Description

Sorting system and configuration method and configuration device of storage units of sorting system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sorting, in particular to a sorting system and a configuration method and a configuration device of a storage unit of the sorting system.
Background
In the express delivery industry, after receiving express items, workers need to sort the express items so as to transport the express items to corresponding destinations. The traditional express mail sorting method comprises the following steps: manually storing the express mails in a classified manner according to the addressee addresses printed on the express mails, storing the express mails of which the addressee addresses belong to the same area together, and then manually packaging the express mails stored in the classified manner. Since this sorting method requires the sorting operator to be familiar with the addresses of all destinations and with the direction of each address flow, the demand on the sorting operator is high, and the sorting speed of the express mail is limited.
In order to solve the above problems, the related art provides an express sorting apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the sorting apparatus includes a cabinet 11 ', a scanning head 12', and a controller (not shown), wherein the cabinet 11 'is provided with a plurality of crates 111', each crate 111 'corresponds to a delivery destination, and a display lamp (not shown) is disposed on a front end surface of each crate 111', and each display lamp is electrically connected to the controller; the scanning head 12' is used for scanning the bar code of the express item to obtain the destination of the express item. When sorting the express items, firstly, the bar codes of the express items are scanned by the scanning head 12 ', the scanning head 12' transmits the scanning results to the controller, the controller obtains the destinations of the express items according to the received scanning results, determines the grid boxes 111 'corresponding to the express items according to the destinations and the distribution destinations corresponding to each grid box 111', controls the display lamps on the corresponding grid boxes 111 'to emit light, and when observing that the display lamps emit light, the sorting personnel throw the express items into the corresponding grid boxes 111', thereby finishing the sorting of the express items.
In the actual express mail sorting process, various express mail sorting demands exist, for example, express mails of various counties of Beijing need to be sorted in the previous time, when express mails of various administrative districts of Qingdao need to be sorted in the next time, the number of grid boxes 111 ' corresponding to each sorting demand is not necessarily the same, for example, when sorting express mails of various counties of Beijing, 16 grid boxes 111 ' are needed to respectively correspond to 16 counties of Beijing, and when sorting express mails of various administrative districts of Qingdao, 7 grid boxes 111 ' are needed to respectively correspond to 7 administrative districts of Qingdao. In order to meet different express sorting requirements, the number of the grid boxes 111 'of the express sorting equipment provided by the related art is usually set to a large value, for example, when the express sorting equipment is usually used for sorting express in beijing and Qingdao, the number of the grid boxes 111' in the express sorting equipment is set to 16. Since the number of the crates 111 'of the mail sorting apparatus provided by the related art is usually set to a large value, when the number of destinations corresponding to the sorted mail is smaller than the number of the crates 111', there will be empty crates 111 ', resulting in a low utilization rate of the crates 111' and an under-utilization.
Aiming at the problems that the utilization rate of a crate is low and the crate is not fully utilized in express sorting equipment in the related art, an effective solution is not provided at present.

The following describes a sorting system and a configuration method and a configuration device of a storage unit thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 7 to 14.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a configuration method of a storage unit of a sorting system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the configuration method in this embodiment can be executed by the intelligent terminal device, and as shown in the figure, the configuration method specifically includes the following steps:
step S202, whether the containing unit is connected to the sorting system or not is detected, wherein the containing unit comprises a communication module, and when the containing unit is successfully interacted with the intelligent terminal equipment through the communication module, the containing unit is determined to be connected to the sorting system.
Each storage unit comprises a power module and a communication module, when the power module is opened by a user, the communication module is powered on, the storage units are interacted with the intelligent terminal equipment through the communication module, and when interaction is successful, the storage units are connected into the intelligent terminal equipment. The user can determine the number of the receiving units connected into the sorting system according to the requirement, so that the power supply modules of the receiving units are switched on, and the receiving units are connected into the sorting system.
The intelligent terminal equipment sends a query command to the storage unit, a communication module of the storage unit receives the query command and returns response information to the intelligent terminal equipment, and when the intelligent terminal equipment receives the response information returned by the storage unit, the intelligent terminal equipment determines that the storage unit is connected to the sorting system.
