Abstract
The invention relates to a base material mixing device which comprises a base material conveying line, a mixing material conveying line connected with the base material conveying line, a first conveying motor driving the base material conveying line, a second conveying motor driving the mixing material conveying line, a base material hopper arranged at the upstream of the base material conveying line and a pigment hopper arranged at the upstream of the mixing material conveying line. The base material mixing device further comprises: a stirring mechanism arranged between the base material conveying line and the base material hopper and between the mixing conveying line and the pigment hopper; a first stirring motor driving a stirring mechanism between the base material conveying line and the base material hopper; a second stirring motor driving a stirring mechanism between the material mixing conveying line and the pigment hopper; a first encoder provided on the first stirring motor; a second encoder disposed on the second stirring motor; and the mixing controller is respectively connected with the first conveying motor, the second conveying motor, the first stirring motor, the second stirring motor, the first encoder and the second encoder. The invention improves the mixing quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a base material mixing device.
Background
In order to produce ceramic tiles with high quality and excellent appearance, the requirements on the mixing process of the ceramic tile base materials are higher, the mixing proportion of various base materials and pigments is strictly controlled, and the uniformity is ensured. There is therefore a need for an upgrade to existing base mixer.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a base material mixing device, which improves the existing base material mixer and achieves the technical effect of improving the production quality.
The technical scheme of the invention is a base material mixing device, which comprises: the device comprises a base material conveying line, a mixing conveying line connected with the base material conveying line, a first conveying motor driving the base material conveying line, a second conveying motor driving the mixing conveying line, a base hopper arranged at the upstream of the base material conveying line and a pigment hopper arranged at the upstream of the mixing conveying line. The base material mixing device further comprises: a stirring mechanism arranged between the base material conveying line and the base material hopper and between the mixing conveying line and the pigment hopper; a first stirring motor driving a stirring mechanism between the base material conveying line and the base material hopper; a second stirring motor driving a stirring mechanism between the material mixing conveying line and the pigment hopper; a first encoder provided on the first stirring motor; a second encoder disposed on the second stirring motor; and the mixing controller is respectively connected with the first conveying motor, the second conveying motor, the first stirring motor, the second stirring motor, the first encoder and the second encoder.
Further, the stirring mechanism includes: a discharge cavity; one or more stirring worms driven by a stirring motor; wherein, at least a portion of stirring worm sets up in the ejection of compact chamber.
Alternatively, the stirring mechanism includes: a discharge cavity; two stirring worms driven by a stirring motor and turning the same direction; wherein, the end of stirring worm extends to ejection of compact chamber top.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the problems in the prior art are overcome, and an improved base material mixing device is provided; flexible mixing ratios are achieved and the ratio can be kept constant.

Reference is made to fig. 1 and 2.
The base material mixing device according to the present invention comprises a base material conveying line 51, a mixing material conveying line 52 connected with the base material conveying line 51, a first conveying motor 61 driving the base material conveying line 51, a second conveying motor 62 driving the mixing material conveying line 52, a base material hopper 81 arranged upstream of the base material conveying line 51, and a pigment hopper 82 arranged upstream of the mixing material conveying line 52. The base material mixing device further comprises: a stirring mechanism 1 provided between the base material conveying line 51 and the base material hopper 81 and between the mixing material conveying line 52 and the color material hopper 82; a first stirring motor 71 driving the stirring mechanism 1 between the base material conveying line 51 and the base material hopper 81; a second stirring motor 72 for driving the stirring mechanism 1 between the material mixing and conveying line 52 and the pigment hopper 82; a first encoder 31 provided on the first stirring motor 71; a second encoder 32 provided on the second stirring motor 72; and a mix controller 4 connected to the first and second transfer motors 61 and 62, the first and second stirring motors 71 and 72, and the first and second encoders 31 and 32, respectively.
The base material is scattered to the base material conveying line 51 after being stirred by the stirring mechanism 1 from the base material hopper 81, and then enters the mixing conveying line 52; after being stirred by the stirring mechanism 1, the coloring material is scattered from the color hopper 82 onto the material mixing conveyor line 52 and onto the base material. In the drawings, J represents a base material, S represents a coloring material, and an arrow indicates a conveyance direction.
Further, the stirring mechanism 1 below the base hopper 81 includes: a discharge chamber 12; one or more stirring worms 11 driven by a stirring motor; wherein at least a part of the stirring worm 11 is arranged in the discharge chamber 12.
In this embodiment, the base material mixing device further includes: guide plates 2 provided on the base material conveying line 51 and/or the mix material conveying line 52.
Second embodiment
Reference is made to fig. 1 and 2.
The base material mixing device according to the present invention comprises a base material conveying line 51, a mixing material conveying line 52 connected with the base material conveying line 51, a first conveying motor 61 driving the base material conveying line 51, a second conveying motor 62 driving the mixing material conveying line 52, a base material hopper 81 arranged upstream of the base material conveying line 51, and a pigment hopper 82 arranged upstream of the mixing material conveying line 52. The base material mixing device further comprises: a stirring mechanism 1 provided between the base material conveying line 51 and the base material hopper 81 and between the mixing material conveying line 52 and the color material hopper 82; a first stirring motor 71 driving the stirring mechanism 1 between the base material conveying line 51 and the base material hopper 81; a second stirring motor 72 for driving the stirring mechanism 1 between the material mixing and conveying line 52 and the pigment hopper 82; a first encoder 31 provided on the first stirring motor 71; a second encoder 32 provided on the second stirring motor 72; and a mix controller 4 connected to the first and second transfer motors 61 and 62, the first and second stirring motors 71 and 72, and the first and second encoders 31 and 32, respectively.
