本发明公开了一种浆状分散染料，其配方如下：染料11‑15份、功能助剂2‑4份、乳化剂2‑4份、改性剂1‑3份、增稠剂3‑5份、溶剂22‑43份。本发明流变性好，加工性佳，具有极明显的降低对分散染料的保留率的效果。

Description

一种浆状分散染料
技术领域
本发明属于分散染料技术领域，具体涉及一种浆状分散染料。
背景技术
在20世纪30年代，合成纤维开创了纺织纤维的新纪元，相继有多种合成纤维问世，染料的发展历来与纤维的开发紧密联系。在纺织品印染工业中，常用粉粒状染料，在调浆或配制染液时，染料粉尘飞扬，不但有碍环境保护，而且常粘附在配料的用具上，或在配制染液泡沫中悬浮，特别是在溶解度小，分散性能差的分散染料，容易结成团块，在印花或染色是易产生疵点，影响产品质量。分散染料是一种粉状或粒状的非离子型染料，分子结构小，适合涤纶及其混纺织物的染色。但因其不含-COOH、-SO3H等强水溶性基团，在水中溶解度低，不利于较低温度下染料分子在纤维表面的吸附和上染。
现有直接印花色浆中，都采用市售分散染料，因市售分散染料与合成增稠剂的相容性较差，大大降低增稠剂的粘度，导致印花色浆的流变性能较差；因此，需要开发一种与合成增稠剂相容性较好的液体分散染料，才能防止染料沉降，提高印花色浆粘度。而采用市售的分散染料，无论是粉末固体或液体分散染料，都需要加大增稠剂用量，才能满足印花时对印花浆粘度的要求。
随着节能降耗、节能减排的要求越来越受到重视的今天，很有必要研发新的涤纶织物印花技术，需要既具有印花加工流程短、对水资源消耗量小和废水排放量小的优点，又具有印花色牢度优良和织物手感柔软的优点；同时需要避免直接印花对水资源消耗量大和废水排放量大的缺点，还要避免涂料印花手感较硬或粗糙、色牢度较差的缺点。。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种浆状分散染料，本发明流变性好，加工性佳，具有极明显的降低对分散染料的保留率的效果。
一种浆状分散染料，其配方如下：
染料11-15份、功能助剂2-4份、乳化剂2-4份、改性剂1-3份、增稠剂3-5份、溶剂22-43份。
所述染料采用丙烯酸染料。
所述功能助剂采用2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
所述乳化剂由十二烷基磺酸钠、SP-80和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
所述改性剂采用乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、异十三烷基丙烯酸酯中的一种
所述增稠剂采用羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素中的一种。
所述溶剂采用甲苯或者对甲苯。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明流变性好，加工性佳，具有极明显的降低对分散染料的保留率的效果，不仅能有效地促进分散染料转移到涤纶纤维上，增加印花织物的牢度；还能够保证织物手感柔软，可以应用于大面积印花制品，克服了现有涂料印花中粘接剂以及交联剂色牢度差、手感粗糙的缺陷。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述：
实施例1
一种浆状分散染料，其配方如下：
染料11份、功能助剂2份、乳化剂2份、改性剂1份、增稠剂3份、溶剂22份。
所述染料采用丙烯酸染料。
所述功能助剂采用2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
所述乳化剂由十二烷基磺酸钠、SP-80和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
所述改性剂采用乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯。
所述增稠剂采用羟丙基甲基纤维素。
所述溶剂采用对甲苯。
实施例2
一种浆状分散染料，其配方如下：
染料15份、功能助剂24份、乳化剂4份、改性剂3份、增稠剂5份、溶剂43份。
所述染料采用丙烯酸染料。
所述功能助剂采用2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
所述乳化剂由十二烷基磺酸钠、SP-80和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
所述改性剂采用季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯。
所述增稠剂采用羟羧甲基纤维素钠。
所述溶剂采用甲苯。
实施例3
一种浆状分散染料，其配方如下：
染料13份、功能助剂3份、乳化剂3份、改性剂2份、增稠剂5份、溶剂38份。
所述染料采用丙烯酸染料。
所述功能助剂采用2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
所述乳化剂由十二烷基磺酸钠、SP-80和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
所述改性剂采用异十三烷基丙烯酸酯。
所述增稠剂采用羟乙基纤维素。
所述溶剂采用甲苯。

3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种浆状分散染料，其特征在于，所述功能助剂采用2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种浆状分散染料，其特征在于，所述乳化剂由十二烷基磺酸钠、SP-80和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种浆状分散染料，其特征在于，所述改性剂采用乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、异十三烷基丙烯酸酯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的一种浆状分散染料，其特征在于，所述增稠剂采用羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素中的一种。
