designated position; the mandrel cylinder 14 drives the mandrel fixing plate 11 to move upwards, so that the dust cover is separated from the positioning mandrel 13 and falls into the trimming positioning round hole 5.2 of the trimming positioning device 5;
the PLC controls the sliding table cylinder 6 to push the positioning plate 2 to slide continuously, and drives the trimming positioning device 5 to move to the position right below the trimming mechanism IV; the guide rod cylinders 20 on the two sides drive the trimming transverse plate 18 and the trimming units to press down, the pressing down action is continuously repeated twice, the small clamping ring 4.3 is ensured to be completely assembled in place, and the whole trimming process is completed.
Discharging:
the trimming pallet 5.3 is moved away from the lower part of the trimming positioning unit by the pallet cylinder 5.4, the dust cover loses support, and falls into a discharge chute (not shown in the figure) at the lower part from the trimming positioning circular hole 5.2 and the trimming auxiliary circular hole 2.2 corresponding to the trimming positioning circular hole 5.2 on the positioning plate 2.
All the preparation, assembly and subsequent finishing steps for the installation of the small collar are all completed.
