Abstract

The nuclear power passive waste heat discharge heat exchanger is core equipment of a passive reactor core cooling system, provides an emergency reactor core decay heat discharge function, and plays an important role in safe operation of a reactor. The waste heat discharging heat exchanger has complex structure and high technical difficulty requirement. The vibration-proof strip (also called residual vibration-proof strip) used in the nuclear power passive waste heat discharging heat exchanger is a key part of the nuclear power passive waste heat discharging heat exchanger, the vibration-proof strip is in an elongated square shape, the size is 1590mm long by 18.67mm wide by 13.7mm wide, the structure of the part is special, the end of the part is also provided with an SR4.8 spherical surface and a cylindrical surface phi 10.5mm long by 32mm, and the distortion requirement of the vibration-proof strip is 0.05mm/300mm, so that the size precision requirement of the part is very high.
When the end part of the vibration-proof strip is processed, and the SR4.8 spherical surface and a cylindrical surface with the diameter of 10.5mm and the length of 32mm are also processed, the vibration-proof strip is fixed for manufacturing a special fixture in the conventional processing mode, a sleeve cutter is customized, and the vibration-proof strip is processed in a horizontal processing center. However, the processing method not only needs to design and manufacture a special fixture, but also has complex clamping, can only produce single piece, can not operate in batches, and has high manufacturing cost; in addition, because the part distortion is comprehensively influenced by the verticality, the parallelism, the straightness and the flatness of the part, the rejection rate of the part is very high, so that the part distortion is uncontrollable.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a processing lathe for manufacturing anti-vibration strips, which can prevent distortion in the part processing process, is simple in clamping, can realize batch production and reduces the production cost.

The fixed limiting component comprises a limiting rod, a limiting block and two spherical hexagonal nuts, wherein one end of the limiting rod is in M16 threaded connection with the supporting sleeve, the limiting block and the two spherical hexagonal nuts are sleeved on the limiting rod, and the limiting block is located between the two spherical hexagonal nuts.
