Description

A anchorage base station for dental implant
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of dental implantation orthodontics, and particularly relates to an anchorage abutment for a dental implant.
Background
In clinic, the situation that the missing tooth is too long and the adjacent tooth is inclined is often encountered, so that the problems of insufficient restoration clearance, poor adjacent relation, gingival 'black triangle' and the like are encountered during the second-stage restoration of the implant, and the direction of the occlusal force borne by the inclined adjacent tooth is not parallel to the long axis of the tooth, so that the lateral force borne by the inclined adjacent tooth is too large. The small-range tooth movement (MTM), i.e., orthodontic treatment of simple tooth deformity with small tooth movement range and distance, single correction target and simple method, is often used to provide favorable conditions for restoration of the repair space and establishment of normal adjacency relation, gingival form and occlusal relation. Although the range and distance of tooth movement are small, teeth to be moved need precise control in three-dimensional directions, and teeth not to be moved and occlusal relationship need to be kept stable, so that the treatment of MTM is difficult.
At present, the implant anchorage can provide absolute anchorage for local orthodontics before restoration, and accurately control the movement of teeth, and is a powerful tool of MTM. In clinic, both micro-implants and dental implants can provide an implant anchorage. The surface of the micro-implant is designed with a structure connected with the correcting device and is widely used in clinic; when the existing dental implant needs to be used as an implant anchorage, a certain structure is also needed to realize simple and accurate connection of the correcting device and the dental implant. However, no similar structure for connecting the orthodontic device and the dental implant is available in the market at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an anchorage abutment for a dental implant, wherein a first through channel and a third through channel are respectively arranged on the lingual surface and the mesial surface of an anchorage abutment body, and brackets are arranged on the lingual surface and the buccal surface, so that an arch wire of a correction device can connect the correction device to the anchorage abutment body through the brackets, the first through channel and the third through channel, thereby realizing simple and accurate connection of the dental implant and the correction device.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an anchorage abutment for a dental implant comprises an anchorage abutment body; the center of the tongue surface of the anchorage base station body is provided with a first through channel which penetrates from the tongue surface of the anchorage base station body to the cheek surface of the anchorage base station body, and the centers of the tongue surface and the cheek surface of the anchorage base station body are respectively provided with a bracket; the bracket is provided with a second through channel communicated with the first through channel; a third through channel penetrating from the mesial surface of the anchorage base station body to the distal surface of the anchorage base station body is arranged at the center of the mesial surface of the anchorage base station body; the axis of the first through channel is intersected with the central axis of the third through channel. The bracket in the embodiment consists of the following three parts: (1) a groove: the mouth is horizontally opened towards the labial cheek, so that the orthodontic arch wire can be conveniently and smoothly put in from the labial cheek; (2) a bracket wing: the orthodontic arch wire is convenient to ligate and fix, the wings can be attached with drag hooks for traction, and the orthodontic arch wire can be divided into a single wing, a double wing and a triple wing according to the wing shape of the bracket; (3) substrate: the shape of the bracket is designed to be mainly used for enhancing the bonding force with the anchorage base station body, the shape of the base of the bracket is adapted to the shape of the cheek surface of the anchorage base station body, and preferably, the surface of the base, which is close to the cheek surface of the anchorage base station body, is in a grid shape, so that the bracket can be firmly bonded on the anchorage base station body by using an adhesive. It will be apparent that the bracket may be implemented using other known techniques. It should be understood that, in the prior art, the anchorage base body is used in connection with the implant, and in this embodiment, the connection between the anchorage base body and the implant is implemented by using the prior art; the anchorage base station body and the implant can be integrally formed and connected, namely a one-section type implant; the anchorage base platform body and the implant can also be detachably connected, namely a two-section implant.
Further, the anchorage base platform body is far away
