Abstract
本发明提供一种生态保温防水板,属于绿化环保工程技术领域。生态保温防水板从上到下依次包括第一铝塑板、发泡树脂、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜及第二铝塑板,第一铝塑板开设有多个直径为1‑2mm的通孔,发泡树脂靠近第一铝塑板的一端开设有多个填装槽,填装槽内填充有经淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹的混合物,混合物为植物种子和肥料的混合物,第一铝塑板、发泡树脂、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜及第二铝塑板之间均用铆钉连接。适用于建筑墙面,具有很好的防水保温效果,防水板中植物种子发芽率高,发芽生长之后,能进一步起到防水保温的效果,还能起到绿化、除尘、净化空气的效果,同时,该生态保温防水板安装及拆卸方便。

技术领域
本发明属于绿化环保工程技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种生态保温防水板。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济建设迅速发展及工作与居住环境的改善,建筑行业对建筑保温装修性能的要求也越来越高。而现有技术中的建筑物的墙,其墙体一般为砖墙或混凝土墙,这种强的外表面一般粉饰有表面层,如水泥、涂料等,其不足之处在于,这种墙的保温效果差,热能容易从墙的一侧向墙的另一侧传导,影响室内的舒适度,在夏天制冷和冬天取暖时,均会导致能耗增加,运行成本加大。
发明内容
针对现有技术中上述的不足,本发明提供一种生态保温防水板,适用于建筑墙面,具有很好的防水保温效果,防水板中植物种子发芽率高,发芽生长之后,能进一步起到防水保温的效果,还能起到绿化、除尘、净化空气的效果,同时,该生态保温防水板安装及拆卸方便。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的解决方案是:
一种生态保温防水板,适用于建筑墙面,生态保温防水板从上到下依次包括第一铝塑板、发泡树脂、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜及第二铝塑板,第一铝塑板开设有多个直径为1-1.5cm的通孔,发泡树脂靠近第一铝塑板的一端开设有多个填装槽,填装槽内填充有经淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹的混合物,混合物为植物种子和肥料的混合物,第一铝塑板、发泡树脂、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜及第二铝塑板之间用铆钉连接。
本发明提供的生态保温防水板的有益效果是,第一铝塑板开设有通孔可供雨水通过,同时具有透气的功能,发泡树脂层是植物种子生长的载体,具有一定的成型作用,同时也具有保温隔热功能,植物种子在填装槽内生长,能够很好的吸收营养,同时通过填装槽限制了植物的生长密度,避免了植物密度太大而造成的竞争死亡及物质的过度消耗,植物种子和肥料经淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹,淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜具有降解功能,包裹之后,肥料等会形成缓慢释放,持续供给植物利用,使植物能够很好的生长,聚四氟乙烯微孔膜具有透气不透水的特性,能够储蓄一定的水量供植物生长,该生态保温防水板具有很好的防水保温效果,防水板中植物种子发芽率高,发芽生长之后,能进一步起到防水保温的效果,还能起到绿化、除尘、净化空气的效果,各层之间采用铆钉连接,生态保温防水板的安装及拆卸方便。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
以下对本发明提供的生态保温防水板作进一步描述:
请参照图1,生态保温防水板100从上到下依次包括第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500。
第一铝塑板200开设有多个直径为1-1.5cm的通孔210,目的是为了使雨水等通过第一铝塑板200为植物种子提供水分。优选的,第一铝塑板200的开孔率为10-15%。其中,铝塑板是由铝和密度比较小的塑料芯材复合而成的,刚性好,其弹性限度较大,不易产生变形,在没有太大外力作用的自然状态下,能够长久地保持良好的平整性能,其表面平整度高,便于植物的生长。同时铝塑板具有较好的耐候、耐蚀、耐创击、防火、防潮、隔音、隔热、抗震性,能够增加生态保温防水板100的使用寿命。
发泡树脂300是一个基体,具有一定的成型作用,同时也具有保温隔热功能。发泡树脂300靠近第一铝塑板200的一端开设有多个填装槽310,每个填装槽310内均填充有淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜混合物,混合物为植物种子和肥料的混合物。其中,淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜按以下方法制备:1)将20-30重量份的淀粉、200-300重量份的水混合后在80℃的环境中反应1-1.5h得糊化淀粉;2)在糊化淀粉中加入10-20重量份的酚醛树脂、10-15重量份的丙酮、0.5-1重量份的过硫酸铵在pH为5-6,温度为80℃的环境中反应2-3h制得成膜液;3)将成膜液在玻璃板上延流涂抹,干燥后揭膜制得淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜。淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜具有降解功能,包裹植物种子和肥料之后,肥料等会形成缓慢释放,持续供给植物利用,可以有效的延长肥效。优选的,发泡树脂300的厚度为1cm,发泡树脂300优选为酚醛发泡树脂。
