Description

Multi-sensing-point intelligent diaper and monitoring method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an intelligent diaper, in particular to a multi-sensing-point intelligent diaper and a monitoring method thereof.
Background
Because the traditional diaper is frequently changed, the cleaning amount is large, and the skin of a baby is easy to soak in urine stains and excrement stains without attention, the cleaning and airing conditions are poor, and bacteria are easy to breed. Disposable diapers should be born and become more popular with young parents. Many times, a large person forgets to change a diaper for a baby due to negligence or other reasons, and the factors can harm the health of the baby. The intelligent paper diaper meets the market demand.
The existing intelligent diaper adopts a pair of sensing electrodes with a certain distance placed in a sensing area, whether defecation exists or not is judged by detecting whether the resistance value of the sensing electrodes is in a set threshold range, and the principle is similar to that of a raindrop sensor. Sensing the change in the resistance of the electrode means the change in the humidity of the electrode environment, so another humidity detection method is to directly use a humidity sensor, and detect whether there is bowel movement by combining the humidity sensor with the temperature change. However, the existing method can only detect whether the defecation exists or not, and can not analyze the defecation amount; and no resolution of urination and defecation, if the infant is just defecation, the infant can not be detected; the humidity sensor is combined with the temperature sensor to easily generate false alarm or missing alarm. Moreover, the sensing electrode is arranged on a monolithic substrate, so that the air permeability is poor, and the skin of a baby is greatly damaged.

The hollowed-out size of the substrate is between 0.1 and 40 mm; the multiple groups of detection electrodes are prepared on the substrate by photoetching, crimping, printing or corrosion.
The multiple groups of detection electrodes can be arranged in different ways according to different babies. The density of the detection electrodes designed for the front position of the male babies is higher, so that a small amount of urination can be more sensitively monitored, the density of the detection electrodes designed for the middle and rear positions is lower, and the materials are saved and the cost and the design difficulty are reduced under the condition that no report missing is ensured. The same reason is that the density of the detection electrodes designed for female babies is low at both ends, while the density in the middle position is high.
In addition, the degree of the density of the detection electrode is directly related to the lower limit of urine volume triggering an alarm. Denser electrodes can have better sensitivity, but can lead to excessive wiring issues; thinner electrodes may reduce the number of wires, but may be missed when urine volume is too low. Therefore, the electrodes are arranged in a non-uniform distribution manner, so that the higher defecation detection sensitivity can be achieved while the number of connecting wires is reduced.

9. The monitoring method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein in step 5), the processor determines whether to urinate or not and whether to urinate or not, comprising the steps of:
a) The processor continuously records the resistance value data between two induction electrodes of one detection electrode pair in a period of time, wherein the period of time is 1 s-10 min;
b) Finding out the maximum value, the minimum value, the average value and the root mean square value of the resistance value data in the period of time as reference data;
c) Selecting a time window for defecation judgment, and finding out the maximum value and the minimum value of the resistance value data in the time window, wherein the time window is 1-10 seconds;
d) Calculating the slope according to the maximum value and the minimum value in the time window, thereby obtaining the change rate of the resistance value;
e) Judging whether to relieve the bowels according to the change rate of the resistance value, judging to relieve the bowels if the change rate exceeds a bowel movement threshold value, and judging to not relieve the bowels if the change rate does not exceed the threshold value;
f) And judging whether the urine or the feces is carried out according to the time of the resistance value kept in different resistance value ranges, if the keeping time exceeds a feces threshold value, judging that the urine is carried out, and otherwise, judging that the urine is carried out.
