the self-service punctuation unit (142) marks a working place on the electronic map based on an electronic map address marking technology, and inputs corresponding name, address and remark information to assist the dispatching management work;
the positioning unit (143) displays the position of the corresponding mobile service terminal on the electronic map based on one or more mobile service terminals selected by a dispatcher by an electronic map query display technology, so as to realize a rapid positioning function;
the tracking unit (144) displays the current position information of the mobile service terminal on an electronic map based on the electronic map track display technology and one mobile service terminal selected by a dispatcher, and the tracking unit (144) refreshes the current position information of the mobile service terminal in real time;
the historical track playback unit (145) is used for setting the starting time and the ending time of one mobile service terminal selected by a dispatcher based on database query and an electronic map track display technology, and the database unit (13) is used for automatically querying the historical data of the mobile service terminal and displaying corresponding position information on an electronic map.

The multimedia cluster scheduling communication management system of claim 1 wherein the database unit (13) comprises a user information unit (131), a historical track data unit (132), a picture and video data unit (133), a dispatcher information unit (134), and a work log unit (135); the dispatcher queries, modifies, adds and deletes the database unit (13).
5. The multimedia trunking dispatch communication management system of claim 4, wherein the subscriber information unit (131) is based on a database unit (13) storing query techniques, and the dispatcher queries, modifies, adds, and deletes the subscriber information of the mobile service terminal; the user information of the mobile service terminal comprises a user name, a local number, a group number, a working state and a calling authority.
6. The multimedia trunking dispatch communication management system of claim 4 wherein the picture and video data unit (133) is based on the database unit (13) query technology and the picture video playing technology, the mobile service terminal takes pictures or videos on site and sends the pictures or videos to the dispatch management platform (1) for storage by the database unit (13).
7. The multimedia trunking dispatch communication management system of claim 4 wherein the dispatcher information unit (134) queries, modifies, adds, and deletes dispatcher information based on the database unit (13) storage query technique; the dispatcher information includes dispatcher account number, password and authority.
8. The multimedia trunking dispatch communication management system of claim 4, wherein the work log unit (135) is based on database storage query technology, and all operations of the dispatcher on the dispatch management platform (1) are recorded and stored in the database unit (13).
9. The multimedia trunking dispatch communication management system of claim 1, wherein the dispatcher initiates the dispatch call at the dispatch management platform (1) and wirelessly sends a call signaling to the first mobile service terminal (2), and after entering the call state, the first mobile service terminal (2) uses the microphone (3) and the speaker (4) to make a call.
10. The multimedia trunking dispatch communication management system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the dispatcher wirelessly sends a short message to the corresponding mobile service terminal at one or more of the mobile service terminals selected by the dispatcher on the dispatch management platform (1).
