The invention discloses a disc type motor adopting a soft magnetic composite material as a stator, and relates to the technical field of motors, wherein the motor comprises a rotor, a fixed shaft, a bearing and a stator; the motor adopts a fixed shaft, a motor stator is positioned in the middle of a pair of rotor disks, the rotor disks can rotate around the motor fixed shaft, and the rotor and the fixed shaft are connected by a bearing; the stator comprises a stator core module, a coil winding, a fixing ring and a fixing clamp; the stator core module is a columnar module with a trapezoidal section and made of soft magnetic composite materials, the coil winding is directly wound on the stator core module, the stator core modules are arranged into a circular ring shape according to the circumference, the outer ring and the inner ring of the circular ring are fixed through fixing rings, the fixing rings are buckled on the stator core modules through fixing hoops and bolts, and the circular ring formed by the stator core modules is a stable and firm whole. The motor is cooled by water, has simple structure, light weight, high efficiency and good cooling effect, and is suitable for mechanized mass production.

Background
At present, the stator of a disc type motor comprises a stator core and a coil winding, the stator core is generally wound into a disc shape by adopting a silicon steel sheet, a slot is formed in one end surface of the disc to place a coil, the motor stator is simple in structure and high in efficiency, but the process for processing the stator core is complex, the processing period is long, and when the rotating speed of the motor is high, the ferromagnetic loss of the silicon steel sheet is large, and the efficiency of the motor is seriously influenced. Therefore, in order to further reduce the core loss of the motor, the stator can adopt an iron-core-free structure, and is directly wound and placed by the stator coil to be in a disc structure. The soft magnetic composite material is an electrical material with good magnetic conductivity and small high-frequency loss, and provides an effective way for developing and designing a high-speed and high-efficiency disc motor.

A water-cooling soft magnetic composite material disc type motor comprises a rotor (1), a fixed shaft (2), a bearing (3) and a stator; the stator is arranged between the pair of rotors (1), the rotors (1) rotate around the fixed shaft (2), and the rotors (1) are connected with the fixed shaft (2) through the bearings (3); the stator is characterized by comprising a stator core module (4), a coil winding (8), a fixing ring (5), a cooling water nozzle (6) and a fixing clamp (7); the stator core modules (4) are formed by soft magnetic composite materials in a die-casting mode, the sections of the stator core modules (4) are trapezoidal cylinder modules, four corners of each cylinder module are rounded corners, the stator core modules (4) are arranged into a circular structure according to the circumference, and the coil windings (8) are directly wound on the stator core modules (4); the fixing ring (5) is buckled on the stator core module (4) through a fixing hoop (7); the fixing ring (5) comprises an inner ring fixing ring (10) and an outer ring fixing ring (9); the inner ring and the outer ring of the stator core modules (4) which are arranged into a circular structure according to the circumference are respectively fixed by an inner ring fixing ring (10) and an outer ring fixing ring (9); the inner ring fixing ring (10) and the outer ring fixing ring (9) are both hollow metal tubes; the cooling water nozzle (6) comprises a water inlet nozzle and a water outlet nozzle, and the two ends of the inner ring fixing ring (10) and the outer ring fixing ring (9) are respectively connected with the water inlet nozzle and the water outlet nozzle.
