Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a message revocation system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the message revocation system may include: a message revocation server 10 and a user device 20;
the message revoking server may be a service device provided on the network side for revoking the pushed message; the message revocation server may be in communication with a message push server, which may be a service device for pushing messages to the user device;
the embodiment of the invention can also use the message pushing server as a message revoking server, for example, the function of revoking the pushed message is added on the message pushing server;
optionally, the message revocation server may be implemented by a single server, or may be a server group composed of multiple servers;
the user equipment may be a user-side equipment capable of receiving the push message, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, each message pushed to the user equipment can be identified by adopting the message ID; when canceling the message, the message canceling server can configure the message ID of the pushed message to be canceled and configure the user range of the message to be canceled; the message revocation server sends the message revocation instruction carrying the message ID to the user equipment belonging to the user range needing to revoke the message, so that the user equipment can delete the message corresponding to the message ID based on the message revocation instruction, and the purpose of revoking the pushed message is achieved.
With reference to the message revocation system shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 shows a signaling flow diagram of a message revocation method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, the flow may include:
step S10, the message revocation server configures the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked and the user revocation range of the pushed message;
optionally, when the message push server pushes any message, a message ID (Identity) may be added to the content or protocol of the pushed message, where the message ID may be used to identify the pushed message; the message revocation server can acquire the message ID of the pushed message from the message pushing server; when a worker finds that the pushed message is wrong or has reasons such as inappropriate content and the like which need to be revoked, the worker can select the message ID of the pushed message which needs to be revoked from the message ID of the pushed message acquired by the message revocation server, so that the configuration of the message ID of the pushed message which needs to be revoked is realized;
optionally, the message push server may also be used as a message revocation server, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the message ID of the pushed message may be directly called, and the worker selects the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked from the message IDs of the pushed message;
optionally, if the staff knows the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked, the staff may also directly enter the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked on the message revocation server, so as to configure the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked;
optionally, the message is generally pushed to a certain user range, for example, the message is sent to a user in a certain area, the message is sent to a user of a certain gender, the message is sent to a user with a certain preference, and the message is sent to a member user;
the user range of message pushing can be called as a user pushing range; when a certain pushed message is withdrawn, the message is generally withdrawn for the user within the user pushing range, so that the user range of the pushed message to be withdrawn should not exceed the user pushing range of the pushed message, and the user range of the pushed message to be withdrawn may be referred to as a user withdrawing range; that is, for a certain pushed message to be cancelled, the user cancellation range of the pushed message should not exceed the user push range of the pushed message.
Step S11, the user equipment sends heartbeat information;
optionally, the user equipment may maintain a long connection with the message revocation server, where the long connection refers to maintaining the connection by sending a detection packet such as a heartbeat if no data packet is sent during the connection maintaining period of the equipment (e.g., during the TCP connection maintaining period);
optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a long connection service may be deployed to maintain a long connection between the user equipment and the message revocation server, as shown in fig. 3, the long connection server may receive heartbeat information sent by the user equipment at regular time or in real time, and forward the heartbeat information to the message revocation server;
if the message revocation server and the message push server are different service devices, the long connection server may receive heartbeat information sent by the user device at regular time or in real time, and forward the heartbeat information to the message push server and the message revocation server, as shown in fig. 4.
Step S12, the message revocation server determines whether the user equipment is in the user revocation range according to the heartbeat information;
optionally, the heartbeat information may carry information for determining a user range corresponding to the user equipment, for example, the heartbeat information may carry user information of the user equipment; therefore, after the message revocation server receives the heartbeat information, whether the user equipment is in the user revocation range can be judged according to the heartbeat information.
