Abstract
The invention discloses a label paper appearance quality detection system of a cigarette packaging machine, which comprises an image sensor, an image processor, a signal controller, a synchronous signal sensor, a label paper turnover device and a label paper removing device, wherein the image processor is used for detecting the appearance quality of label paper; the image sensor is used for obtaining image information of the label paper, the synchronous signal sensor is used for obtaining position information of the label paper passing through the detection point, the label paper overturning device and the label paper removing device are sequentially arranged on a label paper conveying channel at the rear side of the image sensor, the signal output end of the image sensor is connected with the signal input end of the image processor, the signal output end of the image processor and the signal output end of the synchronous signal sensor are respectively connected with the signal input end of the signal controller, and the signal output end of the signal controller is respectively connected with the signal control ends of the image collector, the label paper overturning device and the label paper removing device. The invention improves the appearance quality detection precision of the label paper and reduces the hidden trouble of product quality in the production process of equipment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette factory wrapping equipment, in particular to a label paper appearance quality detection system of a cigarette packaging machine.
Background
At present, detection of label paper in a cigarette factory wrapping workshop is realized by mounting a label paper printing detector, namely a color code sensor, in a label paper conveying channel, and collecting a color difference light spot for color comparison. However, as the color code sensor has single detection function, only the positive and negative detection of the label paper can be realized, and the whole appearance defects of the label paper, such as dirty plates, wrong plates, breakage and the like, cannot be effectively detected; in addition, the color scale sensor has a limited identifiable chromatographic range, and the detection sensitivity is related to the condition (such as color, material, etc.) of the object to be detected, for example, the diffuse reflection capability of the object to be detected to light, the contrast ratio of the color scale of the object to be detected to the ground color, etc. can affect the detection result, which results in that part of label paper with wrong color cannot be identified. Once the label paper with the appearance quality defects such as dirty plates, wrong plates, chromatic aberration and the like flows into the next process, not only can the waste of raw and auxiliary materials be caused, but also the hidden danger of product quality can be generated.

The invention aims to provide a label paper appearance quality detection system of a cigarette packing machine, which can detect appearance quality problems such as front and back, dirty plate, wrong plate, damage and the like of label paper, overturn the label paper with wrong front and back, reject the dirty plate, wrong plate and damaged label paper and improve the product quality.

The label paper turnover device is arranged between two sections of mutually independent label paper conveying channels, the label paper conveying channel at the front side of the label paper turnover device is higher than the label paper conveying channel at the rear side of the label paper turnover device, the label paper turnover device comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a clamping plate turnover motor, a clamping plate lifting cylinder and a turnover detection sensor, an output shaft of the clamping plate turnover motor is perpendicular to the label paper conveying direction, the upper end of the first clamping plate is connected with the upper end of the first clamping plate, the upper end of the first clamping plate and the label paper conveying channel at the front side of the label paper turnover device are located in the same horizontal plane, the clamping plate lifting cylinder is arranged on the side face of the first clamping plate, the second clamping plate is opposite to the first clamping plate from top to bottom, the output shaft of the clamping plate lifting cylinder is vertically upwards connected with the second clamping plate, and the turnover detection sensor is arranged at the tail end of the label paper conveying channel at the front side of the label paper turnover device and used for obtaining position information of a turnover point.
The label paper removing device comprises a removing cylinder and a removing detection sensor, wherein a label paper falling opening is formed in a label paper conveying channel, the length and the width of the label paper falling opening are smaller than those of label paper, the removing cylinder is arranged above the label paper conveying channel, an output shaft of the removing cylinder vertically and downwards aligns to the label paper falling opening, and the removing detection sensor is arranged on the label paper conveying channel at the front side of the removing cylinder and used for obtaining position information of label paper reaching removing points.
And the signal output end of the signal controller is also connected with an audible and visual alarm.
The signal controller is a PLC.
The invention utilizes the image sensor and the image processor to acquire and analyze the image information of the label paper, thereby effectively improving the appearance quality detection precision of the label paper; according to the invention, the signal controller receives the detection result of the image processor on the appearance quality of the label paper, correspondingly controls the label paper turnover device to turnover the label paper with wrong front and back directions, and controls the label paper removing device to remove the dirty plate, the wrong plate and the damaged label paper, so that the automatic monitoring of the appearance quality of the label paper is effectively realized, and the hidden danger of the product quality in the production process of equipment is reduced.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the label paper appearance quality detection system of the cigarette packaging machine comprises an image sensor, an image processor, a signal controller, a synchronous signal sensor, a label paper turning device and a label paper removing device. The image sensor is arranged above the label paper conveying channel and used for acquiring image information of label paper, the synchronous signal sensor is arranged on the label paper conveying channel at the front side of the image sensor and used for acquiring position information of label paper passing through a detection point, and the label paper overturning device and the label paper removing device are sequentially arranged on the label paper conveying channel at the rear side of the image sensor. The signal output end of the image sensor is connected with the signal input end of the image processor, the signal output end of the image processor and the signal output end of the synchronous signal sensor are respectively connected with the signal input end of the signal controller, and the signal output end of the signal controller is respectively connected with the signal control ends of the image collector, the label paper overturning device and the label paper removing device.