In this embodiment, the base material mixing device further includes: a third encoder 33 provided on the first conveyance motor 61; a fourth encoder 34 provided on the second conveyance motor 62; a material sensor 35 disposed upstream of the mix conveyor line 52 for detecting the level of powder on the mix conveyor line 52; wherein the mixing controller 4 is respectively connected with a third encoder 33, a fourth encoder 34 and a material sensor 35.
Third embodiment
The base material mixing device according to the present invention comprises a base material conveying line 51, a mixing material conveying line 52 connected with the base material conveying line 51, a first conveying motor 61 driving the base material conveying line 51, a second conveying motor 62 driving the mixing material conveying line 52, a base material hopper 81 arranged upstream of the base material conveying line 51, and a pigment hopper 82 arranged upstream of the mixing material conveying line 52. The base material mixing device further comprises: a stirring mechanism 1 provided between the base material conveying line 51 and the base material hopper 81 and between the mixing material conveying line 52 and the color material hopper 82; a first stirring motor 71 driving the stirring mechanism 1 between the base material conveying line 51 and the base material hopper 81; a second stirring motor 72 for driving the stirring mechanism 1 between the material mixing and conveying line 52 and the pigment hopper 82; a first encoder 31 provided on the first stirring motor 71; a second encoder 32 provided on the second stirring motor 72; and a mix controller 4 connected to the first and second transfer motors 61 and 62, the first and second stirring motors 71 and 72, and the first and second encoders 31 and 32, respectively.
Reference is made to fig. 3. In the present embodiment, the stirring mechanism 1 below the color hopper 82 includes: a discharge chamber 12; two stirring worms 11 driven by a stirring motor and turning the same; wherein the end of the stirring worm 11 extends above the discharge chamber 12.
In the above embodiment, the encoder attached to the motor is a rotary encoder, and the material sensor 35 may be a photosensor that detects a height value or a thickness value of the material on the conveyor line.
The control method of the base material mixing device comprises the following steps:
the first and second transfer motors 61 and 62 are started, and then the first and second stirring motors 71 and 72 are started;
adjusting the rotation speeds of the first and second conveyance motors 61 and 62, respectively, according to the readings of the first and second encoders 31 and 32;
the rotation speeds of the first stirring motor 71 and the second stirring motor 72 are respectively adjusted according to the readings of the third encoder 33 and the fourth encoder 34 so that the ratio of the blanking amount below the base hopper 81 to the blanking amount below the color hopper 82 is constant.
Further comprises: the rotational speeds of the first and second transfer motors 61 and 62 are adjusted according to the preset ratio of the coloring material to the base material so that the ratio of the blanking amount under the coloring material hopper 82 to the base material amount transferred by the mixing transfer line 52 is equal to the preset ratio of the coloring material to the base material.
Further comprises: the powder height value output from the material sensor 35 is monitored in real time, and if the powder height value is lower than a preset threshold value, the rotation speed of the first conveyor motor 61 is slowed down.
Further comprises: the powder level value output by the material sensor 35 is monitored in real time and if the powder level value is below a preset threshold, the rotational speed of the second conveyor motor 62 is slowed down after a given period of time.
Further comprises: adjusting the rotation speed of the first stirring motor 71 according to the stock of the base material in the base hopper 81; the rotation speed of the second stirring motor 72 is adjusted according to the toner stock in the toner hopper 82.

characterized by further comprising:
a stirring mechanism (1) arranged between the base material conveying line (51) and the base material hopper (81) and between the mixing material conveying line (52) and the pigment hopper (82);
a first stirring motor (71) driving a stirring mechanism (1) between the base material conveying line (51) and the base material hopper (81);
a second stirring motor (72) for driving a stirring mechanism (1) between the material mixing and conveying line (52) and the pigment hopper (82);
a first encoder (31) provided on the first stirring motor (71);
a second encoder (32) provided on the second stirring motor (72);
a mixing controller (4) connected to the first conveying motor (61), the second conveying motor (62), the first stirring motor (71), the second stirring motor (72), the first encoder (31) and the second encoder (32), respectively;
a guide plate (2) provided on the base material conveying line (51) and/or the mixing material conveying line (52);
a third encoder (33) provided on the first conveyance motor (61);
a fourth encoder (34) provided on the second conveyance motor (62);
a material sensor (35) arranged upstream of the mixing conveyor line (52) for detecting the height of the powder on the mixing conveyor line (52);
wherein the mixing controller (4) is respectively connected with the third encoder (33), the fourth encoder (34) and the material sensor (35).
2. The base-material mixing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the stirring mechanism (1) comprises:
a discharge cavity (12);
one or more stirring worms (11) driven by a stirring motor;
wherein at least a part of the stirring worm (11) is arranged in the discharging cavity (12).
3. The base-material mixing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the stirring mechanism (1) comprises:
a discharge cavity (12);
two stirring worms (11) driven by a stirring motor and turning the same;
wherein the tail end of the stirring worm (11) extends to the upper part of the discharging cavity (12).
