本发明公开了一种三维踝足矫形器,它涉及矫形器技术领域;所述脚套的后上端通过转轴与小脚套连接,所述小脚套的下端安装有转盘,所述小脚套的上端连接有松紧带,所述脚套的内底部安装有底部矫正气囊,所述底部矫正气囊的上表面设置有脚部放置槽,所述脚套的内上侧设置有挤压气囊,所述挤压气囊的上端设置有加强板,所述下压器安装在脚套的上端,所述下压器的下压杆与挤压气囊的加强板连接,所述小脚套的侧壁上安装有电动绕带器,所述电动绕带器上设置有连接带,所述连接带的一端与脚套的上表面连接,所述脚套与小脚套的前部通过弹性带连接;本发明便于实现快速调节,且效率高,节省时间,同时舒适度高且透气。

一种三维踝足矫形器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种三维踝足矫形器,属于矫形器技术领域。
背景技术
跖屈是一种由疾病、外伤或者先天异常引起的医学病症,受这种病症影响的患者一般行走比较困难。当病人在踝关节缺乏稳定性以及肌肉力量不足的情况下,或病人在小腿、足部的手术后,需要固定位置,不能随便活动,需要用固定器;小腿外翻或者内翻的病人需要矫正,也采用固定器。踝足矫形器属于固定器的一种,一般用于为患者的脚踝和足提供保护,同时提供支撑以抵抗过跖屈(俗称“足下垂”)。通过踝足矫形器,足被保持与胫骨配合并且当足没有负载时,阻止不希望的背屈和跎屈。在行走时,矫形器为患者提供支持。而现有的固定器具比较复杂,而且调节不方便,操作复杂,浪费时间,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种三维踝足矫形器。
本发明的一种三维踝足矫形器,它包含脚套、转轴、转盘、小脚套、松紧带、底部矫正气囊、挤压气囊、下压器、连接弹性带、电动绕带器、连接带;所述脚套的后上端通过转轴与小脚套连接,所述小脚套的下端安装有转盘,所述小脚套的上端连接有松紧带,所述脚套的内底部安装有底部矫正气囊,所述底部矫正气囊的上表面设置有脚部放置槽,所述脚套的内上侧设置有挤压气囊,所述挤压气囊的上端设置有加强板,所述下压器安装在脚套的上端,所述下压器的下压杆与挤压气囊的加强板连接,所述小脚套的侧壁上安装有电动绕带器,所述电动绕带器上设置有连接带,所述连接带的一端与脚套的上表面连接,所述脚套与小脚套的前部通过弹性带连接。
作为优选,所述小脚套上设置有数个散热孔。
作为优选,所述连接带为加强式连接钢带。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于实现快速调节,且效率高,节省时间,同时舒适度高且透气。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1-2所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含脚套1、转轴2、转盘3、小脚套4、松紧带5、底部矫正气囊6、挤压气囊7、下压器8、连接弹性带9、电动绕带器10、连接带11;所述脚套1的后上端通过转轴2与小脚套4连接,所述小脚套4的下端安装有转盘3,所述小脚套1的上端连接有松紧带5,所述脚套1的内底部安装有底部矫正气囊6,所述底部矫正气囊6的上表面设置有脚部放置槽61,所述脚套1的内上侧设置有挤压气囊7,所述挤压气囊7的上端设置有加强板,所述下压器8安装在脚套1的上端,所述下压器8的下压杆与挤压气囊7的加强板连接,所述小脚套4的侧壁上安装有电动绕带器10,所述电动绕带器10上设置有连接带,所述连接带的一端与脚套1的上表面连接,所述脚套1与小脚套4的前部通过弹性带9连接。
进一步的,所述小脚套4上设置有数个散热孔。
进一步的,所述连接带11为加强式连接钢带。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:在使用时通过脚套1与小脚套4实现脚部与小腿的防护与矫正,且在调节时,通过底部矫正气囊6实现底脚板的挤压与矫正,且挤压气囊7实现脚部的上部挤压,同时小脚套4通过转轴2调节倾斜角度,通过转盘3调节纵向转动角度,能实现三维式调节,有效的保证调节式的舒适度,同时在使用时,电动绕带器10带动连接带11实现脚套1的翘起角度的调节,其调节时效率高,且能节省时间。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

1.一种三维踝足矫形器,其特征在于:它包含脚套、转轴、转盘、小脚套、松紧带、底部矫正气囊、挤压气囊、下压器、连接弹性带、电动绕带器、连接带;所述脚套的后上端通过转轴与小脚套连接,所述小脚套的下端安装有转盘,所述小脚套的上端连接有松紧带,所述脚套的内底部安装有底部矫正气囊,所述底部矫正气囊的上表面设置有脚部放置槽,所述脚套的内上侧设置有挤压气囊,所述挤压气囊的上端设置有加强板,所述下压器安装在脚套的上端,所述下压器的下压杆与挤压气囊的加强板连接,所述小脚套的侧壁上安装有电动绕带器,所述电动绕带器上设置有连接带,所述连接带的一端与脚套的上表面连接,所述脚套与小脚套的前部通过弹性带连接。