优选的,多个填装槽310阵列设置于发泡树脂300,填装槽310的横截面为正方形。因为植物种子萌发生长需要一个空间和载体,填装槽310内填有营养材料,供植物生长,同时填装槽310是有一定密度的,这样就限制了植物的生长密度,避免了植物密度太大而造成的竞争死亡及物质的过度消耗。其中,填装槽300与通孔210相对应,填装槽310的长度为2cm,宽度为2cm,高度为0.5cm,通孔210的直径不能太大,太大容易使淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹的植物种子和肥料脱出填装槽310,也不能太小,太小不利于植物的萌发生长,因此,优选的,通孔210的直径为1-1.5cm,其中合适的开孔率样可以限制植物的生长密度,避免了植物密度太大而造成的竞争死亡及物质的过度消耗,开孔率优选为10-15%。
植物种子选自佛甲草种子、结缕草种子和金钱草种子中的至少一种,例如植物种子为佛甲草种子或结缕草种子或金钱草种子,植物种子也可以佛甲草种子和结缕草种子的混合物,植物种子也可以佛甲草种子、结缕草种子和金钱草种子的混合物。佛甲草种子、结缕草种子和金钱草种子长成后株高在10-20cm,适宜栽植于墙面。植物是墙面绿化的主体,在墙面栽植的植物和平地的植物一样,具有吸收二氧化碳、释放氧气、吸收有毒气体、阻滞尘埃等作用。此外,由于墙面的特殊环境,墙面植物能在城市空间中多层次地净化空气,起到地面植物所达不到的效果。雨水被墙面植物吸收,通过蒸发和植物蒸腾作用扩散到大气当中,调节空气湿度,洁净城市空气,从而达到改善城市空气与生态环境的目的。夏季隔热作用。绿化覆盖的墙面可以吸收夏季阳光的辐射热量,有效地阻止墙面表面温度升高,从而降低墙面下室内温度。冬季保温作用。冬季,室内热量由于种植层的作用而不易散失,外界低温不易侵入,从而可以起到防寒保温的作用。
肥料为植物种子生长过程中提供必需的营养物质,肥料按重量份计,包括尿素12-20份、赤霉素0.5-1份、微量元素0.5-1份、黄腐酸钾5-8份、过磷酸钙5-8份、磷酸二氢钾5-8份、氨基酸0.5-1份、杀虫剂1-3份、杀菌剂1-3份。其中,尿素为种子提供氮素,氮是蛋白质(包括一些酶和辅酶)、核酸、磷脂的主要成分,他们是原生质、细胞核和生物膜的重要组成部分,在植物生命活动中具有特殊的作用;赤霉素是一种生长激素,可以促进种子的生根发芽;微量元素对植物的生长发育有着至关重要的作用,是植物体内酶或辅酶的组成成分,具有很强的专一性,本发明中微量元素有效成分包括钼、铜、铁和锌;黄腐酸钾不仅可以协调各养分的供应,还可以减少氮素的挥发损失、促进氮的吸收、延长肥效,促进幼苗发根快;过磷酸钙、磷酸二氢钾主要为植物提供P、K,又能作为种子的生长调节剂,促进种子发芽;杀虫剂优选为可尼丁,杀菌剂优选为多菌灵。
聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400为柔韧而富有弹性的微孔材料,孔率高,孔径分布均匀,具有透气不透水的特性,能够储蓄一定的水量供植物生长;同时起到一定防水的作用。
第一铝塑板200和第二铝塑板500的厚度不能太厚,太厚的话不仅增加了加工的难度,而且不利于种子的发芽生长,也不能太薄,太薄的话易受到破坏,会影响生态保温防水板100的使用寿命,因此,优选的,第一铝塑板200和第二铝塑板500均为0.5cm。第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500之间均用铆钉连接,使生态保温防水板100的安装及拆卸非常方便,使用时使第二铝塑板500贴合建筑墙面。
实施例1
生态保温防水板100从上到下依次包括第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500(结构如图1所示);第一铝塑板200开设有多个直径为1cm的通孔210,开孔率为10%,第一铝塑板200和第二铝塑板500的厚度为0.5cm,发泡树脂300靠近第一铝塑板200的一端开设有多个填装槽310,每个填装槽310内填充有淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹的佛甲草种子和肥料,第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500之间用铆钉连接。
淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜按以下方法制备:1)将20重量份的淀粉、200重量份的水混合后在80℃的环境中反应1h得糊化淀粉;2)在糊化淀粉中加入10重量份的酚醛树脂、10重量份的丙酮、0.5重量份的过硫酸铵在pH为5,温度为80℃的环境中反应2h制得成膜液;3)将成膜液在玻璃板上延流涂抹,干燥后揭膜制得淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜。
其中,肥料按重量份计,包括尿素12份、赤霉素0.5份、钼0.2份、铜0.1份、铁0.1份、锌0.1份、黄腐酸钾5份、过磷酸钙5份、磷酸二氢钾5份、氨基酸0.5份、杀虫剂1份、杀菌剂1份。
实施例2
生态保温防水板100从上到下依次包括第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500(结构如图2所示);第一铝塑板200开设有多个直径为1.5cm的通孔210,开孔率为15%,第一铝塑板200和第二铝塑板500的厚度为0.5cm,发泡树脂300靠近第一铝塑板200的一端开设有多个填装槽310,每个填装槽310内均填充有淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹的结缕草种子和肥料,第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500之间用铆钉连接。
淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜按以下方法制备:1)将25重量份的淀粉、250重量份的水混合后在80℃的环境中反应1.5h得糊化淀粉;2)在糊化淀粉中加入15重量份的酚醛树脂、12重量份的丙酮、0.8重量份的过硫酸铵在pH为6,温度为80℃的环境中反应3h制得成膜液;3)将成膜液在玻璃板上延流涂抹,干燥后揭膜制得淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜。
其中,肥料按重量份计,包括尿素20份、赤霉素1份、钼0.4份、铜0.2份、铁0.2份、锌0.2份、黄腐酸钾8份、过磷酸钙8份、磷酸二氢钾8份、氨基酸1份、杀虫剂3份、杀菌剂3份。
实施例3
生态保温防水板100从上到下依次包括第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500(结构如图3所示);第一铝塑板200开设有多个直径为1.2cm的通孔210,开孔率为12%,第一铝塑板200和第二铝塑板500的厚度为0.5cm,发泡树脂300靠近第一铝塑板200的一端开设有多个填装槽310,每个填装槽310内均填充有淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹的佛甲草种子、结缕草种子、金钱草种子和肥料,第一铝塑板200、发泡树脂300、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜400及第二铝塑板500之间用铆钉连接。
淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜按以下方法制备:1)将20重量份的淀粉、200重量份的水混合后在80℃的环境中反应1h得糊化淀粉;2)在糊化淀粉中加入10重量份的酚醛树脂、10重量份的丙酮、0.5重量份的过硫酸铵在pH为5,温度为80℃的环境中反应2h制得成膜液;3)将成膜液在玻璃板上延流涂抹,干燥后揭膜制得淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜。
其中,肥料按重量份计,包括尿素12份、赤霉素0.5份、钼0.2份、铜0.1份、铁0.2份、锌0.2份、黄腐酸钾6份、过磷酸钙6份、磷酸二氢钾6份、氨基酸0.8份、杀虫剂2份、杀菌剂2份。
该生态保温防水板100,适用于建筑墙面,具有很好的防水保温效果,防水板中植物种子发芽率高,发芽生长之后,能进一步起到防水保温的效果,还能起到绿化、除尘、净化空气的效果,同时,该生态保温防水板安装及拆卸方便。

Claims (10)
1.一种生态保温防水板,适用于建筑墙面,其特征在于:所述生态保温防水板(100)从上到下依次包括第一铝塑板(200)、发泡树脂(300)、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜(400)及第二铝塑板(500),所述第一铝塑板(200)开设有多个直径为1-1.5cm的通孔(210),所述发泡树脂(300)靠近所述第一铝塑板(200)的一端开设有多个填装槽(310),每个所述填装槽(310)内均填充有经淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜包裹的混合物,所述混合物为植物种子和肥料的混合物,所述第一铝塑板(200)、所述发泡树脂(300)、所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜(400)及所述第二铝塑板(500)之间用铆钉连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述第一铝塑板(200)的开孔率为10%-15%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述第一铝塑板(200)和所述第二铝塑板(500)的厚度均为0.5cm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:多个所述填装槽(310)阵列设置于所述发泡树脂(300)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述填装槽(310)的横截面为正方形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述植物种子选自佛甲草种子、结缕草种子和金钱草种子中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述肥料按重量份计,包括尿素12-20份、赤霉素0.5-1份、微量元素0.5-1份、黄腐酸钾5-8份、过磷酸钙5-8份、磷酸二氢钾5-8份、氨基酸0.5-1份、杀虫剂1-3份、杀菌剂1-3份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述微量元素的有效成分包括钼、铜、铁和锌。
9.根据权利要求1所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述发泡树脂的厚度为1cm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的生态保温防水板,其特征在于:所述淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜按以下方法制备:1)将20-30重量份的淀粉、200-300重量份的水混合后在80℃的环境中反应1-1.5h得糊化淀粉;2)在所述糊化淀粉中加入10-20重量份的酚醛树脂、10-15重量份的丙酮、0.5-1重量份的过硫酸铵在pH为5-6,温度为80℃的环境中反应2-3h制得成膜液;3)将成膜液在玻璃板上延流涂抹,干燥后揭膜制得所述淀粉接枝酚醛树脂薄膜。