Taking the sorting system of fig. 2 as an example, the communication unit 12 of the intelligent terminal device 1 and the communication module 313 of the storage unit 31 are both network communication modules, and data transmission can be performed between the intelligent terminal device 1 and the storage unit 31 through a network. The control unit 11 of the intelligent terminal device 1 controls the communication unit 12 to send the query command in the broadcast mode according to the set frequency, queries the storage unit 31 accessing the sorting system, and determines the storage unit 31 responding to the query command as the storage unit 31 accessing the sorting system, and specifically includes: when the control unit 11 determines that the communication unit 12 receives the response information sent by the storage unit 31, it determines that the storage unit 31 is connected to the sorting system, and the control unit 11 acquires the identification of the storage unit 31, wherein the identification of the storage unit 31 may be the ID number of the storage unit 31, the network address of the storage unit 31, or the like. In this embodiment, the identification of the storage unit 31 is the ID number of the storage unit 31, and the control unit 11 updates the storage unit list stored in the storage unit 15 and stores the identification of the determined storage unit 31 accessing the sorting system in the storage unit list.
It should be noted that, when the power module 311 of the storage unit 31 is turned on, the power module 311 supplies power to the control module 312, the communication module 313 and the indication module 314, the control module 312, the communication module 313 and the indication module 314 start to operate, and when the control module 312 determines that the communication module 313 receives the query command sent by the intelligent terminal device 1, the communication module 313 is controlled to send response information to the intelligent terminal device 1, so that the intelligent terminal device 1 can determine that the storage unit 31 accesses the sorting system, and preferably, the response information includes an identifier of the storage unit 31.
Step S204, when the storage unit is connected to the sorting system, whether the storage unit is distributed with a delivery destination or not is detected.
In this step, it is detected whether the storage unit is assigned with a delivery destination specifically by: the correspondence relationship between the storage unit and the delivery destination is looked up in a pre-stored storage unit and delivery destination look-up table, and when the correspondence relationship between the storage unit and the delivery destination is not looked up, it is determined that the storage unit is not allocated with the delivery destination.
Taking the sorting system of fig. 2 as an example, after the intelligent terminal device 1 detects that one storage unit is connected to the sorting system, detecting whether the storage unit is allocated with a delivery destination, specifically, the control unit 11 of the intelligent terminal device 1 inquires the storage unit and delivery destination comparison table stored in the storage unit 15 according to the identification of the storage unit 31, thereby determining whether the storage unit 31 is allocated with a delivery destination, wherein, when the control unit 11 inquires the identification of the storage unit 31 in the storage unit and delivery destination comparison table, it is determined that the storage unit 31 has been allocated with the delivery destination, when the control unit 11 does not look up the identification of the storage unit 31 in the storage unit to delivery destination look-up table, that is, when the correspondence relationship between the storage unit 31 and the delivery destination is not found, it is determined that the storage unit 31 has not yet been assigned the delivery destination.
In step S206, when the storage unit is not assigned a delivery destination, the delivery destination is assigned to the storage unit.
When the intelligent terminal device detects that the receiving unit accessed to the sorting system is not allocated with a delivery destination, the intelligent terminal device allocates the delivery destination for the receiving unit and stores the corresponding relation between the receiving unit and the delivery destination allocated to the receiving unit.
Taking the sorting system of fig. 2 as an example, when the control unit 11 of the smart terminal apparatus 1 detects that the storage unit 31 accessed to the sorting system is not assigned a delivery destination, the control unit 11 of the smart terminal apparatus 1 assigns a delivery destination to the storage unit 31, and updates the storage unit-to-delivery destination comparison table, adds the storage unit 31 and the delivery destination assigned to the storage unit 31 to the storage unit-to-delivery destination comparison table, and stores the updated storage unit-to-delivery destination comparison table in the storage unit 15.
In view of the fact that the storage unit 15 of the smart terminal device can store the delivery destinations in advance, in one embodiment, the delivery destinations stored in advance are allocated to the storage units.
Taking the sorting system of fig. 2 as an example, when it is detected that the storage unit 31 accessing the sorting system is not allocated with a delivery destination, the control unit 11 allocates a delivery destination to the storage unit 31 according to a preset rule, for example, a list of express destinations waiting to be allocated to the storage unit is stored in the storage unit 15, and when it is necessary to allocate a delivery destination to the storage unit 31, the control unit 11 reads one express destination from the list of express destinations waiting to be allocated to the storage unit in a set order and allocates the read express destination to the storage unit 31 as a delivery destination.