Step S13, if the message revocation server determines that the user equipment is within the user revocation range, sending a message revocation instruction to the user equipment, where the message revocation instruction includes a message ID of the pushed message that needs to be revoked;
step S14, the user equipment receives the message revocation instruction, and deletes the message corresponding to the message ID.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the message revocation server may configure a message ID of a pushed message that needs to be revoked, and a user revocation range of the pushed message; meanwhile, the message revocation server can acquire heartbeat information sent by the user equipment by keeping long connection with at least one user equipment; according to the heartbeat information of the user equipment, the message revocation server can judge whether the user equipment is in the user revocation range, and when the user equipment is judged to be in the user revocation range, the message revocation server can send a message revocation instruction carrying the message ID to the user equipment, so that the user equipment deletes the corresponding message, and the purpose of revoking the pushed message is achieved;
correspondingly, any push message received by the user equipment can carry a message ID, and after receiving the message carrying the message ID pushed by the message push server, the user equipment can record the corresponding relation between the received message and the corresponding message ID and maintain long connection with the message revocation server at least by sending heartbeat information to the message revocation server (or sending heartbeat information to the message push server); when the message revocation server judges that the user equipment is in the configured user revocation range according to the heartbeat information sent by the user equipment, the user equipment can receive a message revocation instruction sent by the message revocation server, and the message revocation instruction carries the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked, so that the user equipment can delete the message corresponding to the message ID carried in the message revocation instruction according to the message ID carried in the message revocation instruction and the recorded corresponding relationship between the received message and the corresponding message ID, and the purpose of revoking the received pushed message is achieved.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may configure the user revocation range by defining a set of user characteristics, and in order to ensure that the user revocation range does not exceed the user pushing range, the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range should not exceed the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user pushing range of the message that needs to be revoked; that is, the set of user features corresponding to the user revocation range should be included in the set of user features corresponding to the user push range;
optionally, fig. 5 shows another signaling flow diagram of the message revocation method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, the flow may include:
step S20, the message revocation server configures the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked, configures the set of the user characteristics of the user who needs to revoke the pushed message, and takes the configured set of the user characteristics as the user revocation range; the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range does not exceed the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user push range of the pushed message;
optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a set of user characteristics of a user to which the pushed message is pushed may be determined, and the set of user characteristics of the user to which the pushed message is pushed is used as a user pushing range; simultaneously configuring a set of user characteristics of the user needing to cancel the pushed message, namely configuring a set of user characteristics corresponding to the user needing to cancel the pushed message, and taking the configured set of user characteristics of the user needing to cancel the pushed message as a user canceling range; the user revocation range does not exceed the user pushing range, namely the set of the user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range does not exceed the set of the user characteristics corresponding to the user pushing range of the pushed message;
optionally, the user characteristics may be dimensional characteristics of the user agent information, or may be user characteristics directly obtained by using a user identifier (such as a user account number);
a set of user features may include at least one user feature.
Step S21, the user equipment sends heartbeat information; the heartbeat information comprises indication information indicating the user characteristics of the user equipment;
step S22, the message revocation server determines, according to the indication information, whether the user characteristic of the user equipment matches the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range;
optionally, the message revocation server may determine whether the user characteristic of the user equipment matches the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range configured in step S20, if so, determine that the user characteristic of the user equipment matches the user revocation range, where the user equipment is in the user revocation range, and if not, determine that the user characteristic of the user equipment does not match the user revocation range, where the user equipment is not in the user revocation range.
Step S23, if the message revocation server determines that the user characteristics of the user device match the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range, sending a message revocation instruction to the user device, where the message revocation instruction includes the message ID of the pushed message that needs to be revoked;
step S24, the user equipment receives the message revocation instruction, and deletes the message corresponding to the message ID.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the message revocation server may configure the message ID of the pushed message that needs to be revoked, and the user revocation range of the pushed message that needs to be revoked; meanwhile, the message revocation server can acquire heartbeat information sent by the user equipment by keeping long connection with at least one user equipment; through the indication information of the user characteristics of the user equipment indicated in the heartbeat information, the message revocation service can judge whether the user characteristics of the user equipment are matched with the set of the user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range, and when the user characteristics are judged to be matched, the message revocation server can send a message revocation instruction including a message ID of a pushed message to be revoked to the user equipment, so that the user equipment deletes the message corresponding to the message ID based on the message revocation instruction, and the purpose of revoking the pushed message is achieved.
The embodiment of the invention can configure the message ID of any pushed message, thereby configuring the message ID of the pushed message to be cancelled from the message ID of the pushed message when the message cancellation is needed, configuring the user cancellation range, and further sending a message cancellation instruction to the user equipment conforming to the user cancellation range, so that the user equipment can delete the received message, and the purpose of canceling the pushed message is achieved.
