本发明涉及一种主轴轴向刚度的评价方法,评价方法包括以下步骤:对待测件的适当位置施加约束;对待测件加载扭矩M,扭矩M的加载点在扭矩M的作用下产生形变位移,确定产生形变之前加载点与约束点连线、产生形变之后加载点与约束点连线之间的夹角θ;根据扭矩M与夹角θ的比值,确定待测件的扭转刚度值;通过对待测件的扭转刚度值与目标评价值进行比较,确定待测件的扭转刚度值是否合格。本发明的有益效果是:测量速度快,结果直观、准确。

本发明涉及评价方法领域,尤其是一种主轴轴向刚度的评价方法。
背景技术
刚度是指单位形变所需要的力,就是能够限制作用力产生变形的性质,其中所指的是结构的内在本质。针对主轴的使用特点,若需要提高刚度,则需要对材料和结构进行调整,加大刚度的同时,也会增加成本,而刚度太大不利于成本的降低;然而,刚度太小则会影响性能。
轴向刚度是使膨胀节产生单位轴向拉压变形值时所需的轴向载荷值,用以表示膨胀节刚、柔性能的结构参数。轴向刚度与膨胀节的厚度、波长、波高等有关,通常表示为单波轴向刚度;当为n个波时,则整体轴向刚度以单波轴向刚度除以n表示。
发明内容
本发明提供一种主轴轴向刚度的评价方法。
为实现上述的发明目的,本发明采取的实施方式如下:
1)对待测件的适当位置施加约束;
2)对所述待测件加载扭矩M,所述待测件上所述扭矩M的加载点在扭矩M的作用下产生形变位移,确定产生形变之前所述加载点与所述约束点连线、产生形变之后所述加载点与所述约束点连线之间的夹角θ;
3)根据所述扭矩M与所述夹角θ的比值,确定所述待测件的扭转刚度值;通过对所述待测件的扭转刚度值与目标评价值进行比较,确定所述待测件的扭转刚度值是否合格。
本发明的有益效果是:

3)根据所述扭矩M与所述夹角θ的比值,确定所述待测件的扭转刚度值;
通过对所述待测件的扭转刚度值与目标评价值进行比较,确定所述待测件的扭转刚度值是否合格。

3)根据所述扭矩M与所述夹角θ的比值,确定所述待测件的扭转刚度值;通过对所述待测件的扭转刚度值与目标评价值进行比较,确定所述待测件的扭转刚度值是否合格。
