Detailed Description
The following is a description of the embodiments of the "lens focusing apparatus and its telephoto lens module" disclosed in the present invention by specific embodiments, and those skilled in the art can understand the advantages and effects of the present invention from the disclosure in this specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modification in various other respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. The drawings of the present invention are for illustrative purposes only and are not drawn to scale. The following embodiments will further explain the related art of the present invention in detail, but the disclosure is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The following embodiments are disclosed with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the invention provides a lens focusing apparatus Z, which includes a lens holding module 1, a chart display module 2, and a telephoto lens module 3.
First, as shown in fig. 1, the lens holding module 1 can be used to hold at least one lens W to be tested. For example, the at least one lens W to be measured may be a non-wide-angle lens, a wide-angle lens or an ultra-wide-angle lens. In addition, the lens holding module 1 may be a six-axis optical adjusting mechanism with a six-axis direction adjusting function, wherein the six-axis direction adjustment may include an X-axis direction adjustment, a Y-axis direction adjustment, a Z-axis direction adjustment, a spin angle adjustment, a front-back deflection angle adjustment, a left-right deflection angle adjustment, and the like, but the lens holding module 1 of the present invention is not limited to this example.
In addition, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the graph display module 2 includes a graph frame structure 20, a first graph display assembly 21 disposed on the graph frame structure 20, and a plurality of second graph display assemblies 22 disposed on the graph frame structure 20, and each of the second graph display assemblies 22 is inclined by a first predetermined angle θ 1 with respect to the first graph display assembly 21. For example, the first chart displaying component 21 and the plurality of second chart displaying components 22 are replaceable backlit charts, thereby increasing the convenience of the user when focusing the lens. In addition, the chart frame structure 20 may include a first chart frame 201 and a plurality of second chart frames 202 fixedly disposed on the first chart frame 201, respectively. However, the diagram frame structure 20, the first diagram displaying component 21 and the second diagram displaying component 22 of the present invention are not limited to this example.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the telephoto lens module 3 includes a lens frame structure 30, a first telephoto lens 31 (i.e., a first telephoto lens) disposed on the lens frame structure 30, and a plurality of second telephoto lenses 32 (i.e., second telephoto lenses) disposed on the lens frame structure 30, and each of the second telephoto lenses 32 is inclined by a second predetermined angle θ 2 with respect to the first telephoto lens 31. In addition, a first telephoto lens 31 is disposed between at least one lens W to be measured and the first image display unit 21, and each second telephoto lens 32 is disposed between at least one lens W to be measured and the corresponding second image display unit 22. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the lens frame structure 30 includes a first lens frame 301 and a plurality of second lens frames 302 circumferentially disposed on the first lens frame 301. In addition, the first telephoto lens 31 may be positioned on the first lens frame 301 of the lens frame structure 30 through a first through hole 3010 penetrating through the first lens frame 301, and each of the second telephoto lenses 32 may be positioned on the second lens frame 302 of the lens frame structure 30 through a second through hole 3020 penetrating through the corresponding second lens frame 302. However, the lens frame structure 30 of the present invention is not limited to this example.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, a first predetermined angle θ 1 is defined by each second chart display element 22 relative to the first chart display element 21, a second predetermined angle θ 2 is defined by each second telephoto lens 32 relative to the first telephoto lens 31, and a relationship between the first predetermined angle θ 1 and the second predetermined angle θ 2 satisfies the following relationship: θ 1+ θ 2 ≈ 180 degrees. That is, the first predetermined angle θ 1 and the second predetermined angle θ 2 are in a complementary relationship.
Thus, with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a first chart image displayed by the first chart display element 21 sequentially passes through the first telephoto lens 31 and the at least one lens W to be measured, so as to form a first corrected image beam L1 projected on an image sensing element S. In addition, a second chart image displayed by each second chart display element 22 sequentially passes through the corresponding second telephoto lens 32 and the at least one lens W to be measured, so as to form a second corrected image light beam L2 projected on the same image sensing element S. Therefore, the lens focusing apparatus Z of the present invention can focus at least one lens W to be measured by the first corrected image beam L1 and the second corrected image beam L2 captured by the image sensing assembly S.
It is to be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the lens focusing apparatus Z of the present invention can shorten the distance (or optical path distance) between the first chart displaying component 21 and at least one lens W to be measured by the use of the first telephoto lens 31, and can shorten the distance (or optical path distance) between the second chart displaying component 22 and at least one lens W to be measured by the use of the second telephoto lens 32, thereby effectively reducing the overall height of the lens focusing apparatus Z. That is, the present invention uses the first telephoto lens 31 and the plurality of second telephoto lenses 32 to reduce the optical path between the chart display module 2 and at least one lens W to be measured, thereby effectively reducing the overall height of the lens focusing apparatus Z and achieving the purpose of miniaturizing the lens focusing apparatus Z. Therefore, the invention can utilize the invention of the miniaturized lens focusing device Z to achieve the finished product of at least one lens W to be tested at infinity. It should be noted that, since the lens focusing apparatus Z of the present invention can provide a wide field of view (FOV), at least one lens W to be tested, which is tested by the lens focusing apparatus Z of the present invention, can achieve full-view image quality.
