Abstract
本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥,包括锥头、锥体、螺纹、刻度和手柄组成。所说的手柄是本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥的手持部,在手柄的前端设置有锥体,锥体上设置有螺纹,锥体前端设置有锥头,锥体上还设置有一条凹槽,在凹槽内标有刻度。在使用本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥功孔时,当丝锥穿透对侧皮质时有突破感,功孔结束后,记下丝锥上的刻度,根据此刻度数值选择相应长度的螺钉,功孔后不必再用测深尺测量钻孔深度。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科手术器械,尤其涉及一种骨科刻度丝锥。
背景技术
在骨科手术中,常用螺纹丝钉来固定钢板或受伤骨面,固定前先用丝锥进行功孔,现在的丝锥,在治疗骨折的过程中,只起功孔作用,功孔后根据测深尺测量孔深,选用相应长度的螺钉,这样既费时费力,.又不够精确,影响治疗的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的不足之处,提供能够在功孔的同时进行深度测量的标有刻度的丝锥,包括锥头、锥体、螺纹、刻度和手柄组成,所说的手柄是本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥的手持部,在手柄的前端设置有锥体,锥体上设置有螺纹,锥体的前端设置有锥头,锥体上还设置有一条凹槽,在凹槽内标有刻度。在使用本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥功孔时,当丝锥穿透对侧皮质时有突破感,功孔结束后,记下丝锥上的刻度,根据此刻度数值选择相应长度的螺钉。而刻度丝锥本身带有刻度,功孔后不必再用测深尺测量钻孔深度。
本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥,结构简单,使用方便,省去了原丝锥功孔后再用测深尺测量的程序,省时、省力,大大减轻了患者的痛苦。

本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥,包括锥头1、锥体2、螺纹3、凹槽4、刻度5和手柄6组成,所说的手柄5是本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥的手持部,在手柄6的前端设置有锥体2,锥体上设置有螺纹3,锥体2前端设置有锥头1,锥体2上纵向设置有一条凹槽4,在凹槽4内标有刻度5。在使用本发明所述地骨科刻度丝锥功孔时,当丝锥穿透对侧皮质时有突破感,功孔结束后,记下丝锥上的刻度,便可知功孔的深度,从而选择相应长度的螺钉。

1.骨科刻度丝锥,包括锥头(1)、锥体(2)、螺纹(3)、凹槽(4)、刻度(5)和手柄(6)组成,其特征在于所说的手柄(6)是本发明所述的骨科刻度丝锥的手持部,在手柄(6)的前端设置有锥体(2),锥体(2)上设置有螺纹(3),锥体(2)前端设置有锥头(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨科刻度丝锥,其特征在于锥体(2)上纵向设置有一条凹槽(4),在凹槽(4)内标有刻度(5)。