Optionally, if the pushed message to be revoked is read by the user, the meaning of revoking the message is lost, and the message revocation can be established under the condition that the pushed message to be revoked is not read by the user; therefore, after receiving a message revocation instruction sent by a message revocation server, a user device may first analyze a message ID carried in the message revocation instruction, and determine whether a message corresponding to the message ID has been read by a user, if the message corresponding to the message ID has been read, the meaning of revoking the message is lost, the message revocation process provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be ended, and if the message corresponding to the message ID has not been read, the message corresponding to the message ID may be deleted, so as to implement revocation of a pushed message;
correspondingly, fig. 6 shows a further signaling flow chart of the message revocation method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, the flow may include:
step S30, the message revocation server configures the message ID of the pushed message to be revoked and the user revocation range of the pushed message; the user revocation range does not exceed the user pushing range of the pushed message, the user revocation range comprises a set of user characteristics of users needing to revoke the pushed message, and the user pushing range comprises a set of user characteristics of users to which the pushed message is pushed;
step S31, the user equipment sends heartbeat information; the heartbeat information comprises indication information indicating the user characteristics of the user equipment;
step S32, the message revocation server determines, according to the indication information, whether the user characteristic of the user equipment matches the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range;
step S33, if the message revocation server determines that the user characteristics of the user device match the set of user characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range, sending a message revocation instruction to the user device, where the message revocation instruction includes the message ID of the pushed message that needs to be revoked;
step S34, the user equipment analyzes the message canceling instruction, obtains the message ID of the pushed message to be canceled, and judges whether the message corresponding to the message ID is read;
optionally, the user equipment may record, for any received message, a corresponding relationship between the received message and a corresponding message ID, and when the user equipment receives a message revocation instruction, the user equipment may determine, according to the message ID carried in the message revocation instruction and the recorded corresponding relationship between the received message and the corresponding message ID, a message corresponding to the message ID carried in the message revocation instruction; thereby judging whether the message corresponding to the message ID carried in the message revocation instruction is read;
optionally, the user equipment may determine whether the message corresponding to the message ID is read by determining whether the message corresponding to the message ID is clicked for the first time, generally, when reading a message, a user needs to click the message and enter a corresponding interface to read the message, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, whether the message corresponding to the message ID is read by determining whether the message corresponding to the message ID is clicked for the first time is determined; obviously, judging whether the message corresponding to the message ID is clicked for the first time is only an optional way of judging whether the message corresponding to the message ID is read, and other ways of judging whether the message corresponding to the message ID is read are not excluded in the embodiments of the present invention.
And step S35, if the user equipment judges that the message corresponding to the message ID is not read, deleting the message corresponding to the message ID.
Optionally, if the user equipment determines that the message corresponding to the message ID is read, the user equipment may cancel deleting the message corresponding to the message ID, and end the message revocation procedure provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the displaying of the message in the user equipment is divided into displaying in a notification bar of the user equipment and displaying in an application interface corresponding to the message; the message display in the notification bar is generally controlled by a system interface, and the message displayed in the application interface is generally realized by calling corresponding message cache data of the application; therefore, when the user equipment deletes the message corresponding to the message ID, the message cache data corresponding to the message ID can be deleted, and/or the notification bar message corresponding to the message ID is deleted;
optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, only the message cache data corresponding to the message ID may be deleted, only the notification bar message corresponding to the message ID may be deleted, or the message cache data corresponding to the message ID and the notification bar message corresponding to the message ID may be deleted at the same time;
optionally, when deleting the notification bar message corresponding to the message ID, the user equipment may delete the notification bar message corresponding to the application to which the message of the message ID belongs by calling a system interface; when the message cache data corresponding to the message ID is deleted, the user equipment can determine the application to which the message of the message ID belongs, and delete the corresponding message from the message cache data of the application.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a dimension feature of User Agent information (User Agent) may be used as a User feature, a User push range is defined by a set of at least one dimension feature of the User Agent information, and a set of the dimension feature of the User Agent information that does not exceed the User push range is defined to form a User revocation range;
user agent information, such as user agent information of an application, such as a browser, may be combined from at least one dimensional feature for representing application configuration of the application and user equipment;