Furthermore, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in another embodiment of the present invention, the chart display module 2 includes a chart frame structure 20, a first chart display component 21 detachably disposed on the chart frame structure 20, and a plurality of second chart display components 22 detachably disposed on the chart frame structure 20. Therefore, the first chart display assembly 21 and the plurality of second chart display assemblies 22 are all replaceable backlight charts, so that convenience for a user in focusing the lens is improved. It should be noted that the first graphical display module 21 and the plurality of second graphical display modules 22 may be replaced at the same time.
More specifically, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the chart frame structure 20 includes a first chart frame 201 and a plurality of second chart frames 202 respectively fixedly or adjustably disposed on the first chart frame 201. It should be noted that fig. 1 to 8 disclosed in the present invention are described by taking an example of "a plurality of second chart frames 202 are respectively fixedly disposed on the first chart frame 201", but this example is not intended to limit the present invention. For example, a pivot structure may be designed between the first chart frame 201 and the second chart frame 202, that is, the second chart frame 202 may be pivotally disposed on the first chart frame 201 through the pivot structure, so that a user may adjust a tilt angle of the second chart frame 202 relative to the first chart frame 201 according to different usage requirements.
As described above, with reference to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the first chart frame 201 includes a first frame 2011 and a plurality of first holders 2012 disposed on the first frame 2011, and each of the second chart frames 202 includes a second frame 2021 fixedly (or adjustably) disposed on the first frame 2011 and a plurality of second holders 2022 disposed on the second frame 2021. More specifically, the first frame 2011 has a plurality of side portions 20111, and the second frames 2021 are respectively fixedly (or adjustably) disposed on the side portions 20111 of the first frame 2011. Thereby, as shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5, the first chart displaying component 21 can be clamped by the plurality of first clamping members 2012 of the first chart frame 201 to be positioned on the first frame 2011, and each second chart displaying component 22 can be clamped by the plurality of second clamping members 2022 of the corresponding second chart frame 202 to be positioned on the corresponding second frame 2021.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 or fig. 6, each second frame 2021 includes at least two extension arms (2021A, 2021B) fixedly (or adjustably) disposed on the first frame 2011, and each second chart displaying assembly 22 can be clamped by the plurality of second clamping members 2022 of the corresponding second chart frame 202 to be positioned between the at least two extension arms (2021A, 2021B) of the corresponding second frame 2021. However, the second frame 2021 of the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first clamping member 2012 of the first chart frame 201 has a first fixing portion 2012A fixed on the first frame 2011, a first position-limiting portion 2012B extending from the first fixing portion 2012A and limiting the position of the first chart displaying component 21, and a first pressing portion 2012C connected to the first position-limiting portion 2012B and pressing against the first chart displaying component 21. That is to say, the first chart displaying component 21 can obtain a better positioning effect by the cooperation of the first limiting portion 2012B and the first pressing portion 2012C. However, the first clamping member 2012 of the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 8, the second clamping element 2022 of the second chart frame 202 has a second fixing portion 2022A fixed on the second frame body 2021, a second position-limiting portion 2022B extending from the second fixing portion 2022A and limiting the position of the second chart display element 22, and a second pressing portion 2022C connected to the second position-limiting portion 2022B and pressing against the second chart display element 22. That is, the second chart displaying component 22 can obtain a better positioning effect by the cooperation of the second position-limiting portion 2022B and the second pressing portion 2022C. However, the second clamping member 2022 of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 9, a plurality of second chart frames 202 of the chart frame structure 20 may be pivotally disposed on the first chart frame 201. Therefore, as shown by the "rotation adjustment arrow" in fig. 9, when the predetermined adjustable angle α of each second frame 2021 inclined with respect to the first frame 2011 is adjusted, a first predetermined angle θ 1 of each second chart displaying component 22 inclined with respect to the first chart displaying component 21 is also adjusted. That is, according to different usage requirements, a first predetermined angle θ 1 at which the second chart displaying component 22 is tilted with respect to the first chart displaying component 21 may be determined according to a predetermined adjustable angle α at which the second frame 2021 is tilted with respect to the first frame 2011. It should be noted that, as shown by the "lifting adjustment arrow" in fig. 9, since the chart frame structure 20 can also be adjusted to lift, the first chart displaying component 21 and the plurality of second chart displaying components 22 can be adjusted to lift following the lifting of the chart frame structure 20.
In summary, the lens focusing apparatus Z and the telephoto lens module 3 thereof according to the embodiments of the present invention have the advantages that the lens focusing apparatus Z can shorten the distance (or the optical path distance) between the first chart displaying component 21 and the at least one lens W to be measured by the first telephoto lens 31 and the plurality of second telephoto lenses 32, and shorten the distance (or the optical path distance) between the second chart displaying component 22 and the at least one lens W to be measured by the design that the first telephoto lens 31 is disposed between the at least one lens W to be measured and the first chart displaying component 21, and each of the second telephoto lenses 32 is disposed between the at least one lens W to be measured and the corresponding second chart displaying component 22, thereby effectively reducing the overall height of the lens focusing apparatus Z.
