Abstract
本发明公开了一种高环保性复合木地板，该高环保性复合木地板包括实木面板层、基板层和设置在实木面板层和基板层之间的秸秆材料层，所述秸秆材料层侧面设置有实木棱边。本发明一种高环保性复合木地板的有益效果：通过在实木面板层和基板层之间设置秸秆材料层，不仅可以大大减少实木的使用，而且变废为宝，不仅不影响木地板的使用性能，而且有效降低了制造成本，还有利于资源节约和环境保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木地板，特别是涉及一种复合木地板。
背景技术
木地板是人们常用的家装建材之一。但是随着森林资源的消耗，木材的采伐逐渐受到保护和限制，因此在制造建材时尽可能少的使用实木，有利于环境的保护。同时，目前大量的农作物秸秆利用率较低，很多直接焚烧，严重污染环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高环保性复合木地板，其合理利用秸秆材料作为填充物，不仅减少了实木使用量，而且环保经济。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种高环保性复合木地板，包括实木面板层、基板层和设置在实木面板层和基板层之间的秸秆材料层，所述秸秆材料层侧面设置有实木棱边。
作为优选，所述秸秆材料层采用小麦或油菜秸秆粉碎压制而成，易于取材且成本较低，力学性能较好。
作为优选，所述实木面板层和基板层与实木棱边黏合连接，采用环保胶水黏合，易于生产制造。
与现有技术相比，本发明一种高环保性复合木地板的有益效果：通过在实木面板层和基板层之间设置秸秆材料层，不仅可以大大减少实木的使用，而且变废为宝，不仅不影响木地板的使用性能，而且有效降低了制造成本，还有利于资源节约和环境保护。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高环保性复合木地板，其特征在于：所述秸秆材料层（3）采用小麦或油菜秸秆粉碎压制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高环保性复合木地板，其特征在于：所述实木面板层（1）和基板层（2）与实木棱边（4）黏合连接。
