The invention is further illustrated in the following drawings in order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the invention easy to understand.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the invention provides a house outer wall pouring heat insulation material decoration integrated construction system, which comprises fixing components fixedly connected to a wall body to be decorated with heat insulation treatment, wherein the fixing components are provided with edge collecting grooves, decorative plates 1 are clamped in the edge collecting grooves of adjacent fixing components, and heat insulation materials 2 are poured in cavities formed by surrounding the decorative plates 1 on the outer side of a house and the wall body.
According to the invention, the decorative board 1 is fixedly installed through the fixing component arranged on the heat-preserving wall body to be decorated, and then the heat-preserving material 2 is poured between the decorative board 1 and the heat-preserving wall body to be decorated, so that the problem of untight adhesion between the traditional decorative heat-preserving integrated board and the wall body is avoided, the existence of a cold bridge and a hot bridge is avoided, the heat-preserving material 2 is densely filled between the decorative board 1 and the heat-preserving wall body to be decorated, and the heat-preserving effect is ensured.
The system solves the problems of waste residues and garbage existing in the industrialized development of the traditional heat-insulation finished board, does not need to cut the heat-insulation integrated board on a construction site, and solves the cost problems caused by manufacturing, storage and logistics of the heat-insulation integrated board in a factory; meanwhile, the decoration and heat preservation integrated construction system omits the painting and leveling procedure of the wall body, subtracts the procedures of leveling the embedded part of the base layer and the welding keel, and greatly shortens the whole engineering construction period.
Further, in order to construct a cavity to be filled with the thermal insulation material, the decorative board 1 is adjacently arranged on the outer side of the thermal insulation wall to be decorated through a fixing component, and according to the invention, the fixing component comprises a vertical fixing component for clamping the upper board edge and the lower board edge of the decorative board 1 and a horizontal fixing component for clamping the left board edge and the right board edge of the decorative board 1.
Because of the difference of wall structures, the vertical fixing assembly is different, specifically, the vertical fixing assembly comprises a first component 10 arranged at a corner, a second component 20 arranged on a planar wall, a third component 30 arranged at a cornice external corner and a fourth component 40 arranged on an outer wall surface of the parapet.
For the vertical fixing assembly arranged at the corner, the first member 10 is provided with a clamping groove 11 with a notch parallel to the wall body vertical face A and pointing upwards, and the clamping groove 11 is clamped on the lower plate edge of the decorative plate 1;
on the plane wall, the second component 20 is provided with clamping grooves II, III 21 and 22 with notches parallel to the wall vertical face A and opposite in direction, the clamping groove II 21 is clamped on the lower half side of the decorative plate 1, and the clamping groove III 22 is clamped on the upper plate side of the decorative plate 1;
the cornice external corner is provided with clamping grooves IV, V31 and 32, the notch of the clamping groove IV 31 is parallel to the corner elevation B upwards, the notch of the clamping groove V32 is parallel to the corner plane C and points to the inner side of the cornice, the clamping groove IV 31 is clamped on the lower plate edge of the decorative plate 1, and the clamping groove V32 is clamped on the plate edge, close to the corner, of the decorative plate 1;
The outer wall surface of the parapet is provided with a clamping groove six, a clamping groove seven 41 and a clamping groove 42, wherein the notch of the clamping groove six 41 is parallel to the wall vertical surface A and points downwards, and the notch of the clamping groove seven 42 is parallel to the parapet capping surface D and points inwards; the clamping groove six 41 is clamped on the upper plate edge of the decorative plate 1, and the clamping groove seven 42 is clamped on the plate edge, close to the corner, of the decorative plate 1.
Further, in order to realize the connection between the vertical fixing assembly and the wall surface, the first, second, third and fourth members 10, 20, 30 and 40 extend to the side where the wall surface is located to form a connecting plate 50, strip-shaped holes 51 which are arranged along the length direction of the plate are formed in the connecting plate 50 and are connected to the angle-shaped blocks 60 fixed on the wall surface in a penetrating manner through bolts, and the spacing between the vertical fixing assembly and the wall surface can be adjusted through the arrangement of the strip-shaped holes 51 which are arranged along the length direction of the plate, so that the thickness of the poured heat insulation material 2 is adjusted.
According to the present invention, in order to connect the connection board 50 with the decoration thermal insulation wall to be treated, as shown in fig. 25, the corner block 60 includes a first connection board 61 and a second connection board 62 perpendicular to each other and connected at ends, the first connection board 61 and the second connection board 62 are respectively bent towards the inner side of the corner block 60 to form a concave groove 63, a through hole 631 is provided at the bottom of the concave groove 63 for the connection and fixation of a bolt or a screw, and further, the outer sides of the first connection board 61 and the second connection board 62 are also provided in a zigzag shape, so that the contact area can be reduced to increase the pressure and improve the firmness of the connection and fixation.
Further, referring to fig. 9, the first member 10 includes a first base plate 101 parallel to and spaced from the wall elevation a, the first slot 11 is disposed on the outer side of the first base plate 101 by using the first base plate 101 as an inner slot wall, the first base plate 101 extends toward the wall elevation a to form a connection plate 50, and the connection plate 50 is fixedly connected with an angle block 60 fixed on the wall surface; in order to improve the structural strength of the first component 10, a first reinforcing plate 102 is arranged at a side of the first substrate in parallel and at intervals, one end of the first reinforcing plate 102 is connected with the plate body of the connecting plate 50, and the other end of the first reinforcing plate is connected and fixed with the plate end of the first substrate 101 through the connecting plate.
As shown in fig. 10, the second member 20 comprises a second substrate 201 parallel to the wall elevation a and spaced apart from the wall elevation a, the second, third and fourth clamping grooves 21, 22 are formed on the outer side of the second substrate 201 by using the second substrate 201 as an inner groove wall, an installation space is reserved between the bottom of the third clamping groove 22 and the upper plate edge of the decorative plate 1, the second substrate 201 extends toward the wall elevation a to form a connecting plate 50, the connecting plate 50 is fixedly connected with an angle block 60 fixed on the wall surface,
according to the invention, the second clamping groove 21, the third clamping groove 22 share the groove bottom, and the second clamping groove 21 is arranged above the third clamping groove 22, so that the decorative board 1 can be continuously installed and fixed in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 11, the third member 30 includes a third substrate 301 parallel to the corner elevation B and a fourth substrate 302 parallel to the corner plane C, the third, fourth and third substrates 301, 302 are of a T-shaped integral structure, the fourth slot 31 is formed by arranging an inner slot wall on the outer side of the third substrate 301, the fifth slot 32 is formed by arranging an inner slot wall on the outer side of the fourth substrate 302, the third substrate 301 extends to the side where the corner elevation B is located to form a connecting plate 50, and the connecting plate 50 is fixedly connected with the corner block 60 fixed on the wall surface;
in order to make the decorative board 1 level after vertical and horizontal installation, the wall surface at the cornice external corner part is level and smooth and has strong aesthetic feeling, and preferably, the inner groove wall of the clamping groove IV 31 is level with the groove bottom of the clamping groove V32.