taking the user agent information of the browser as an example, one optional format of the user agent information is as follows: [ software name ]/[ version number ] & [ browser kernel ]/[ version number ] & [ platform name ] & [ screen resolution, current chinese character width ] & [ device name ] & { second generation user agent };
wherein [ software name ]/[ version number ], browser kernel ]/[ version number ], [ platform name ], [ screen resolution, current Chinese character width ], [ device name ], { user agent of the second generation } and the like can be regarded as the dimension characteristics of the user agent information;
correspondingly, fig. 7 shows another signaling flow diagram of the message revocation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7, the flow may include:
step S40, the message revocation server configures a message ID of a pushed message to be revoked, and configures a set of at least one dimensional feature of user agent information, and takes the set of at least one dimensional feature of the configured user agent information as a user revocation range, where the set of the dimensional features of the user agent information corresponding to the user revocation range includes a set of the dimensional features of the user agent information corresponding to the user pushing range;
optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, at least one dimension feature of the user agent information may be combined to form a user push range, and the message push server may push a message to a user whose user agent information conforms to the dimension feature corresponding to the user push range, and configure a message ID of each push message at the same time;
when the message revocation is carried out, the embodiment of the invention can determine the message ID of the pushed message which needs to be revoked, and define the set of the dimension characteristics which do not exceed the user pushing range through the set of the dimension characteristics corresponding to the user pushing range of the pushed message which needs to be revoked, thereby forming the user revocation range;
for a pushed message to be cancelled, the user pushing range and the user cancelling range can be represented by the set of at least one dimension characteristic of the user agent information, but the set of the dimension characteristic corresponding to the user cancelling range is included in the set of the dimension characteristic corresponding to the user pushing range;
optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a set of at least one dimension feature of the user agent information may be configured, where the set of at least one dimension feature of the configured user agent information is used as a user revocation range, and it is ensured that the set of the dimension feature corresponding to the user revocation range is included in a set of the dimension feature corresponding to the user push range;
optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may configure the user revocation range to be equal to the user pushing range, and may also configure the user revocation range to be smaller than the user pushing range, that is, it is to be ensured that the user needing to revoke the pushed message is the issuing user of the pushed message.
Step S41, the user equipment sends heartbeat information; the heartbeat information comprises indication information indicating user agent information of the user equipment;
step S42, the message revocation server determines the user agent information of the user equipment according to the indication information;
optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a file descriptor of a Socket (in the chinese language, abbreviated as Socket FD) of a long connection of a user equipment may be used as a key (key), and user agent information of the user equipment is used as a value (value) to store the user agent information;
correspondingly, the indication information indicating the user agent information of the user equipment contained in the heartbeat information may be a file descriptor of a socket of a long connection of the user equipment; namely, step S31 may be replaced with: the user equipment sends heartbeat information; the heartbeat information comprises a file descriptor of a long-connection socket of the user equipment;
correspondingly, after the message revocation server obtains the file descriptor of the socket of the long connection of the user equipment, the user agent information represented by the corresponding value can be inquired by taking the file descriptor of the socket as a key, so as to obtain the user agent information of the user equipment.
Step S43, the message revocation server determines whether the user agent information of the user equipment matches the set of dimensional characteristics of the user agent information corresponding to the user revocation range;
optionally, if the sets of the dimensional features of the user agent information corresponding to the user revocation range are all included in the user agent information of the user equipment, the user agent information of the user equipment is considered to be matched with the sets of the dimensional features corresponding to the user revocation range; and if any dimension characteristic corresponding to the user revocation range is not contained in the user agent information of the user equipment, the user agent information of the user equipment is considered to be not matched with the set of dimension characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range.
Step S44, if the message revocation server determines that the user agent information of the user equipment matches the set of the dimensional characteristics corresponding to the user revocation range, sending a message revocation instruction to the user equipment, where the message revocation instruction includes the message ID of the pushed message that needs to be revoked;
step S45, the user equipment receives the message revocation instruction, and deletes the message corresponding to the message ID.
Optionally, after receiving the message revocation instruction, the user equipment may delete the message corresponding to the message ID only when it is determined that the message corresponding to the message ID is not read.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, user identifiers such as a user account may be used as the user characteristics, a user push range is defined by receiving a set of user identifiers of users who have pushed messages, and a set of user identifiers that do not exceed the user push range is defined to form a user revocation range;
correspondingly, after the message pushing server pushes the message to the user, the user identification of the user receiving the pushed message can be determined, so that the user pushing range is defined by the set of the determined user identification receiving the pushed message;