The signal controller adopts the PLC, and in the image acquisition processing stage, when the synchronous signal sensor detects that the label paper passes through a detection point on the label paper conveying channel, the synchronous signal is sent to the signal controller, the signal controller delays the synchronous signal and then controls the image collector to acquire label paper image information, the image information is converted into a digital signal which can be used by the signal controller after being processed by the image processor, the digital signal automatically outputs a judging result after being executed by a main control program of the signal controller, and the signal controller outputs an executing signal according to the judging result to control the action of the executing mechanism. For example, when the appearance quality of the detected trademark paper is normal, the signal controller does not execute signal output, when the detected trademark paper is wrong, the signal controller controls the trademark paper turning device to act, the current trademark paper is turned 180 degrees, and when the detected trademark paper is dirty, wrong or damaged, the signal controller controls the trademark paper removing device to act, and the current trademark paper is removed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the label paper turning device of the present invention is disposed between two sections of label paper conveying passages independent of each other, and the label paper conveying passage 2 on the front side of the label paper turning device is higher than the label paper conveying passage 3 on the rear side of the label paper turning device. The label paper turning device comprises a first clamping plate 7, a second clamping plate 4, a clamping plate turning motor 6, a clamping plate lifting cylinder 5 and a turning detection sensor, wherein an output shaft of the clamping plate turning motor 6 is perpendicular to the label paper conveying direction, the upper end of the first clamping plate 7 is connected with the label paper conveying channel 2 on the front side of the label paper turning device, the upper end of the first clamping plate 7 is located in the same horizontal plane, the clamping plate lifting cylinder 5 is arranged on the side face of the first clamping plate 7, the second clamping plate 4 is opposite to the first clamping plate 7 from top to bottom, the output shaft of the clamping plate lifting cylinder 5 is vertically upwards connected with the second clamping plate 4, and the turning detection sensor is arranged at the tail end of the label paper conveying channel 2 on the front side of the label paper turning device and used for obtaining position information of the label paper 1 reaching a turning point.
If the signal controller judges that the detected label paper is wrong in front and back, when the label paper 1 runs to the turnover detection sensor, the signal controller delays to control the label paper turnover device to act, so that the label paper 1 is turned 180 degrees after reaching the label paper turnover device, and then continues to run on the label paper conveying channel. Specifically, when the label paper 1 reaches the first clamping plate 7, the clamping plate lifting cylinder 5 acts to move the second clamping plate 4 downward to clamp the label paper 1 together with the first clamping plate 7, and then the clamping plate overturning motor 6 rotates, so that the first clamping plate 7, the second clamping plate 4 and the label paper between the first clamping plate 7 and the second clamping plate 4 overturn. As shown in fig. 4, when the clamping plate overturning motor 6 drives the label paper to overturn to 180 °, the clamping plate lifting cylinder 5 acts to enable the second clamping plate 4 to move downwards, and after that, the clamping plate overturning motor 6 continues to rotate, the label paper falls onto the label paper conveying channel 3 at the rear side under the action of dead weight to continue to run.
As shown in fig. 5, the label paper removing device of the present invention includes a removing cylinder 8 and a removing detection sensor, wherein a label paper drop port 9 is formed on a label paper conveying channel, and the length and width of the label paper drop port 9 are smaller than those of a label paper 1, that is, the label paper 1 can smoothly pass through the label paper drop port 9, the removing cylinder 8 is arranged above the label paper conveying channel, an output shaft of the removing cylinder 8 vertically aligns to the label paper drop port 9 downwards, and the removing detection sensor is arranged on the label paper conveying channel at the front side of the removing cylinder 8, and is used for obtaining position information of the label paper reaching a removing point.
If the signal controller judges that the detected label paper is dirty, misplaced or damaged, when the label paper 1 runs to the rejection detection sensor, the signal controller delays to control the label paper rejection device to act, so that the label paper 1 falls from the label paper conveying channel after reaching the label paper rejection device. Specifically, when the label 1 is moved to the label drop port 9, the knock-out cylinder 8 is operated to drop the label 1 from the label drop port 9.
The signal controller is also connected with an audible and visual alarm, and when the signal controller controls the label paper overturning device and the label paper removing device to act, the audible and visual alarm sends an alarm signal to remind a worker of whether the overturning action or the removing action is wrong.
The invention detects the appearance quality of the label paper by using the image sensor and the image processor, outputs the detection result by classifying through the signal controller, corrects the label paper with wrong front and back directions by using the label paper overturning device, removes the dirty, wrong or damaged label paper by using the label paper removing device, greatly improves the online quality detection precision of the label paper, and improves the automation degree of cigarette packaging.