In order to facilitate the user to assign the delivery destination to the storage unit, in another embodiment, an operation interface corresponding to the storage unit is displayed, and the delivery destination is assigned to the storage unit according to the operation performed by the user on the operation interface. Specifically, when detecting that the receiving unit accessed to the sorting system is not allocated with a delivery destination, the intelligent terminal equipment receives a control command input by a user through an operation interface corresponding to the receiving unit, and allocates the delivery destination for the receiving unit according to the control command input by the user.
Taking the sorting system in fig. 2 as an example, the intelligent terminal device 1 allocates a delivery destination to the storage unit 31 by:
step S2061, displaying the operation interface corresponding to the storage unit.
The control unit 11 controls the display unit 14 to display an operation interface corresponding to the storage unit through which a user can input a control command for the storage unit, and displays the storage unit that is accessed to the sorting system and is not assigned a delivery destination on the operation interface.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of an operation interface corresponding to a storage unit displayed by an intelligent terminal device of a sorting system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the figure, the control unit 11 controls the display unit 14 to display a list of storage units which are accessed into the sorting system and are not allocated with delivery destinations on the operation interface, in fig. 8, the sorting system includes six storage units which are not allocated with delivery destinations, the ID numbers of the six storage units are 3, 4, 5, 9, 12, and 13, and at the same time, the control unit 11 further controls the display unit 14 to display an edit box 317 corresponding to each storage unit on the operation interface, in this embodiment, the edit box 317 is located in a table of the corresponding storage unit 31, and a user can input the delivery destinations allocated to the corresponding storage unit 31 in the edit box 317, so as to allocate delivery destinations to the storage unit.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of an operation interface corresponding to a storage unit displayed by an intelligent terminal device of a sorting system according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the figure, a control unit 11 controls a display unit 14 to display a list 151 and a list 152 on the operation interface, where the list 151 is a destination list of express mails, and the list 152 is a list of storage units accessed to the sorting system but not allocated with delivery destinations, where express destinations corresponding to columns 1511, 1512, 1513, and 1514 in the list 151 have been allocated as delivery destinations to the corresponding storage units, express destinations corresponding to columns 1515 and 1516 have not been allocated as delivery destinations to the storage units, and the list 152 is composed of a plurality of individually operable controls 318, where each control 318 corresponds to one storage unit 31, as shown in the figure, each control 318 displays an identifier of the storage unit 31 corresponding thereto, the user can associate one storage unit 31 with one express destination by dragging the control corresponding to the storage unit 31 to a set position of the list 151, so as to allocate the associated express destination to the storage unit as a delivery destination, where one set position of the list 151 corresponds to one express destination, and as shown in the figure, the set position of the list 151 is an area where the rectangular frame 319 located above each column of the list 152 is located.
In step S2062, a delivery destination is assigned to the storage unit in accordance with an operation performed by the user on the operation interface.
And detecting a control command input by a user on an operation interface corresponding to the storage unit, and distributing a delivery destination to the storage unit according to the control command input by the user. Specifically, the control unit 11 detects the control signal received by the input unit 13, and thus receives a control command input by the user, and when the control unit 11 detects the control command input by the user through the operation interface displayed on the display unit 14, allocates a delivery destination to the storage unit corresponding to the operation interface according to the control command input by the user.
For example, when the display unit 14 displays an operation interface as shown in fig. 8, the control unit 11 detects an operation by the user for each edit box 317, and when the control unit 11 detects that the user inputs an address in one edit box 317, allocates the address input by the user as a delivery destination to the storage unit corresponding to the edit box 317.
For another example, when the display unit 14 is as shown in fig. 9 as an operation interface, the control unit 11 detects a dragging action of the user on each control 318 in the list 152, and when the control unit 11 detects that the user selects one control 318 and drags the control 318 into one rectangular box 319 of the list 151, allocates the express destination corresponding to the column where the rectangular box 319 is located as a delivery destination to the storage unit 31 corresponding to the control 318.
