Abstract

一种抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管,包括导管主体管、尖端和连接座,所述导管主体管均匀负载抗感染药物,导管主体管包括内层管和外层管,内层管和外层管之间设有空隙,空隙为封闭结构,空隙中填充有过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,导管外包裹一层3M新雪丽高效暖绒。本发明的技术效果为,通过溶剂将抗感染药物负载于导管内,提高导管的抗感染性能,在外层管和内层管之间注入过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,加热后使过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液升温,利用包裹的3M新雪丽高效暖绒进行保温,3M新雪丽高效暖绒保温时间长、效果好,保证了体外导管内的血液不凝血。

Description

一种抗感染抗凝血中心静脉导管及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管及制备方法。
背景技术
静脉导管主要用于输注刺激性和发泡性药物、七天以上的静脉输液、测定中心静脉压及 多次采集血样,对于危重患者的抢救、重大麻醉和癌症患者化疗给药具有重要意义。静脉导管常见的有中心静脉导管(CVC)、外周中心经脉导管(PICC)、血液透析导管等,导管材质以医用聚氨酯为主,少数使用医用硅胶。留于人体外的一截导管不同于人体内的导管,可能会凝血,现有的中心静脉导管的抗凝血作用都是通过外界对静脉导管的传热来防止凝血。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管及制备方法。
本发明的技术方案具体为:
一种抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管,包括导管主体管、尖端和连接座,所述导管主体管均匀负载抗感染药物,导管主体管包括内层管和外层管,内层管和外层管之间设有空隙,空隙为封闭结构,空隙中填充有过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,导管外包裹一层3M新雪丽高效暖绒。
所述抗感染药物为青霉素或大环内酯。
抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)将所述抗感染药物加入溶剂,并搅拌直至抗感染药物完全溶解,制成药物浸泡液,然后用避光带盖玻璃容器盛放,操作和存放的环境温度为20~30℃;
(2)在环境温度为20~30℃下,导管主体管完全浸入到步骤(1)中的药物浸泡液中,浸泡1-3天,浸泡过程中溶液密封、避光;
(3)将导管主体管取出,环境温度为20~30℃下,用纯化水冲洗两遍,自然干燥10min-50min;然后放入真空干燥箱,设定温度40℃-80℃,避光真空干燥12h-72h,得到 均匀负载抗感染药物的所述导管主体管,最终得到抗感染的静脉导管;
(3)利用医药凡士林将空隙的一端封闭,然后向导管主体管的内层管和外层管之间的空隙中注入过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,再将空隙另一端封闭;
(4)向导管主体管外层包裹一层3M新雪丽高效暖绒,最终得到抗感染抗凝血的静脉导管。
所述步骤(1)中溶剂的制备方法是:将浓度不低于99.5%的甲醇50%-80%、乙酸乙酯10%-40%混合搅拌均匀,用避光带盖玻璃容器盛放,操作和存放的环境温度为18~25℃。
相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,通过溶剂将抗感染药物负载于导管内,提高导管的抗感染性能,在外层管和内层管之间注入过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,加热后使过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液升温,利用包裹的3M新雪丽高效暖绒进行保温,3M新雪丽高效暖绒保温时间长、效果好,保证了体外导管内的血液不凝血。

具体实施方式
一种抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管,包括导管主体管1、尖端6和连接座5,所述导管主体管1均匀负载抗感染药物,导管主体管1包括内层管3和外层管2,内层管3和外层管2之间设有空隙,空隙为封闭结构,空隙通过导管主体管1前端的尖端6和导管主体管1后端的连接座5进行封闭,空隙中填充有过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,导管主体管1外包裹一层3M新雪丽高效暖绒。
抗感染药物为青霉素或大环内酯。
抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)将所述抗感染药物加入溶剂,并搅拌直至抗感染药物完全溶解,制成药物浸泡液,然后用避光带盖玻璃容器盛放,操作和存放的环境温度为20~30℃;
(2)在环境温度为20~30℃下,导管主体管1完全浸入到步骤(1)中的药物浸泡液中,浸泡1-3天,浸泡过程中溶液密封、避光;
(3)将导管主体管取出,环境温度为20~30℃下,用纯化水冲洗两遍,自然干燥10min-50min;然后放入真空干燥箱,设定温度40℃-80℃,避光真空干燥12h-72h,得到 均匀负载抗感染药物的所述导管主体管,最终得到抗感染的静脉导管;
(3)利用医药凡士林将空隙的一端封后,向导管主体管1的内层管3和外层管2之间的空隙中注入过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,然后将空隙另一端封闭;
(4)向导管主体管1外层包裹一层3M新雪丽高效暖绒4,最终得到抗感染抗凝血的静脉导管。
步骤(4)所用的3M新雪丽高效暖绒购于北京合盛纺织科技有限公司。
步骤(1)所用溶剂的制备方法是:将浓度不低于99.5%的甲醇50%-80%、乙酸乙酯10%-40%混合搅拌均匀,用避光带盖玻璃容器盛放,操作和存放的环境温度为20~30℃。
使用前,将抗感染抗凝血的静脉导管放入加热箱中加热,使得过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液升温至35-40℃,由于外层的3M新雪丽高效暖绒的保温作用,使得导管的温度保持在35-40℃,且3M新雪丽高效暖绒保温效果好、保温时间较长,能够维持导管的温度,当血液停留在体外的导管中时,血液不会因温度低而发生凝血。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管,包括导管主体管(1)、尖端(6)和连接座(5),所述导管主体管(1)均匀负载抗感染药物,其特征在于:导管主体管(1)包括内层管(3)和外层管(2),内层管(3)和外层管(2)之间设有空隙,空隙为封闭结构,空隙中填充有过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,导管外包裹一层3M新雪丽高效暖绒(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管,其特征在于:所述抗感染药物为青霉素或大环内酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)将所述抗感染药物加入溶剂,并搅拌直至抗感染药物完全溶解,制成药物浸泡液,然后用避光带盖玻璃容器盛放,操作和存放的环境温度为20~30℃;
(2)在环境温度为20~30℃下,导管主体管(1)完全浸入到步骤(1)中的药物浸泡液中,浸泡1-3天,浸泡过程中溶液密封、避光;
(3)将导管主体管取出,环境温度为20~30℃下,用纯化水冲洗两遍,自然干燥 10min-50min;然后放入真空干燥箱,设定温度40℃-80℃,避光真空干燥12h-72h,得到 均匀负载抗感染药物的所述导管主体管,最终得到抗感染的静脉导管;
(3)利用医药凡士林将空隙的一端封闭,然后向导管主体管(1)的内层管(3)和外层管(2)之间的空隙中注入过饱和脂肪酸钠溶液,再将空隙另一端封闭;
(4)向导管主体管(1)外层包裹一层3M新雪丽高效暖绒(4),最终得到抗感染抗凝血的静脉导管。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗感染抗凝血的中心静脉导管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中溶剂的制备方法是:将浓度不低于99.5%的甲醇50%-80%、乙酸乙酯10%-40%混合搅拌均匀,用避光带盖玻璃容器盛放,操作和存放的环境温度为18~25℃。
