the working condition comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of data service request in unit time, no data service request in unit time, new user access request in unit time and no new user access request in unit time.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising: and determining the number of access users and the working condition of the WIFI module according to the working state information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining the number of access users and the working condition of the WIFI module according to the working state information comprises:
when the working state of the WIFI module is determined to be a user access state, determining the number of access users from the working state information, and determining whether a data service request exists in unit time;
and when the working state of the WIFI module is determined to be a user access-free state, determining whether a new user access request exists in unit time from the working state information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein said controlling the operating mode of said modem communication module based on said operating state and said operating state information; the method comprises the following steps:
when the working state is determined to be a user access-free state and the working condition is that no new user access request exists in unit time, controlling the modem communication module to enter a closing mode;
when the working state is determined to be a user access state, the number of the access users is greater than or equal to 1, and the working condition is no data service request in unit time, the working state information of the WIFI module is obtained again;
and when the working state is determined to be a user access state, the number of the access users is greater than or equal to 1, and the working condition is a data service request in unit time, judging the working mode of the modem communication module, when the modem communication module is in a closed mode, opening the modem communication module, and when the modem communication module is in an open mode, reacquiring the working state information of the WIFI module.
6. An apparatus for controlling a modem communication module, the apparatus comprising: a determination module and a control module; wherein,
the determining module is used for acquiring the working state and the working state information of the WIFI module;
the control module is used for controlling the working mode of the modem communication module according to the working state and the working state information; the working mode is an opening mode or a closing mode.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the operating state comprises: a user access state and a user access free state are provided;
the working state information comprises: accessing the number of users and the working condition;
the working condition comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of data service request in unit time, no data service request in unit time, new user access request in unit time and no new user access request in unit time.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determining module is further configured to determine the number of access users and the working condition of the WIFI module according to the working state information.

The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the determining module is specifically configured to: when the working state of the WIFI module is determined to be a user access state, determining the number of access users from the working state information, and determining whether a data service request exists in unit time;
and when the working state of the WIFI module is determined to be a user access-free state, determining whether a new user access request exists in unit time from the working state information.

The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the control module is specifically configured to: when the working state is determined to be a user access-free state and the working condition is that no new user access request exists in unit time, controlling the modem communication module to enter a closing mode;
when the working state is determined to be a user access state, the number of the access users is greater than or equal to 1, and the working condition is no data service request in unit time, the working state information of the WIFI module is obtained again;
and when the working state is determined to be a user access state, the number of the access users is greater than or equal to 1, and the working condition is a data service request in unit time, judging the working mode of the modem communication module, when the modem communication module is in a closed mode, opening the modem communication module, and when the modem communication module is in an open mode, reacquiring the working state information of the WIFI module.