In order to improve the structural strength of the fourth component 40, a second reinforcing plate 405 is disposed beside the fifth substrate 401 at a parallel interval, one end of the second reinforcing plate 405 is connected with the connecting plate 50, and the other end extends to the bottom of the sixth clamping groove 41.
According to the invention, the transverse assembly is used for clamping and fixing the edges of two side parts of the adjacent decorative plates 1, and is used for adjusting the vertical fixing assembly adaptively according to different wall structures. Preferably, the transverse fixing component comprises a first fastener 71 arranged on the plane wall E, a second fastener 72 arranged on the arc wall F, a third fastener 73 arranged on the oblique wall, a fourth fastener 74 arranged on the internal corner wall and a fifth fastener 75 arranged on the external corner wall;

Further, according to the present invention, in order to cover the gaps of the decorative boards 1 adjacent to each other in the up-down position, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 fasteners are provided with secondary trimming grooves for clamping the decorative fixing strips 3, which are arranged outside the trimming grooves.
Furthermore, the outer groove wall of the auxiliary edge receiving groove is in a zigzag shape, and waterproof sealant 4 is filled between the outer groove wall and the decorative fixing strip 3. Therefore, the fixing strip of the decorative plate can not move left and right.
Further, according to the present invention, the fasteners one, two, three, four, five 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 extend toward the wall body side to form a connection plate 50, and the connection plate 50 is provided with strip-shaped holes 51 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the plate and is connected to the corner blocks 60 fixed on the wall body vertical surface by bolts.

Further, the base plate eight 711 extends to the side of the plane wall E, and the connecting plate 50 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 51 arranged along the length direction of the plate and is connected to the corner block 60 fixed on the vertical face of the wall by bolts.

the outer groove wall of the arc-shaped edge-folding groove 722 is outwards bent to form a secondary edge-folding groove for clamping the decorative fixing strip 3.
The base plate nine 721 extends to the side of the arc wall F, a connecting plate 50 is arranged on the connecting plate 50, strip-shaped holes 51 are arranged along the length direction of the plate, and the connecting plate is connected to an angle block 60 fixed on the vertical face of the wall through bolts.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, according to the present invention, the third fastener 73 includes a first auxiliary fastener 731 and a second auxiliary fastener 732 which are engaged with each other, the first auxiliary fastener 731 is provided with a second edge receiving slot 733 with a slot opening parallel to the first oblique wall surface a for the decorative board 1 to be clamped, the inner slot wall of the second edge receiving slot 733 extends toward the first oblique wall surface a, the hanging end of the second fastener 7312 extends reversely to form a barb 7314, the hanging end of the third fastener 7313 is provided with a bending part 7315, the bending part 7315 is parallel to and spaced from the second oblique wall surface b, and the hanging end of the first and second fastener 7311 and 7312 is connected to form a slot cavity 7316;
