本发明涉及一种层叠式晾干箱,包括柜体、柜门和万向轮,柜体内左右两侧柜壁上分别设置有环形旋转轨,环形旋转轨上固定设置有T形架,T形架上活动设置有铁网架,柜体外侧设置有电动机,电动机上设置有第一齿轮,第一齿轮通过第二齿轮与环形旋转轨连接,柜体顶部设置有真空泵,真空泵一侧设置有抽气管,抽气管一端设置穿过柜体顶部与柜体内部连通,抽气管上设置有进气管,抽气管上设置有抽气阀,进气管上设置有进气阀。本发明的有益效果是:能够有效的避免在白芍片中混入灰尘和杂质,通过环形旋转轨、T形架和铁网架的设置,使白芍在干燥的过程中受到的照射均匀;通过抽气处理将柜体内蒸发的空气抽出,从而提高干燥效率和干燥效果,干燥效果更好,烘干时间短,且减少了劳动强度,有效的节省了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种白芍加工装置,特别是一种层叠式晾干箱。
背景技术
现有的白芍片烘干方法往往采用的是人工晾晒法,采用该方法需具有面积较大的空地,同时在晾晒时白芍片破碎较严重,灰尘、杂质易增加,同时晾晒时间长,容易受到天气的影响,更加加长晾晒时间,劳动强度高,使得采用该晾晒方法的成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种层叠式晾干箱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种层叠式晾干箱,包括柜体、柜门和万向轮,所述柜门铰接设置在柜体上,所述万向轮设置在柜体底端,所述柜体内左右两侧柜壁上分别设置有环形旋转轨,所述环形旋转轨上固定设置有T形架,所述T形架上活动设置有铁网架,所述柜体外侧设置有电动机,所述电动机上设置有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮通过第二齿轮与环形旋转轨连接,所述柜体内底板上设置有红外线烘干灯,所述柜体外侧与柜体内侧底板上分别设置有水冷管,所述柜体外侧与柜体内侧底板上的水冷管穿过柜体侧壁相连通,所述柜体外侧水冷管上端设置有入水口,所述柜体外侧水冷管下端设置有出水口,所述柜体一侧活动设置有锁板,所述锁板上设置有旋转钮,所述锁板一端延伸出柜体,所述锁板延伸出柜体的一端上设置有锁孔,所述柜门外侧设置有锁体,所述锁体内设置有锁舌,所述锁体上设置有锁舌控制钮,所述锁舌与锁孔相匹配,所述柜门上设置有排气阀,所述柜体一侧设置有电源控制开关,所述柜体上电源控制开关旁设置有电流控制钮,所述柜门内侧上设置有密封条,所述密封条设置在柜门内侧边缘,所述柜体顶部设置有真空泵,所述真空泵一侧设置有抽气管,所述抽气管一端设置穿过柜体顶部与柜体内部连通,所述抽气管上设置有进气管,所述抽气管上设置有抽气阀,所述进气管上设置有进气阀。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述柜门上设置有观察窗,便于对晾干柜内白芍的变化情况进行观察。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述柜体内顶部与底部相对位置上均设置有红外烘干灯,烘干更均匀,烘干时间更短。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述水冷管设置为弯曲,排列在柜体侧面与柜体底板上,增大了水冷管的接触面积,散热效果更好。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:操作简单,对白芍片具有良好的烘干效果,能够有效的避免在白芍片中混入灰尘和杂质,通过水冷管的设置使水冷管里面的水循环来达到更好的冷却效果,避免了干燥装置内部过热使白芍过干或坏掉,通过环形旋转轨、T形架和铁网架的设置,使白芍在干燥的过程中受到的照射均匀;通过抽气处理将柜体内蒸发的空气抽出,从而提高干燥效率和干燥效果,干燥效果更好,烘干时间短,且减少了劳动强度,有效的节省了成本。

实施例1:
一种层叠式晾干箱,包括柜体1、柜门2和万向轮3,所述柜门2铰接设置在柜体1上,所述万向轮3设置在柜体1底端,所述柜体1内左右两侧柜壁上分别设置有环形旋转轨21,所述环形旋转轨21上固定设置有T形架24,用于安放铁网架25,所述T形架24上活动设置有铁网架25,所述柜体1外侧设置有电动机26,用于带动第一齿轮23传动第二齿轮22转动来带动环形旋转轨21旋转,所述环形旋转轨21内侧设置有齿槽,所述齿槽与第二齿轮22相配合,环形旋转轨21通过扣合完成,相扣处设置有圆形钢弹,通过圆形钢弹来保证环形旋转轨21旋转顺畅,所述电动机26上设置有第一齿轮23,所述第一齿轮23通过第二齿轮22与环形旋转轨21连接,所述柜体1内底板上设置有红外线烘干灯9,所述柜体1外侧与柜体1内侧底板上分别设置有水冷管5,通过向水冷管5内注入水然后对水进行循环使用,能够更好的对干燥装置内部进行冷却降温,所述柜体1外侧与柜体1内侧底板上的水冷管5穿过柜体侧壁相连通,水冷管5穿过柜体1侧壁处使用胶水等材料进行密封处理,所述柜体1外侧水冷管5上端设置有入水口11,所述柜体1外侧水冷管5下端设置有出水口20,通过入水口11和出水口20用软管连接外部水源,对水冷管5内的水进行循环使用,所述柜体1一侧活动设置有锁板12,所述锁板12上置有旋转钮17,所述锁板12一端延伸出柜体,所述锁板12延伸出柜体一端上设置有锁孔13,所述锁板12与柜体1之间通过滑槽连接,所述柜体1上设置有齿条,锁板12设置有齿轮,齿轮与齿条相匹配,锁板12上的齿轮与旋转钮17相连接,通过转动旋转钮17带动锁板12上的齿轮转动带动锁板12前后移动,便于在关闭柜门2后对柜门12进行拉紧,使晾干柜内更加密封,晾干效果更好,所述柜门2外侧设置有锁体14,所述锁体14内设置有锁舌15,所述锁体14上设置有锁舌控制钮16,所述锁舌15与锁孔13相匹配,所述柜门2上设置有排气阀10,所述柜体1一侧设置有电源控制开关18,所述柜体1上电源控制开关18旁设置有电流控制钮19,用于通过控制电流的大小来控制红外烘干灯9的照射强度,所述柜门2内侧上设置有密封条4,所述密封条4设置在柜门2内侧边缘,所述柜体1顶部设置有真空泵27,所述真空泵27一侧设置有抽气管28,所述抽气管28一端设置穿过柜体1顶部与柜体1内部连通,所述抽气管28上设置有进气管29,所述抽气管28上设置有抽气阀30,所述进气管29上设置有进气阀31,所述真空泵27通过电源开关进行控制,在使用真空泵27时将进气阀31关闭,打开抽气阀30,然后将电源开关打开开始进行抽真空处理,抽真空完成后关闭电源开源并关闭抽气阀30,待柜体内部物体干燥完后,先将进气阀31缓慢打开,待柜体1内充满空气,气压与外界平衡后打开柜门2,取出内部物体,所述柜门2上设置有观察窗8,便于对晾干柜内白芍的变化情况进行观察。

1.一种层叠式晾干箱,包括柜体、柜门和万向轮,所述柜门铰接设置在柜体上,所述万向轮设置在柜体底端,其特征在于,所述柜体内左右两侧柜壁上分别设置有环形旋转轨,所述环形旋转轨上固定设置有T形架,所述T形架上活动设置有铁网架,所述柜体外侧设置有电动机,所述电动机上设置有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮通过第二齿轮与环形旋转轨连接,所述柜体内底板上设置有红外线烘干灯,所述柜体外侧与柜体内侧底板上分别设置有水冷管,所述柜体外侧与柜体内侧底板上的水冷管穿过柜体侧壁相连通,所述柜体外侧水冷管上端设置有入水口,所述柜体外侧水冷管下端设置有出水口,所述柜体一侧活动设置有锁板,所述锁板上设置有旋转钮,所述锁板一端延伸出柜体,所述锁板延伸出柜体的一端上设置有锁孔,所述柜门外侧设置有锁体,所述锁体内设置有锁舌,所述锁体上设置有锁舌控制钮,所述锁舌与锁孔相匹配,所述柜门上设置有排气阀,所述柜体一侧设置有电源控制开关,所述柜体上电源控制开关旁设置有电流控制钮,所述柜门内侧上设置有密封条,所述密封条设置在柜门内侧边缘,所述柜体顶部设置有真空泵,所述真空泵一侧设置有抽气管,所述抽气管一端设置穿过柜体顶部与柜体内部连通,所述抽气管上设置有进气管,所述抽气管上设置有抽气阀,所述进气管上设置有进气阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种层叠式晾干箱,其特征在于,所述柜门上设置有观察窗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种层叠式晾干箱,其特征在于,所述柜体内顶部与底部相对位置上均设置有红外烘干灯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种层叠式晾干箱,其特征在于,所述水冷管设置为弯曲,排列在柜体侧面与柜体底板上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种层叠式晾干箱,其特征在于,所述T形架至少设置五个。