Since the storage unit and delivery destination look-up table is used to record the correspondence between the storage unit to which the delivery destination has been allocated and the allocated delivery destination, after allocating the delivery destination to the storage unit, the allocation method in this embodiment further includes: the correspondence between the storage unit and the delivery destination is recorded in the storage unit and delivery destination look-up table, and the storage unit and delivery destination look-up table are updated.
In the configuration method of the storage unit of the sorting system according to the embodiment of the invention, whether the storage unit is connected to the sorting system or not is detected, when the storage unit is connected to the sorting system, whether the distribution destination is distributed to the storage unit or not is detected, and when the distribution destination is not distributed to the storage unit, the distribution destination is distributed to the storage unit. Since the sorting system can assign a delivery destination to each storage unit accessed to the sorting system, the user can set the number of storage units accessed to the sorting system as desired. By the configuration method of the containing units of the sorting system, all the containing units connected into the sorting system can be utilized for sorting, so that the utilization rate of the containing units is improved, and the problems that the utilization rate of the crates is low and the crates are not fully utilized in express sorting equipment in the related art are solved.
Fig. 10 is a flow chart of a method of configuring storage units of a sorting system according to another embodiment of the present invention, which may be a preferred embodiment of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, and as shown, the present embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 7 in that the method further comprises the steps of:
in step S208, it is detected whether each storage unit to which the delivery destination is assigned is connected to the sorting system.
Specifically, each storage unit in the storage unit and delivery destination comparison table is sequentially searched in the storage unit list, and when a storage unit which cannot be searched exists, it is determined that the storage unit which cannot be searched is allocated with a delivery destination but does not access the sorting system.
Taking the sorting system of fig. 2 as an example, the control unit 11 reads the identifiers of all the storage units 31 assigned with the delivery destinations in the sorting system, and detects whether each storage unit 31 is connected to the sorting system.
Since the control unit 11 adds the correspondence between the storage unit 31 and the delivery destination assigned to the storage unit 31 to the storage unit-to-delivery-destination lookup table when assigning a delivery destination to each storage unit 31, the storage unit-to-delivery-destination lookup table stores the identification of all the storage units to which delivery destinations are assigned.
Since the storage unit list stored in the storage unit 15 is updated and the identification of the storage unit 31 accessed to the sorting system is added to the storage unit list after the control unit 11 of the intelligent terminal device 1 detects that the storage unit 31 is accessed to the sorting system, the identification of all the storage units 31 accessed to the sorting system is stored in the storage unit list.
Therefore, the control unit 11 reads an identifier of a storage unit 31 to which a delivery destination is assigned from the storage unit-to-delivery destination comparison table in a set order, and then inquires whether the identifier of the storage unit 31 is stored in the storage unit list, thereby determining whether the storage unit 31 is accessed to the sorting system.
When the control unit 11 finds the identifier of the storage unit 31 in the storage unit list, it is determined that the storage unit 31 is accessed to the sorting system, otherwise, it is determined that the storage unit 31 is not accessed to the sorting system. When the storage unit 31 to which the delivery destination is assigned is powered off, the storage unit 31 is removed from the sorting system, or when the storage unit 31 to which the delivery destination is assigned malfunctions, it may be caused to not access the sorting system.
In step S210, when it is detected that the storage unit to which the delivery destination is assigned does not access the sorting system, the correspondence relationship between the detected storage unit and the delivery destination is released.
When the intelligent terminal equipment determines that one storage unit allocated with a delivery destination does not access the sorting system, the corresponding relation between the storage unit and the corresponding delivery destination is released.
Taking the sorting system of fig. 2 as an example, when the control unit 11 of the smart terminal device 1 detects that one storage unit 31 to which a delivery destination is assigned is not accessed to the sorting system, the storage unit-delivery destination comparison table is updated, the correspondence between the storage unit and the corresponding delivery destination is deleted from the storage unit-delivery destination comparison table, and the updated storage unit-delivery destination comparison table is stored in the storage unit 15.
Further, the control unit 11 controls the display unit 14 to update the display content thereof, for example, when the storage unit corresponding to a certain express destination displayed in the list 151 in fig. 9 does not access the sorting system, the control unit 11 controls the display unit 14 to display the column corresponding to the storage unit in gray and delete the control of the storage unit included in the rectangular frame 319 of the column, so as to prompt the user that the express corresponding to the destination does not have the corresponding storage unit 31 and cannot be sorted.
