The single-rail car chassis framework is different from the traditional double-rail car, and mainly comprises a one-dimensional end chassis assembly, a two-dimensional end chassis assembly, two side beams, a cross beam and the like, wherein the end chassis assembly comprises a front end beam, a left car body support, a right car body support, a rear cross beam and the like. The main material of the chassis framework of the monorail car is carbon steel material, and is riveted with the aluminum alloy side wall and the roof after assembly welding is completed, so that the aim of light weight of the car body is fulfilled.
However, the one-dimensional end and the two-dimensional end of the monorail car underframe are special-shaped pieces, and have the difficulties of large volume, high positioning accuracy requirement, large welding deformation caused by large welding volume and the like. Factors such as positioning and welding deformation of parts and components tend to cause difficult demoulding after the chassis is assembled and welded, and excessive disassembly and positioning can cause positioning failure and low production efficiency. Meanwhile, the fact that the operation space of the production site is limited is considered, and the tooling is required to meet the requirement of welding front weld joints of the underframe assembly and welding back weld joints of the underframe assembly.

the traditional welding fixture is mainly used for accurately positioning products and preventing welding deformation, and after assembly and welding are completed, the products are required to be removed for positioning or forced demoulding due to welding strain force. The fixture provided by the invention can not only meet the accurate positioning of products, but also meet the smooth demolding of products after the assembly and welding of the products by adopting the pneumatic fixture, the overturning fixture, the fixture with the rail, the fixture with the screw rod and the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, the assembly welding tool for the monorail car underframe assembly comprises three parts: one-dimensional end assembly welding frame, middle assembly welding frame and two-dimensional end assembly welding frame. The tool main body structure is formed by a cross beam and a longitudinal beam, the upper surface of the longitudinal beam is a machining surface, the leveling is used as a Z-direction reference for tool detection and product assembly during installation, and the center line is pulled in the X direction and the Y direction to be used as X-direction and Y-direction references for tool detection and product installation.
The one-dimensional end part assembly welding frame comprises a one-dimensional end bottom surface supporting frame 1, a longitudinal beam 4, a cross beam 5, a one-dimensional end limiting block 3, a central wire drawing device 2 and a clamping device 6. The T-channel rail 10 is fastened to a base plate 25 by means of a hinge 24, the base plate 25 being fastened to the longitudinal beam 8. The side beam pressing device 12 adopts a pneumatic clamp.
The two-dimensional end part assembly welding frame comprises a two-dimensional end bottom surface supporting frame 16, a longitudinal beam 13, a cross beam 14 and a two-dimensional end limiting block 18, wherein a pressing device 17 is arranged on the cross beam 14, the two-dimensional end limiting block 18 is arranged on the cross beam 14 at the tail end, and the cross beam 14 at the tail end is fixed on the two-dimensional end bottom surface supporting frame 16. The side frame 13 is provided with a side frame side limiter 15.

Among the four types of monorail car underframe, the underframe of the A car and the underframe of the B car are symmetrical pieces, the underframe of the C car and the underframe of the D car are symmetrical pieces, and the tool can simultaneously meet the assembly and welding requirements of A, B, C and the underframe assembly of the D car in consideration of limited production field space. 3. Positioning of cross beams
Z-direction limiting of the cross beam is achieved through the guide rail 10 with the T-shaped groove, X-direction limiting of the cross beam is achieved through the cross beam limiting block 23, and Y-direction limiting of the cross beam is achieved through guaranteeing symmetry of X-direction central lines of the cross beam tool, as shown in fig. 10.
4. Positioning and clamping of side beams