In the method for allocating storage units of a sorting system according to an embodiment of the present invention, whether a storage unit to which a delivery destination is assigned is accessed to the sorting system is detected, and when it is detected that the storage unit to which the delivery destination is assigned is not accessed to the sorting system, the correspondence between the detected storage unit and the delivery destination is released. Because the sorting system can remove the corresponding relation between the storage units and the delivery destinations when the storage units are not accessed into the sorting system, a user can close redundant power modules of the storage units as required, so that the storage units are not accessed into the sorting system, and the sorting system removes the corresponding relation between the storage units and the delivery destinations. Therefore, by the configuration method of the storage units of the sorting system, redundant storage units in the current sorting system can be released, and the storage units can be used for sorting express mails of other sorting systems, so that the utilization rate of the storage units is improved, and the problems that the utilization rate of the bin boxes is low and the bin boxes are not fully utilized in express sorting equipment in the related art are further solved. And when the storage unit is not connected with the sorting system, the corresponding relation between the storage unit and the delivery destination is removed, so that the condition that the user does not deliver express items to the storage unit any more can be ensured, the occurrence of sorting errors is avoided, and the flexibility of the sorting system is further improved.
Corresponding to the above-mentioned method for configuring the receiving units of the sorting system shown in fig. 7 and 10, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for configuring the receiving units of the sorting system, and fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of module components of the device for configuring the receiving units of the sorting system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the figure, the device includes:
the first access detection module 4 is used for detecting whether the storage unit is accessed to the sorting system or not, wherein the storage unit comprises a communication module, and when the storage unit successfully interacts with the intelligent terminal equipment through the communication module, the storage unit is determined to be accessed to the sorting system;

and a destination allocation module 6 for allocating a delivery destination to the storage unit when the storage unit is not allocated with the delivery destination.
The destination detection module 5 is specifically configured to: the correspondence relationship between the storage unit and the delivery destination is looked up in a pre-stored storage unit and delivery destination look-up table, and when the correspondence relationship between the storage unit and the delivery destination is not looked up, it is determined that the storage unit is not allocated with the delivery destination.
The destination allocation module 6 includes: the first allocation submodule is used for displaying an operation interface corresponding to the storage unit and allocating a distribution destination to the storage unit according to the operation performed on the operation interface by a user; or, a second distributing submodule for distributing a delivery destination stored in advance to the storage unit.
Since the storage unit and delivery destination mapping table is used to record the correspondence between the storage unit to which the delivery destination has been allocated and the delivery destination allocated, the configuration apparatus in this embodiment further includes: and the recording module is used for recording the corresponding relation between the storage unit and the delivery destination in the storage unit and delivery destination comparison table after the delivery destination is allocated to the storage unit.
In the configuration device of the storage unit of the sorting system according to the embodiment of the present invention, whether the storage unit is connected to the sorting system is detected, when the storage unit is connected to the sorting system, whether the storage unit is allocated with a delivery destination is detected, and when the storage unit is not allocated with a delivery destination, the delivery destination is allocated to the storage unit. Since the sorting system can assign a delivery destination to each storage unit accessed to the sorting system, the user can set the number of storage units accessed to the sorting system as desired. Through the configuration device of the receiving units of the sorting system, which is disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the receiving units connected into the sorting system can be completely utilized to carry out sorting work, so that the utilization rate of the receiving units is improved, and the problems that the utilization rate of the crates is low and the crates are not fully utilized in express sorting equipment in the related art are solved.

a second access detection module 7, configured to detect whether each storage unit to which a delivery destination is assigned is accessed to the sorting system;
and a relation releasing module 8, configured to release the detected correspondence between the storage unit and the delivery destination when the second access detection module 7 detects that the storage unit to which the delivery destination is assigned does not access the sorting system.
In the configuration device of the storage unit of the sorting system according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is detected whether the storage unit to which the delivery destination is assigned is accessed to the sorting system, and when it is detected that the storage unit to which the delivery destination is assigned is not accessed to the sorting system, the correspondence between the detected storage unit and the delivery destination is released.
